This has become our new favorite neighbor at the town center area. Visited this place on the opening night and the place had such a great vibe. The staff had these really tshirts and they were extremely welcoming. They were really friendly and courteous. Since it was the national chicken tender day, we recieved a coupon for a buy one get one tender meal free upon registering with the fan club. We also tried their crispy chicken sandwich. All their sandwiches, tenders and fries were extremely fresh and really good quality chicken. Also they have a wide variety of sauces to choose from. This place has great food and is quick to serve them. The place is clean. I only give a 4-star because a few of the staff are not very friendly to customers and they don't even smile. Have gone to this location before got sick before waited a couple months went back and it was good, I haven't ate it in a few weeks but me and My husband went up there today, got a 5 piece kids meal, 4 piece tender meal and a Buffy blue sandwich all with fries, came home ate it an hour went by and my and my husband have been rotating on and off the toilet we both have been sitting in the bed sick as a dog speaking of dogs I did give my little pup a bite of my chicken tender before I realized that it was bad heck it took me an hour to figure it out and now she is puking as well. There was a huge fly around our table and no one seemed to care.The food is overpriced and very disappointing, the rice was bland and contained no eggs or anything else. I could've bought 5 2L bottles of Coke at Walmart for what it cost me for two cokes, I told the waitress that I was disappointed in the food for the price and she didn't seem to care. I used to come here and I would have great service and they would get my spot on, but today they had to correct my order 3 times. The guy at the register took forever to come to the window, then he takes my order, and tells me to hold on, he comes back and then tried to remember my order, but couldn't. I get to the 2nd window, they confirm my order, but give the wrong thing. The correct it, and give me the corrected order just for me to see they still messed up. I asked for extra onions and they said they could only provide 6 of and that her manager counted them out. How much do onions cost? I didn't realize that cost that much. In the past I had no issues getting extra of anything. I told them I pay extra, and said oh no don't worry about it and then they provided me with extra onions. First time coming to Town Centers PDQ since their opening. We came about 4 p.m.-ish and it was not busy at the time I went. This woman opened the door for us when we entered and were greeted with warm welcomes. Their menu is pretty self explanatory and I ordered the 3 tender meal which was about 8$. After ordering I ended up receiving a little scratch off for some deals, which is pretty great to keep customers coming back. If you guys don't already know the unofficial meaning for PDQ is "pretty darn quick" which is so true. Especially when they say that their chicken is cooked to order and made fresh, total plus. Also i do recommend getting each type of sauce for your first time to pick out which one you prefer, in my opinion the garlic and honey mustard is great! Once we received our food, we saw that there was another promotion card for me to use. OMG, so many deals, such as free tender and free side. The hospitality of this place is so amazing and it's great to so see that the workers interacted with their customers, which really does keep customers coming back. For the taste of the food, the chicken was hot and tender, it's not the typical crispy tenders that hurt when you bite or chew on them lol. Fries were good as well. Another thing to add on though, is I wish that they would have direct entrance to the place instead of having to U-turn is you are coming from the town center because traffic is pretty heavy and you'll have to wait in order to get to the place. It's not the best burger joint. However, it's a place calls for desperate calls, calls for desperate measures. I only go there for the convenience. They can do better with there fries. The fries seem to be stale at every visit. But, I can say that the customer service is very good.
