Great service! I highly recommend using Julio's business! Julio was prompt in responding to my request for a quote to remove a love seat and sleeper sofa from my home. His quote was competitive. I was able to schedule him to come out to my house just a couple of days later. Although he didn't arrive on time, due to traffic, he called me prior to his scheduled arrival time to let me know that they were running half an hour late. Julio and his helper were extremely careful when removing the large pieces of furniture from my home, so as not to damage any walls or doors. They even took the time to disassemble the large sleeper sofa prior to moving it because Julio was concerned it would be too heavy to remove from my house without possibly causing damage. I was able to pay by credit card. He also accepts cash and check. The final cost of the project stayed within the quoted range. Both Julio and his helper were extremely polite and personable! Julio was able to come out and give us a same day quote on a Sunday! That is serious service. He and his partner hauled everything everything away in a flash. They were friendly, professional and fast. We had a mix of stuff: an old dog crate, an old metal baby gate, yard bags of various trash/junk items, some old camping chairs, a waterlogged old wooden table, plastic and paper bags of trash, and an old grill. It was $160 for the service. A bit high for us personally, but well worth it to not have to figure out how to load up and dispose of all of that junk (most of it filthy from sitting outside) on our own. Trusted the other Yelp reviews on this one; and and got burned pretty badly. Instead of asking these guys for a quote over the phone I just assumed they'd be competitive in terms of pricing. So I set up the appointment, they showed up right on time. I had leftover pile of gravel and a big pile of ripped out grass sod. The guy quotes me $800.00 to remove both (in two loads) which to be honest was about 4x what I was expecting. I should have just turned them away right then, but I really wanted to get rid of at least half of it; so I ask him how much to just take the sod - it was still $400. I guess I felt the pressure of having called these guys out there, so I tell them to go ahead. After loading up about 2/3s of the sod he says he's full up. At this point I'm starting to feel like I'm getting taken pretty badly, paying $400 and they aren't even clearing out the sod. The final red flag was that he offers to 'help me out' and throw some more on the truck for an extra $50. Wait, what?! You aren't even fully loading up your truck for $400?!? At that point I was just done with them, and told them to just cash me out and leave. So these guys do show up, and they do have nice uniforms but GET A QOUTE FIRST. I called around this morning and found that I could have had the whole load taken away for a fraction of the price. Don't make the same mistake as me, call around and get other estimates because these guys are EXPENSIVE. read more

We're remodeling our house and boy is there a lot of waste material. I had no idea how to get rid of all this debris. Thankfully I found these guys online. Scheduling a pick up time was simple. The arrived on time, were exceptionally considerate, and they solved my problem. When the man told me the enormous pile in my garage would take 20 minutes to clear out I secretly doubted his estimate. They took exactly 20 minutes, got it all as discussed, and even swept up after. These guys are on time and work fast and charge a very reasonable rate. They even swept up the space they did clear and made it look nicer. However, they didn't make good use of the space in their truck. They put a lot of random sized objects on the bottom that didn't utilize the space well instead of flat junk like plywood and boards. Then when they got to the flat junk they threw that on top of the random junk and wasted a LOT of empty space. Then more random junk went on top of that flat layer. The flat should have gone first and the random on top. They didn't get everything because of that. I know this might sound nit picky. I just hated seeing all that wasted space and them not trying to fill all the empty spaces. They could have fit a lot more in the truck. Their rates are based on how much of the truck your junk fills up so I think I got screwed because of that. And yeah, I didn't say anything. I hate confrontation. My bad. These guys are the greatest. They had a very difficult job to do for me, moving two large freezers out of the basement. It was very difficult, requiring them to remove railings, and doors. They never gave up and persisted until they finished the job, including putting the railings and doors back to together. They returned my call promptly and showed up the next day on time. Despite being cold, wet, and muddy they had no issue removing several different debris piles around the yard. They were quick and efficient at packing the junk so more could fit in the truck.
