Extremely professional and very detailed work was completed as promised! And after looking over the house it looked like it had a coat of fresh paint and prolly saved me thousands since I was able to cancel the painting I was scheduled to have done. Then Mike started to warn me with threats. he has an adult daughter who owns a law firm so Mike can have a free legal case. I will be sued for theft of service. he successfully irritated me. I am waiting for his warrant and see if he can get his $199 for his incomplete work with bad quality. I sent the picture to HOA. The work was rejected by HOA with my expectation. I contacted him two days later and he asked for my name and address (information I had already provided through Yelp), told me I needed to go out and remove all my house decorations, and said he would be by to do the job in two days. When I asked again for an estimate, he said he needed more information before he could give me an estimate. When I asked him what information he needed, he left me on read. I'm really just tired of contractors wasting my time at this point. I don't know if maybe my videos made it look like too big of a job (or not big enough of a job) or if he's just too busy or doesn't want to drive out to my house, but whatever the reason is, people need to communicate and be honest when running a business.

Technician: Mike Overall: Great experience Would use again? YES Would recommend to others? YES Services performed: I settled on 8 rooms for carpet cleaning plus their dryer vent cleaning. We moved into our home 6 months ago, and I didn't think any of the above had ever been done. I especially had concerns about the dryer vent as I could see lint protruding from where the vent sticks out of our roof (one story). Diary of my experience: I spoke with Cat and Matt by phone when setting up my service. I started the process one evening via their website, and received a call from Cat the next day. We played phone tag for a few days, then we talked. I told her I'd think about the cost. I called their office on Saturday morning. I didn't expect a call-back until Monday, but Matt called me back over the weekend. I was impressed! Matt explained all the details of their service, including how what I was looking for would be performed. Matt quickly put together a quote and emailed it to me. He explained their cancellation policy and their policy on room sizes (over 300 sq. ft. = 2 rooms for carpet cleaning). He told me that Cat would call me in the AM on Monday to confirm since he did not have access to the schedule at that time (again, he was calling me over the weekend, so no biggie). After I spoke with Matt, I perused their website and noticed a 10% if someone got dryer cleaning combined with any other service. I called Matt back and he answered. I explained what I'd found, he agreed and within a few minutes I had another quote that reflected the 10% discount. Cat called on Monday morning as promised, and I made an appointment for Tuesday of the following week between 9:30am - 10am. Cat advised the tech would call 1/2 hour before arriving. So, Tuesday AM rolls around. The technician (Mike, who was teriffic btw) called. He was actually at the gate to our community. I would have preferred a little more notice since I was on a conference call, but no big deal. I was glad he was there. I managed to help get him through the gate, answer the door, and point him in the right direction, then get back to my call. Mike was very professional and required very little input from me or my wife. He got to it and knew what to do. We just let him do his thing. We could see a marked difference in our carpets. I also got to watch as he pulled out a bunch of junk from our dryer vent. And I was able to take a peek at the filter for the machine he used to clean the carpets (it is truck mounted.. they park in your driveway and run a thick hose to wherever they need it for carpet cleaning). Final thoughts: My only ding on PeaceFrog is I think Matt should have offered the 10% to me, versus my self-discovery. Maybe he forgot. I don't know. Not a biggie. That is the only negative thing I can say about Peace Frog (and that's a micro complaint that is hardly worth mentioning). Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely refer them and call them again the next time I need carpet cleaning service. Cost: Total cost was reasonable. Not the cheapest in town, but worth a little extra. read more

I was in the next room for 3 minutes while my active & creative toddlers found a way into a latched cabinet and pulled out a jar of concentrated green food coloring. By the time I got to them, they, their clothes, and the carpet were entirely green. It looked like the Hulk had visited my dining room. I tried to get up the carpet stain with my little Bissell, but it didn't begin to tackle the stain. So, I called Peace Frog. They'd done a good job for us on a general carpet cleaning in the past. The phone rep was friendly, and honest in saying that sometimes green stains don't come out. Thankfully, after James came to treat the stain professionally, the green is all gone! James was friendly, efficient, and I felt comfortable with him in our home. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything other than a stain barrier (which we got last time and which I think really has worked to repel stains). He gave me some pointers for getting out small stains on my own between regular cleanings, too. And, he was honest that their base price includes two rooms -- so rather than just treating a single stain, he did the living room, too. Win! Definitely recommended. I checked out the reviews on Yelp and decided to try Peace Frog. I estimated my room sizes and requested a quote; the response by Abby was very quick, friendly and thorough. Jason and Danny gave me the promised 30 minute heads up for arrival in the time window we had scheduled just couple days later. They were very professional and Jason re-measured all the areas and, surprise! -- I had over-estimated size of rooms so my price went down. I had specified I needed pet spot cleaning and he was able to show me with the black light the areas that would need special attention. I happen to have a giant breed of dog with an oily coat and he was also able to get the particular areas where my dog spends a lot of time clean as new. Jason and Danny were quick and efficient and the carpet looks great. Although not on the original estimate, I asked Jason about an area rug we have -- thinking to schedule another time, and he had the time and was able to clean that (for what I thought was a reasonable charge) while here as well -- so bonus! The carpets look and feel great -- and we appreciated the plastic booties Jason gave us so we could walk around as needed while they were drying. I highly recommend Peace Frog. read more

What a great experience! Peace Frog is a super organized company dedicated to great customer service; from their quick response on line, to setting up my appointment, providing an immediate specific, itemized work order and finally a 30 minute heads up for the tech arrival. Eric was amazing. He was polite, professional and friendly. We did a walk through the areas to be cleaned first, discussing concerns and then a final inspection after completion. My first impression was how fluffy my carpet looked! He said he combed it and that besides appearance combing helps to dry it faster. He even cleaned under my bed and my nightstands, which he raised to protect the undersides. My second floor looks new and smells amazing and so does the mattress Eric cleaned, too. He even cleaned the sides! He also took it upon himself to make sure the hoses were not against my newly painted condo walls by placing bumpers on the corners. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Peace Frog a try. Spoke with a woman who was friendly & professional. After assessing my needs was given an appointment date and a price. I was also informed, that I might get an appt the next day as they might have a cancellation, which they needed to confirm. Within 5 minutes of hanging up, my phone rings! Would tomorrow morning be okay for them to come out? Absolutely! Mark arrives within the scheduled appt time. He is soft spoken and professional. He came in, looked over the rooms, asked about stains, briefly explained about using enzymes to clean and went to work. He put up guards on the corners so as not to scratch walls or paint! My husband asked about how long Mark expected the cleaning to take. Mark said about 1 1/2 hours. The cleaning took just over 30 minutes. The stains were mostly gone, The carpet looks good except the high traffic areas.Those are still quite dirty looking. Since they offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee, I am planning to call and have them return to re-do those areas. Overall I am pleased with the service I received. read more

Peace Frog did a great job on my tile floor. I have impervious porcelain tiles throughout my bathroom. I am very particular about my tile floors because not only are they the greatest ever, but they are also heated and programmed with a timer to automatically start heating up before my alarm goes off in the morning. It's like waking up and steping onto warm stones by a fire. My grout was starting to look a little on the shady side so I decided to try Peace Frog. I thought hey I like peace, frogs, and having my tile cleaned. They sent the crew out and they got there as scheduled. They spent a good time cleaning them but my floor now looks amazing. They probably had 5 years worth of gunk that they were able to get out. My grout was originally white but kinda faded to an off-white. It is now sparkling shiny white. It looks great. All systems as far as heating still work after they completed their work. I have tried over the counter products on my grout before but never had results like this. I found Peace Frog here on YELP and given the reviews just had to try it. No "$99" specials with this business, but based on my observation it's because they spend time doing quality work. Our technician was Dustin. He clearly takes pride in his work. He's very personable yet business like. He arrived right on time. He was extremely careful about not allowing his equipment to bang up the base boards or sheet rock corners. When he left, there was nothing for me to do to 'clean up' after him. He was on my premises more than twice as long as other companies I've used and he was working the whole time. I did have him attend/repair a lot of pulls on the berber carpet. Dealing with Peace Frog's home office was efficient. From quote to scheduling. I even went back after getting their quote to ask about a discount I saw on their website and they added the discount to my quote. I like they use email to do a lot of their business. Jacob H @ Peace Frog did an excellent job cleaning both carpet and tile. It was a big job, as both carpet and tile were REALLY dirty. When I checked in on Jacob, he was going over the carpet SLOWLY, getting out as much dirt out as possible. He spent much longer than I expected - but I am so thankful because the results were stellar. This is the only carpet cleaning company I have ever used more than once. Most carpet cleaners leave the carpets full of soap (so they get dirty fast) or full of water, taking days to dry. Peace Frog leaves them clean and dry enough that, with fans, they're dry in a few hours. Peace Frog is my go-to company. Even though I could get a cheaper price elsewhere, I have never gotten cleaner carpets that stay clean as long as when Peace Frog cleans them. Also, when Jacob cleaned my tile, he was on his hands and knees getting all the water off so I wouldn't slip (I had knee surgery recently). He was a hard worker! read more

PeaceFrog has been a very pleasant experience all around. From their response to my inquiry, discussing the quote, to booking the appointment, to having the technician come and perform the work. Leah, in the office, took great care of me from her first contact with me after my request for a quote to booking my appointment and explaining the process. She even gave me a very accurate quote, it turns out, just from over the phone and answering some questions. It was lovely to work with her. And then SAM, my technician, was wonderful too. He was very professional, yet friendly, and cared about his work. He really did a great job! I had our tile/grout cleaned in our kitchen and entry and it looks wonderful. Their representative James first came, made a clear, unambiguous evaluation of work and costs, got consent and scheduled service date right away. Due to heavy rains, I had to reschedule. This first experience was great! I'd definitely use Peace Frog again for wool area rugs. I dropped off an expensive Highland wool runner for general cleaning and was very particular about how it needed to be cared for. While there, I got to see the facility and learned how they evaluate, clean, and properly dry area rugs. James was personable and knowledgeable, and he promised my runner would be carefully and appropriately cleaned, which it was. He also provided before and after photos, plus additional photos throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I picked it up today and couldn't be happier! Peace Frog is simply the best! James, my technician, arrived on time and we first reviewed all the areas to clean, so there wouldn't be any misunderstanding, He was efficient and took time to really get harder-to-clean areas as clean as possible before he moved on to the next area. After he was finished, we walked from room to room, to be sure I was satisfied with the job. We also discussed our dryer vent, which hadn't been cleaned in several years. James was also able to do that during his visit, and boy, was there a lot of lint in there! Went with Peace Frog because of their outstanding reviews and I was not disappointed. The tech - Jonah was very professional and friendly. He patiently answered all my questions about cleaning grout even though I was only having my carpet cleaned. The carpet looks great. It was obvious that Jonah takes great pride in his company and his work performance. The cost to clean carpet and tile is not cheap, so I would say pay attention to reviews and go with a company proven to match the quality of their work with the amount they charge. I would highly recommend Peace Frog and plan to use them in the future for all my carpet and tile cleaning. Five stars really doesn't seem like enough as they are absolutely the best! Lauren called me back very quickly and was so helpful in getting my 'emergency' job accommodated. She's was so pleasant to speak with. Ryan and crew were on time and took great care in everything they did. The process was explained in detail down to furniture legs being covered so they would not get wet! The carpet and area rug looked beautiful after they were done and the smell of an accident or two from my sweet rescue dog, was taken care of. They were extremely pleasant and respectful. I could recommend them all day long and will definitely be calling them in the future for any carpet and grout issues. So nice to see a business and employees that care so much about what they do! We arranged an appointment online to have our driveway pressure washed. The online process was easy and your appointment was promptly confirmed. Technician, Reece texted to let us know he was on the way. He was polite, attentive and he & Steve did a great job on our driveway. We used Peace Frog a few years ago to clean our tile floors. We will most likely use them for any other services in the future. Update Today we had technician, Ryan clean our dryer vent. He did through job and showed the lint accumulated since last service. It's great to not worry about the lint buildup on the rooftop venting pipe being blocked. Ryan worked for about an hour and l Put everything in place. We were preparing to have our third child and wanted to get the carpets cleaned. Called Peace Frog based off of previous reviews and they did not disappoint. Talked with Leah on the phone and she was very nice and set up an appointment quickly. I was originally set to have my carpets cleaned, but by the time they were done, I had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and my living room couch upholstered as well. John did such a good job. We potty trained two kids on this carpet and never thought they would look or smell as good as they do now. He was quick, personable, and thorough. I even like the little touches like putting on the door blocker to keep cool air in and bugs out while they treated my home. The price was pretty fair as well. Start to finish, my transaction with Peace Frog was professionally handled. Matt took his time in explaining my options for cleaning my tile floors during the quote process. He sent the proposal to me in short order and was able to schedule the work within 24 hours. I received a courtesy call before James arrived on time. He measured the rooms and itemized the quote to give me more flexibility in case I wanted to add or subtract from the work order. James did not pressure me or up sell. He did a great job and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before he started packing up. He knew I was working from home and took pains to keep the noise level down. I needed my rent house's tile and carpet cleaned. I was given a date and time that they would be there, along with an estimated rate. They still come to your home and measure so in case the sq. footage is less, you get to pay less. On the day of, I was called to say the person was on his way to start the work. Jason Schmidt arrived on time to my Pflugerville home and was very kind and friendly. He measured the area and confirmed the rate with me. To start it off we had previously used Peace frog for our rugs and sofa, top notch! This time we used them to power wash our house. Mainly the back facing our back yard. Lots of bugs n dirt. Angel did an amazing job. He was prompt and Courteous and poor guy did it in the rain!!! They didn't cancel, we were afraid they would. My husband even asked if he could touch up a side of the house that wasn't included in the estimate. He did!! We were so happy with Angel and the estimate we received. It looks brand new!! Mike just left our house and I have to say, this was the best my carpets have ever looked since their installation 5 years ago. We have an older dog who had sprinkled every bedroom and you can't even see any evidence of the stains. The high traffic areas also look new again and it smells very fresh and clean. I also had Mike clean an antique chaise and it looks great too! Peace Frog has superb customer service which began with my initial phone call. They emailed my orders immediately and were just completely "on top" of it all! I am a Realtor and will definitely be spreading the word about this wonderful company!
