The court can effect service but when it comes to making good on their obligations they disappear. Those not in the know: unlawful conversion is an overly formal way of saying theft. Needed a simple jump start for a dead battery. Called and requested service. "I know right where…read moreyou are. I can be there is 15 minutes." The price was acceptable. Gave them the address and after 30 minutes texted very specific directions. After 2-3 phone calls back and forth and a few texts, after trying to wave down the driver before he turned the wrong way in our condominium complex, I get a call saying "...we're not coming...he can't find the place...I have another customer to help...". I was looking right at his truck driving around the complex, waving and waving to get his attention! He gave up and left before calling me to say he wasn't coming. So much for professionalism.
