3 piece Chicken Tender meals with Waffle Fries
    Patricia F.

My first time trying PDQ and it will not be the last! Can I drink the PDQ sauce with a straw, please??? I think it may be my new favorite sauce ever. I had the 3 piece chicken tenders with waffle fries and a peanut butter and banana shake. Along with the PDQ sauce, I also tried the honey mustard-it was just okay, the creamy garlic-yum, and the buffalo blue cheese, yummy! Hubby orders the spicy tenders and had to wait as they ran out, but gave him some waffle fries and a tender while he waited for some fresh tenders. When they came out, delivered to the table, they gave him a whole new order along with more fries and an extra tender for having to wait. Now that is service! We are in and the restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom. The shake was also a hit and it was nice and thick so if you like a funnier shake, make sure you request it. We will definitely be back!

PDQ Seminole 7400 Seminole Blvd. Thursday , October 13, 2022 Greeted by Friendly Staff Establishment Clean Interior Temperature a little cool. No Line/No Waiting at This Time Arrived/Checked In: 6:10pm Placed Oder at the counter and it was brought to our table in less than 2 minutes. Server was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about food being offered. Husband ordered the 5 Piece Spicy Chicken Tenders with waffle fries and a drink. He chose the Sweet Sriracha sauce. The sauce was mayo based and slightly spicy I ordered the 5 Piece Chicken Tenders with waffle fries and a drink. I chose the Buffalo Bleu sauce. It tasted like a traditional, not overly spicy hot sauce. The food arrived hot & delicious. The chicken and fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Can't wait to visit again and try something else delicious.

Second time to PDQ, first time to the Seminole location. It was ok. The Mediterrean salad was loaded with roasted chicken chunks over pre-bagged mixed greens. The chicken was salty as was the chili lime vinaigrette. The hummus was bland. Everything though was fresh and there was a generous amount of kalamata olives, feta and peppercinos. My guy ordered the chicken tenders and sriracha dipping sauce. The tenders were browned nicely, moist inside and crispy on the outside. The store is clean and neat. There is ample free parking and is a relatively easy in/out as it is located on the busy corner of Seminole Blvd. and Park Blvd.

The mission? STRAWBERRY POPTART MILKSHAKE The obstacle? The place always closes before we can get our tush over there. Until NOW. Mission accomplished. Milkshake acquired. The service at PDQ is second to none. I am absolutely in love with the idea that you order with a person in a drive thru. I love that they are always so friendly and that they ask about your day. I love that there's no BS and that everything genuinely tastes good. I am a fan of PDQ. Okay but the reason we are here: STRAWBERRY POPTART MILKSHAKE. And what's the final decision? Eeeeehhhhhh. In the words of my better half "it tastes too much like strawberry to taste like a Poptart." All in all wouldn't get it again, glad I experienced it. If you like strawberry milkshakes though this is totally your jam!

I was told whenever I visit Florida I had to try PDQ, so here we are! Normally I start with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of service. Today I'm going to start with the food. The food was awesome! The hubs and one of the kids has the Buffalo Bleu chicken sandwich and downed it in 3 seconds flat. Fries and chicken tenders were average. The Thai Chicken bowl was really good and filling and the zucchini fries were amazing (especially dipped in the creamy garlic sauce). The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the decor was nice. Now to the star of the show. NITA! Nita was our customer service agent, hostess with the mostess and all around awesome worker! Not only was she friendly and answered our questions (which I feel is a prerequisite for any good worker), she had a constant smile and was enthusiastic the entire time. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed someone at a restaurant this much! If you haven't been to PDQ, or even if you have, go get some! If you're lucky, maybe Nita will be working! Happy eating Yelpers!

This was the first time that I've eaten in this establishment. I've seen PDQs around but wasn't sure of the food. I wanted something different so I gave this restaurant a shot. The ordering process is straightforward and a very nice looking menu selection. They have numerous chicken sandwiches, a variety of salads, and a few other high-end food items. You place your order and have a seat and someone brings your meal to your table for you. I got the crispy chicken sandwich and french fries. I love that the french fries are shoestring type fries that are nicely seasoned. The sandwich was really good, they have perfected frying the chicken so that it remains crispy on your sandwich. For beverages they have Coca-Cola freestyle machines and sweet and unsweet iced tea. The next visit I will probably try one of their salads. The salad menu looks really good. Based on my first experience with this chain I can recommend it as a high and chicken fast food restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised by PDQ. I'm a huge ChickFilA fan, but I would probably pick PDQ over them most days. Nice menu selection of sandwiches, bowls, salads and unique sides. I went for the Thai Bowl and wasn't disappointed. Toasted coconut and peanut sauce provided flavor, and the broccoli was nice and crispy. The corn side was also tasty. Others in our party had the Hawaii grilled sandwich and fries and were pleased. PDQ or "People Dedicated to Quality" would be high on my list when I need something tasty and fast.

I'm genuinely surprised to see such ratings for Indi's Chicken. I went in expecting a simple,…read moreno-frills spot serving good old-fashioned fried chicken and classic sides. That sounded great to me. Unfortunately, the food, portions, and pricing were all disappointing. A three-piece chicken meal with two sides runs around $13-$14, and the pieces are small. Two of my three pieces were very small drumsticks. The meal doesn't include a drink, and if you just want water, you have to buy a bottle. The sides also come in very small portions. I ordered the 3 piece spicy chicken with baked beans and potato wedges. The seasoning on the chicken had a decent flavor, but it wasn't spicy at all. The bigger issue was that the chicken was extremely dry. The larger piece of fried chicken was especially bad, there was barely any meat in it. Most of it was over-fried, hardened breading surrounding a lot of empty space. I kept biting into thick, crunchy breading and air while trying to find actual chicken. The baked beans were fine but nothing notable. I did like the potato wedges, which were probably the best part of the meal. You get three as a side, but they are at least fairly large. There are also several extra costs that add up. Sauces are sold separately, the meal doesn't include a drink, and there's an additional 3% charge if you don't pay with cash. All in all, I really don't understand the high ratings. You can get better fried chicken at plenty of fast-food restaurants, or even from Walmart or Publix, for less money, with larger portions and more options. Even if you're specifically looking for a no-frills local chicken spot, this doesn't feel like a good value. You pay more, get less, and, based on my visit, the quality isn't there. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Their chicken comes in spicy, or regular and and it is some of the best I have eaten... They serve a chicken breast, the keel, which is the boneless breast with only the one piece of cartilage in the center I have never seen that served before and it was really good. You don't have to pick through the bones if you don't want to like with a normal chicken breast... I went there today to pick up an order I placed through Uber Eats. Usually, when you pick up an Uber Eats order yourself, they don't require a verification code. However, when I went to the front and gave my name to the cashier, she asked if I had proof of the order. I told her no, as I had ordered on my computer and didn't have a code. She insisted she needed verification. My phone wasn't working at the moment, which I don't blame her for, but the way she handled the situation was incredibly frustrating. I waited 20 minutes before I actually got my food. The cashier stood there talking on her phone, claiming she needed to ask her manager, but she never actually did. I didn't hear her explain the situation or ask anyone for help. Instead, she just stayed on her phone and eventually slid the food over to me. There was no apology for the wait, no "here you go," and no "have a nice day." She just slid it over with a smile while still chatting on her phone. It felt like she was purposely inconveniencing me. As soon as I mentioned that I had my ID to prove who I was, it was suddenly no issue, and she handed it over without ever checking with a manager. Very disappointing experience. While the food itself still tastes good, it is simply no longer worth the money or the poor treatment. I never expected over the top, bubbly customer service, the staff that used to work here would just get the job done without the fake enthusiasm, and that was perfectly fine. But there is a massive difference between a worker just trying to get through their shift and one who actively goes out of their way to keep you waiting while talking on the phone. Between the disrespectful service and the shrinking portions, this place just isn't what it used to be.

But today, I decided to do a Costco run and forego their food court, and try out Crossroad Hot Chicken by myself. I ordered online before heading over. Super easy. Food was ready 5 minutes before I got there and packed up well. I got the 3 piece chicken tenders, x-hot, with a side of the greens. The tenders were more like half a chicken breast each. Huge. Very succulent chicken, not dry at all. They were crispy and very spicy. I'm part Thai. After a few bites, I was wishing that I had ordered the mac and cheese instead to help offset the spice, but I persevered. The greens were good, very smoky tasting, but they were overwhelmed by the spicy chicken, so I only recommend them if you get the mild or medium chicken. Really nice staff at the restaurant.
