To Zweets Cafe Team,…read more I have been a loyal customer of Zweets Cafe for many years and have always enjoyed coming in for my breakfast and coffee. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience during my visit this morning. There was a miscommunication with my coffee and my daughter's chocolate milk, as both were initially served hot. I politely asked if they could be remade cold, and the staff member kindly agreed. However, when the drinks were returned, it was clear that ice had simply been added to the hot beverages. As a result, both drinks were watered down and unpleasant. By the time I got home, I had to throw my coffee away because it tasted so poor, and my daughter's chocolate milk had the same issue. I was very disappointed, especially after clearly requesting the drinks to be remade cold. It felt like a waste of money and did not reflect the quality of service I have come to expect from Zweets Café. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve future service, as I truly value your café and would like to continue being a loyal customer. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Kumquat lives off of York Blvd - a street with many families, creatives, and small businesses live. The environment is always wholesome. Their staff are always friendly, and as an experienced barista myself, I can see that their team are also very talented, well trained and very good at quality control. Their espresso is so balanced and sits perfectly center on your palette. Their matcha and hojicha is rich and velvety and seemingly a higher grade product. They work with many roasters, and sell a lot of their beans on their shelves. They also sell a lot of coffee and tea tools. I love everything about coming to Kumquat. Don't skip on their other locations (Loquat and newfound Quat). I'll forever stan this business

On the day of the party, Slow Beginnings turned my home into the coziest cafe. All my friends were so impressed by the drinks. I found parking on the street, it wasn't too bad at all. It looks like they have a couple of spots behind the café, if you're lucky. There's some seating outside in between this place and the place next-door. The folks here are very friendly and the service is quick. A buddy of mine were running errands in the area before they get together, so we stopped by here for some coffee. Their baked goods look good as well, so we decided to split one of their miso sesame cookies. It was unique and delicious. If I remember correctly, I got the Filipino iced coffee because it had soke ube in it. Plenty of parking. Delicious food and delicious drink drinks with quick service. Nothing to dislike!
