The customer service is completely lacking in the Town Center location. This was the second time I've been to this location and the service was very slow and my food was wrong. This time I went through the drive thru, ordered 4 grilled chicken tenders and a side of broccoli, I was asked to pull up from the window to wait on my order, after 15 minutes someone finally brought my order out to my car, and it was the wrong order. I took the food inside and advised they didn't give me the right order. There were five people working behind the counter, there seem to be a lack of communication between the staff, one of the staff that was preparing the food, was also eating, it took them another 15 minutes to give me the correct order. The food was fresh and good when I got it but it shouldn't take 30 minutes for 4 chicken tenders and some broccoli. There was only one family in the dining room and a few cars that came thru the drive-through while I was there, they were not overly busy so I'm not understanding the long wait for food. PDQ is one of my favorite places to get grilled chicken so I will definitely still eat at PDQ, but probably not at this location. read more

This place just opened and as the name suggests they are people dedicated to quality. Located in a really good part of town center especially since the traffic there is horrible during lunch or rush hour. If you're not familiar with this place, you should try it out. I haven't tried everything on their menu, but pretty much everything looks good. What really impressed me about this location is how well run they seem to beer for just opening up. The food was great (OMG, their ranch). And their shakes are amazing. The employees were all friendly and very helpful as well.

Stay with the chicken (amazing chicken!) and don't even bother with their French fries. No flavor. (Even frozen Ore-Ida crinkle-cuts from the oven are way better than their fries and the girl with the red pigtails' fries). The chicken is why I'm giving them 4 stars. We were desperately hoping for a good burger, and that is what you must be to hope theirs is going to be any good. The sauce on the burger was the best thing about it. But I know where they got those frozen burger patties because two other restaurants/caterers here in the area buy them from a club store. Still looking forward to trying some of their other chicken items, though. We will definitely go back, a little wiser this time. read more

This new PDQ has an expanded new menu! I had the Garden Citrus salad. Loved the roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes in it and the grilled chicken was so good I didn't regret not getting something fried. The roasted sweet potato side was also excellent - I think there is a little marshmallow on it for sweetness but not too much. I was stuffed! Nice, updated interior and covered patio seating. We went in since Red Robin was out the door. We really wanted to love this place but the amount of salt is outrageous. The fries were so salty, the zucchini fries were soggy and salty. A chicken place that's a cross between chic-fil-a, and five guys...but quality like Panera...that's how I'd describe it any way. I came here after a friend recommended giving them a shot. I was quite hungry so I ordered the salad and the platter of grilled tenders. The chicken was so tasty and the service was excellent even though they were closing in 15minutes. Pulled up to the drive thru and no one was at the window. I waited patiently for about a minute. I wasn't in a big hurry so I didn't mind waiting. This location is terrible. They act like they're doing you a favor by giving sauce away. I drive delivery part time and last PDQ order requested "at least 10 ranch sauces." (It was 4 meals). Of course, short changed the sauce, and received $0 tip, and $3.89 for my 30 minutes of waiting and time/effort. read more

My boyfriend brought me to this PDQ for the first time after raving about it for so long. He ordered chicken tenders meal & I just ordered a strawberry milkshake & totchos. After ordering the food came out in less than 2 mins, we were just waiting on the milkshake. While we were waiting one of the managers (I believe) on duty asked us how our day was & I explained to him how it had been my first time & asked his opinion on the different bowls they offered. He said the queso bowl was his favorite & asked me what I ended up ordering? After telling him he made me a Queso Bowl to go on the fly! FOR FREE! Needless to say, the bowl was delicious, the chicken, was delicious, best milkshake I've had in a while & amazing totchos! (Tater tot nachos - say no more!) & the customer service was phenomenal! The food is good and the service is always fast. I love the assortment of sauces (Thai Peanut is my favorite) and that they have Cheerwine, although it is disappointing that they only have it in bottles so it costs extra to get. Sometimes the drive-through gets super backed up and takes forever, but I've never had an issue with the wait times in the restaurant. The prices are reasonable, especially with the discounts they give to employees of some local businesses. read more

The workers sat on their phones while the tables were covered in food & other people's trash. The workers also were just eating their food in the back where they were supposed to be preparing it. Such a shame. Overpriced, missing items and staff that seemed uninterested to be there. I ordered a kale caesar salad with the dressing on the side and never received the dressing. The fries were also missing from my order for the chicken tender combo and my honey mustard was nowhere in sight. Don't give your money to this business. I had a coupon for a free menu item with a purchase of $1.20. So I decided to order a chicken tender meal and a cookie (to make the $1.20) and expected my meal to be the free item. The cashier told me my total would be $2.something so I handed him my card. Upon receiving my meal and sitting at my table I realized I had been charged $9.00 so I went back up to the counter and explained my situation the the manager. He "fixed" my issue and swiped my card again for $3.70. I called back to let him know that I had been charged a total at $12.70 and I needed my issue fixed. I've called back multiple times and the issue has still not been resolved. I'm very disappointed and annoyed because instead of paying for my meal, I paid way more than it would have been even without the coupon. I went there yesterday we both ordered the 5 pack chicken strip meal and an order of the zucchini fires... right before I was about to pay I asked for extra sauce .. the creamy garlic and the girl told me oh sorry we started a new thing where you have to pay for extra sauce so I said oh ya that's fine (did not mind at all) and started to hand her my card... then she says oh but we have not started it yet..... so I looked at her and she looked at me we had a very awkward moment so I asked her... so I can't get extra sauce and she said no each meal comes with one sauce, I was very upset any other time I was always given 2 sauces per meal, I dip every thing with that sauce and I def did not have enough to cover half of the chicken... not to mention the fries... then I see another lady leave the counter with a 3 pack chicken strip basket with 3 sauces.... and she only had 1 basket.
