From the start, the experience was awful. They overcharged us, sent an invoice with inflated costs, and then demanded immediate payment--all while we were just trying to deal with the disaster. The most frustrating part? Zero empathy. You'd think a company that works in disaster remediation would understand the stress, confusion, and emotion that comes with losing your home. Instead, we were met with cold indifference and unprofessional behavior. Whether you're on the phone with Black, Casey, or other members of the team, it doesn't matter. They don't care about you. They take advantage of people in vulnerable situations, charge outrageous fees, and show no willingness to explain or work with you. Thankfully, we only used them for water mitigation and didn't go any further.
