Not really anything particularly special about Peacekeeper. I had distortedly high expectations, but upon visiting here, I felt the vibes were mid and the drinks were standard. Ordered the banana-rama, which was nothing special and tasted like a baseline tropical cocktail from anywhere. I was thinking of coming here for a girls' night out soon but am reconsidering it. I feel like there are better bars with more space and a nicer ambience for the occasion.

Lively place on a Monday night! My friend and I were able to enjoy the festivities of an ongoing event late into the night, and the vibes were great. I tried their Peacekeeper cocktail, which was bright, refreshing, and had a nice kick. The serrano tequila brough a subtle heat that built slowly, and the pineapple and lime added a fresh and tropical acidity that made it lively. This was a fun and well-balanced cocktail!

We visited Peacekeeper on Friday afternoon. The retractable roof was open so the venue was bright and airy. Cool music playing in the background and bartenders were very friendly. I tried the green goddess and the Banana-Rama. Both were amazing and while you can't really taste the alcohol, they are boozy! Can't wait to be back for those drinks and possibly try new ones. They also have a pool table that I may check out next time. I loved everything about this bar and already have plans to be back! Highly recommended!!!

My friend and I were having dinner in the neighborhood and decided to check out Peacekeeper for a drink. We got there very early (around 7:30ish) and were able to get a table near the fireplace, which was nice and warm. The roof was completely retracted, and we could even see some stats! Despite the retracted roof, the fireplace kept us nice and warm. We ordered the Goddaughter and Desert Queen, and both drinks were delicious and reasonably priced! We sat and chatted for a long time, and after about an hour and a half, the bar started filling up with people. We left soon after, because the bar started to get really loud. If you'd prefer a quieter experience, I'd recommend getting to the bar on the earlier side to enjoy a nice drink before the space fills with people. I'd definitely be down to go back!

Love love love this bar. Mainly for how beautiful it is haha. I have passed by this bar for many years and have always seen how packed it is on weekends and nights but haven't had a chance to stop by until recently. Indoor outdoor vibes with the open roof and the bar wall with plants is so good. The good vibes made the cocktails more enjoyable. I love carrot inspired drinks - refreshing, not too sweet, but I do wish it had a little stronger of a carrot flavor (but that's just me). The perfect place for a date night, girls night, drinks with friends.

When I say the vibes were right...so glad we popped into this spot while bar hopping! Staff was friendly and even made me a mojito even though it's annoying so real ones! Also the bar itself is really cool since the roof is open and you can see the sky. 10/10 recommend on a night out.

Omg, this is one of my new favorite bars. I'm actually upset that after visiting San Fran a few times, this was my first visit. But we had such a great time we stopped by twice in our one night stay. Firstly, it's a beautiful and open atmosphere with a roof that opens up during the day. So magical. Secondly, The drinks are incredible, well balanced and thoughtful. Lastly, the staff are incredible. Our first night it was packed and the bartenders were very intentional to make sure that we were served promptly. I was very impressed with that. Again this place was so good we stopped in twice. I've been to quite a lot of bars in San Fran, and this one is now a staple to me and my sister's little vacay trips.

Lovely cocktail bar with a retractable roof, pool table, skee ball machine, and loft area! It was quiet but not empty on a Tuesday night, and the open roof was delightful - most other bars felt stuffy on a warm evening. The cocktail list is varied and thoughtful. I ordered the Green Goddess, on the bartender's suggestion, and it was incredible. My partner got the bananarama and it tasted like a tropical vacation. 10/10, no notes.

    The Peacekeeper

My cocktail was delicious. It was the signature peacekeeper and had a really amazing zing from the Serrano tequila. It's a nice vibe inside and they opened earlier than any bar near where we were staying. Smart!

Amazing bartenders! Amazing vibes and atmosphere! Fun TVs and bar and pool table. Great drinks and people and crowd. This is the place to watch the NBA Finals, people-watch, come before dinner or a show...especially in the summer! It's warm, inviting, airy, and light. Love the pool table in the back. Bathrooms are clean. I will be back!

Date: Saturday, February 15th, 2025 Time: around 3pm Party of: 3 *Maximus ($13) *Mezcal ($11) - Paloma ($4) *The Peacekeeper ($13) x2 *La Copa Verde ($14) *Clase Azul Repo ($25) *SF Employer Mandates - 5% ($4.65) The boys and I were meeting up before attending the cny parade. We all arrived at different times, but it wasn't too busy. They already had a few seats at the bar when I got here. I was the last to arrive. I wanted something refreshing so went for the namesake, the peacekeeper. Similar to a spicy marg, it was light and tart. Since we didn't much time, I just quickly ordered a clase before closing the bill. I was happy as it was a generous pour. We actually all shared it. Fun chill bar close to union square. REVIEW #3711

    Ask the Community - Peacekeeper

    Is it dog friendly?

    Yes it sure is.

If a group of 4 wanted to come in with a small birthday cake and paper plates, and order a bottle of champagne to go with it, would that be ok?

I don't have the authority to answer this but they're so chill I feel like they would be fine with it. And they only serve chips so it's not like you can buy cake off of them! However I don't know if they have champs

    Is this bar dog friendly?

Service dogs and nice and kind ones. If a dog has any history or signs of anxiety or aggression we ask them to not join us. Otherwise yes.

I was craving a refreshing craft cocktail and got one with the Green Emmanuelle. I liked the cardamom in the Beauty Mark as well that my partner ordered. We ordered shishito peppers and mushroom bahn mi sliders. The mushroom bahn mi sliders were amazing - the quality fillings and taste of the soft bun - I was unexpectedly hit with a bite of spice from maybe jalapeño seeds left but didn't sour my experience. The shishito peppers ended up being extremely spicy as well, those are usually just a few spicy and not the majority. The roasted lemon and salt was a wonderful combo but just too spicy to eat. However, the server very kindly removed it from our bill without us asking. We order the crostini because we were still hungry and that was an absolute hit. Delicious med-soft crostini with luscious berries and sweet honey. I didn't care my hands got sticky as it was soooo good! Great experience, I would be weary if the peppers as I'm a bit spice-intolerant but everything else was spot-on.

It takes a lot for me to consider a return visit to a cocktail bar. Most of the time, I just begrudgingly go along with my friends to a mediocre bar, but Blind Pig is a place I would enthusiastically return to again and again. I first got the namesake cocktail: Blind Pig. It was incredibly well-balanced, and the flame presentation upon arrival was an epic mini show. Later during last call, I decided to risk it all and roll the dice to order from the secret menu. I rolled a 5, which got me a wine & Japanese beer concoction with Sichuan peppercorn. Totally feel like this cocktail was made for me, as I rep the 川渝 region. The drink was strong, but that made it all the better. D R I N K S * Hot & Sour: Tanqueray Gin w/ Iichiko shochu, aloe, rose, hot pot paste, basil, citrus, peychaud's ($18 x2) The sichuan hot pot inspired cocktail was silky smooth from the milk-washed gin, nicely balanced - sweet (but not too sweet) and sour with a subtle málà numbing spice. Stiff yet easy to drink. The manager/bartender, Leo was awesome with great hospitality. Background lounge-y music is not too loud so you can yap and catch-up with friends. Seeing that it was named one of the top 50 best bars in North American, we had to check it out! We came in a Thursday night in mid-April about 9:45 PM. They have security outside thar checks IDs & also manages the queue in case the bar gets too crowded. We had no issues getting in, but there were zero indoor seats available - both the bar & table seating. Thankfully, they have a really cozy & well-lit patio area. The waitress let us know that even the outdoor patio has table-side service, so we made ourselves comfortable on the outdoor bench & within seconds she had brought us waters & cocktail menus. Weather outside was really nice, so I'm glad we actually sat outside. Each cocktail is $20, which definitely is a little steep, but I think the creativity, quality, & prestige of being named a top 50 bar supports the price. Each part of the menu is organized by liquor ie whiskey, vodka, brandy, gin, etc. We tried 4 drinks total. I only took menu photos of the pages we ordered from but they have a lot more selections. We ordered the Kung Fu Pandan, Silky Street, Rice Rice Baby, & Tropical Gangsta. We had some favorites over others, but all were very well crafted! The drinks came out pretty quickly considering how busy it was. The only hiccup was our final drink took quite a while. Turns out the ticket machine malfunctioned & deleted orders put in & caused a back-up. The waitress was so apologetic & ended up comp-ing 2 drinks, which she definitely didn't have to but it speaks volumes to the high standards they hold themselves to & their customer service. Overall, highly highly recommend checking this place out for a fun night out or post-dinner treat! Glad we made the decision to stop in!

Once it was 11pm, the bouncer started to let everybody in, so I'm guessing they only let people inside every 30 minutes to prevent overcrowding, even though once we got in it wasn't that crowded and there was plenty of open space outside too. Having to wait only gave us about an hour inside. It says they close at 12am and that is exactly when they close--you can't stay any longer than that. I'm used to bars typically staying open about 30 minutes to an hour after the listed closing time to allow customers inside to finish up. As soon as 12am hits, the bouncer starts going around and constantly telling you to hurry it up because they are closed now. The service was also pretty slow, which did not give us much time at all to sip and enjoy the drinks before they closed. We started off ordering two drinks, then our waiter came back about 10 minutes later and asked for last call so we ordered another one (this was before our two drinks even came out yet). After about 15 minutes, we got all three drinks and the waiter apologized and said he didn't charge us for the third drink since it took so long. This gave us only about 10-15 minutes to finish our drinks before we started to get told we had to leave. At least my drink (apple bottom beets) was good and I was able to chug it, but I would rather be able to take my time and enjoy a drink. Their menu is huge, and they have a wide selection of different cocktails categorized under which type of liquor is used (rum, agave, brandy). The ambiance is dark and romantic.
