    Forever loved LUNA.

Horrible experience!!! We had to euthanize our beloved 16 years old dog and unfortunately we were recommended this company for the private cremation service. They sent her through USPS and they LOST HER!!!! For 8 horrible days we talked to everyone, went everywhere and made many calls to find her. Not once they apologized for this situation.... Finally yesterday I went to pick up her remains. Very unkind and insensitive.

My senior dog just passed away and the hospital uses the services from Peaceful Pets. The whole process was so much easier and super fast. In a week I already had her shipped at home. The paw print in clay I ordered extra was beyond perfect. Loved the navy blue color packaging it came in and the certificate of cremation was a nice touch.

Included beautiful craved box with our pet's remains, an wood ornament with his name engraved and a certificate of cremation (aquamation).

So I found this place by divine intervention for sure. We had just loss my MIL and a few days later our family dog passed as well. My SIL called a few places and the vet said they would take care of everything...until I stumbled upon this place online. The lady who answered was very informative. I had no idea this type of process existed. They use liquid enzymes to dissolve our animal instead of traditional cremation by fire. This way is better for the environment for sure. Our dilemma was that my MIL is going to be laid to rest in a week time. They said they would rush the order because of our sensitive circumstance that we would like her dog to be buried with her in her casket. Normally they said it would take 2-3 weeks, with their rush it was 1 week total without any upcharge and taking advantage of the situation. We want to thank everyone there who had a hand in this. Its a long grieving process and we are blessed to have a company like Peaceful Pets really show compassion during this very difficult time in our lives. Have already recommended friends whom are fur parents as referral.

Did a great job taking care of my best friend. I found the rosewood urn lovely. Love the noseprint keychain more than I thought I would. Glad to have him home.

While I was disappointed to learn they no longer have a pickup service, their service really blew me away & let me know I made the right choice in peaceful pets. I got my beloved boy's remains in 5 days, so I know he wasn't stored in a freezer for any longer than absolutely necessary, If at all. I also requested that they include my boy's toenails in his scanned print and I couldn't be happier with the result. I love that peaceful pets does an etched piece of wood; the idea of a clay imprint is a bit off putting to me, and I think the bamboo round is so elegant. Thank you to peaceful pets for taking such great care of my boy's remains. I know that they handled him with the utmost care, compassion and respect.

    Rest in Peace

I was looking at pet shelters right now and came across place(obviously not a pet shelter) BUT, it is the place where my doggo was sent after we had to put her down. I just stumbled upon this ad, and even though it was 3 years ago that I put her down, i'm glad that we chose this place because they we're extremely kind, had a nice note, a paw print of my beautiful baby, and it really just helped with the grieving process. So even after dealing with the passing of my animal, I can say that this place really helped make it easier and gave me a beautiful reminder of her. Thank you Peaceful Pets. for tinkerbell

On one of the hardest days of my life, he helped make a heartbreaking situation feel a little more manageable. He explained everything clearly, treated Ñoño with dignity, followed up professionally, and most importantly, showed real compassion. He also worked with me on the price when I was in a very difficult spot, and that generosity meant more than I can put into words. What stood out to me most was that he did not make me feel rushed or like just another transaction. He understood that this was family, not "just a pet," and he treated the moment with the seriousness and care it deserved. Losing a pet is brutal, and when you are trusting someone with someone you love, kindness matters. In my experience, Romo gave exactly that. Ariel engraved all four of her paw prints in a heart shaped terracotta stone along with her tail which gave it that extra special unique touch. The ability to feel her feet and hands by tracing my fingers along each anatomical groove brings a smile to my face. Cutie would often times take her front paw and wrap it around my finger and now I can replicate that feeling over and over thanks to you Ariel. Ariel inked my Cutie's paws, nose and whiskers too! When I saw the prints it brought me back to when I use to touch her nose and she would look at me and I could just feel her smiling at me with her eyes. The last thing you want when your fur baby is suffering is to reach voicemail after voicemail. Hearing a compassionate human voice on the other end of the phone brought me so much comfort. She came to my home first thing the next morning. I was worried about my younger Golden Retriever jumping on her or interfering with her care, but she was absolutely wonderful with both of my dogs. She encouraged him to stay in the room with us once he was comfortable with her, and I truly believe that helped him understand what was happening. She was incredibly professional, but I'll never forget one small moment. Out of the corner of my eye, while I was saying my final words and paying my last tributes to my girl, I saw her quietly wiping tears from her eyes. As a healthcare provider myself, I know how often we're expected to wear a mask and stay composed. Seeing that genuine emotion didn't make her seem less professional, it reassured me that she truly cared. In those final moments, your mind races. You question whether you're making the right decision. Seeing her emotion gave me peace because I knew she wasn't simply going through the motions. I knew that if she believed my girl wasn't ready, she would have told me. Most of us are fortunate enough to experience this kind of heartbreak only a few times in our lives. She carries families through it over and over again. That takes an incredible amount of compassion. Thank you for your kindness, your empathy, and for helping my sweet Lilo leave this world peacefully and with dignity. Please take care of yourself, too. The first photo is the day Oliver met Lilo as a puppy, their first photo together. The second was taken just before the veterinarian arrived to help Lilo pass. This is not my first review of our beloved Dr G, and I just recommended her to 6 more people again just these past 2 weeks. I always say to people I give her card to: "you will discover she is an Earth Angel - if she moved to a different town, I'd take my pup there... When you find a great vet, they are Gold! She's not only compassionate, present and knowledgeable, but also she does not oversell." Besides all the regular check ups, Dr G. has performed 2 substantial surgeries on my pup in the last 8 years, and has been extremely kind, providing valuable reassuring step-by-step updates throughout, especially aware that I had lost my beloved first dog, (with a different vet), when he did not make it through the anesthesia... In the 8 years Dr G. has been our one and only vet; everyone I have sent to Dr G. has fallen in love with her, and has thanked me for the referral. I trusted Dr G and her small compassionate team with the euthanasia of my precious second dog, Handsome. She is truly an Angel on Earth. At her Chatsworth location, I love that she's created a lovingly cozy "home environment" for the euthanasia experience. That it so needed during that deeply emotional time, and more veterinary offices ought to follow her example. I found her many years ago when I was dissatisfied with a busy veterinary front desk in Sherman Oaks, after they had made errors in my first dog's chart. Unfortunately he passed, and I learned that finding the RIGHT professional truly makes ALL the difference. So yes, I drive from Sherman Oaks. Gratefully so :) I am thankful that my cherished pups are her patients. Her ethics, her care, her kindness, her knowledge, her integrity - she's our number 1!!!

Fortunately, Paw Cremations made this difficult process more bearable. I did most of my planning with Thomas who was so considerate and gentle in his demeanor. He was supportive in my grief and transparent about not only Paw Cremations' services, but the industry as a whole. I learned a lot about animal cremation from talking to him, and was able to make what I thought was the best choice for my cat with his guidance. We scheduled the pickup from my vet's office the next day, but at the last minute I was uncertain and wanted to do one more assessment. Thomas was very accommodating and flexible, allowing me to cancel our appointment and suggested I call later whenever I was ready, since they are a 24-hour service. Ultimately, we did euthanize my cat on that vet visit, and I called to arrange a pickup of her body later that night. Since Thomas was off at that time, I met with his father, Scott, who was also very warm and comforting after such an emotional day. A few days later, I got to meet Thomas when he delivered Cupcake's ashes. There are a few reasons Paw Cremations stands out: - As mentioned, the thoughtful and understanding customer service was foremost. - Second, I love how they refer to your companion animals as your "baby." My cat was my baby, and I appreciate that they treat animals as the family members they are. - Third, I was thankful Thomas took the time to decipher the industry terms around cremation for me, as private, individual, and group cremation are very different things, and flame cremation and aquamation are also different things. The industry terms can be deceptive to lay people, so it was helpful to learn from people in the know so I could feel confident in my choice. - Fourth, they don't try to upsell you anything; they don't exploit your grief. They are straightforward about what they offer and keep it simple. If you want an urn or paw print you can get one, but if you're budget constrained as I was, you still receive your companion's ashes in a respectfully wrapped gift box. - Finally, I like that the cremation chamber itself is painted (they show you a photo). It makes the tragic process of cremation a little bit better when you see they haven't commodified it; they thought to make this last stage of your companion's journey more aesthetic. I appreciated all of these details and was very glad to have found Paw Cremations in my time of need.

I appreciated his further reassurance that it was the correct decision and at the right time when he saw the gravity of Xena's condition; I had no doubts, but it was still a balm to my heart to hear it from a professional. I was able to pet her throughout the entire procedure and up until the very last moment we assisted her onto the stretcher. I am so grateful I could spend those crucial final moments comforting her. We preferred communal cremation, so the rates were within the ballpark of other at-home services I had consulted with. However the stellar attentiveness, gentleness, and empathy that Dr. Kevin provided, in addition to his same-day availability on such short notice and all of the glowing reviews here, had my heart set on him from the beginning. Another reason we opted for him over other providers is because he is the one performing the procedure, so we knew what--and who--to expect. It felt much more intimate and personal than a service sending "someone" out.
