Didn't know they had a food truck! I've gone to their store at RiverCity Market Place on the Northside and the banana pudding was the bomb! My friend swears by that and the cinnamon rolls. This is my first time trying the Apple cobbler and my son got the peach. I taste mine and it taste like peach so I took it back and they gave me an apple one without question. Well, I get back and sit to eat and why does it also taste and look like peach? I gave it to my son who eats peaches and he said the same thing. They're very sweet and bready. It was like they opened a can of peaches in thick syrup and mixed it into a crust but didn't get much of the fruit. I didn't return it but I will not do the cobbler again. My son described it as cake with a bit of peach slices and too sweet. My sister got a cobbler from someplace different and they loved it. I say this to show it's not just my taste buds. You try it and let me know your thoughts.

We love The Peach Cobbler Factory! This location in Ortega seems to be the most consistent and never disappoints (compared to the other locations we've visited). My wife and I went there tonight for date night and dessert. I got the Cinnamon Praline Peach Cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Oh my gosh it was delicious! This is one of my favorites. My wife got the Peach Cobbler with vanilla ice cream. She loves this one as well. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant is always clean and inviting. If you've never been here you are definitely missing a tasty treat. We both definitely recommend this place! Thank you Peach Cobbler Factory for having such a great place to go with family and friends for amazing cobbler, cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls and ice cream!

I'm a cobbler fanatic and very particular about my cobblers. I'm obsessed with this place! I agree with the reviews that say it's a lot for one sitting, but that's fine by me. I love splitting the cobbler and the ice cream in half and consuming over two sittings. Delicious! I've tried the peach, the blackberry, and the mango peach and they've all been great. Service is awesome too. This is a fun treat and I'm so glad they're here.

I think most people can relate to this but I usually don't eat anyone's peach cobbler except for my grandmother's because hers is just incomparable. There were so many options to choose from but I purchased the regular peach cobbler with ice cream and my partner got the cinnamon roll stuffed with peach cobbler. Personally, I thought the peach cobbler was okay but the cinnamon roll stuffed with peach cobbler was so tasty that it was absolutely unbelievable. My partner and I just kept looking at each other in disbelief as we scarfed it down so it goes without saying but I definitely recommend that one!

Wanted to find a new place to meet my friend who says that we always go to taco places. I've seen this place advertised on Facebook. Although I am not a sweets person, I love apple and sweet potato pie. I asked about the blueberry sweet tea. It was very sweet, my feedback to the manager was to cut it with 1/2 water. I admit it took me days to finish because if the sweetness. Our cobblers were delicious but also very sweet. I was told the owner and franchise makes the recipe in large pots. So definitely not a place for someone with health issues. Great ambiance, plenty of patrons. Great photo ops and a chalk wall. Clean bathrooms too. I also thank them because they have us each a sample of they're cinnamon roll. Although delicious, could not eat in one sitting, very sweet. Ice cream served with cobbler too!!

I've been here twice and both times did not disappoint. The desserts that they serve are amazing. I did knock it down 4 stars for two issues during my visits. The first time...their card system was down. I definitely think they should have another option other than cash if the system is down to provide card payments. The other issue was I thought their flights were a bit small for the price. However, they did deliver on good service and were always willing to help. The restaurant was bright and welcoming. Lots of orange to see around and remind you to get their delicious cobblers! Also, they offer cinnamon buns and banana pudding. The banana pudding is super good...I will definitely try the cinnamon buns in the future!

We decided to drop in today after church, and were so disappointed when we got home and opened the containers. The cinnamon rolls were clearly old, because they were hard and dry all the way through. Being that we live in Orange Park we didn't feel like going back to return them, so we ended up discarding them, but we won't be visiting again.

When you greeted with a smile from the start you can only imagine that it's gonna be a good evening! Smiles and samples also help you target your dessert destruction strategically why would they have what they call a dessert flight" where you can pick any 4 cobblers/puddings smh dessert disaster sugar rush sweet satisfaction call you what you want the lighting and bright colors invite you to indulge to the fullest! This is not only a must see but a must try, taste and eat.

This is going to be a dessert staple for us! The ambiance is simple...lots of orange. The service and staff were friendly and accommodating. The desserts were all good. We shared peach mango cobbler and it was super yummy. The cobbler topped with the vanilla ice cream was super delicious...portion size was good for the two of us! I want to come back to try their other desserts.

OMG!!!! Lines, lines and more lines!! This new dessert stop is the hottest thing in the Jacksonville Area!! There are so many flavor options...my mouth was watering with anticipation!! My husband and I tried the Blackberry Peach Cobbler, Peach Cobbler and the Bourbon Pecan Banana Pudding...oh, there's ice cream too! Cobbler a' la mode please. The owners and staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with the large crowd. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back to try the other flavors. #foodiequeen #travelqueen #particularpalettes

Sadly was disappointed. We live pretty close to this location so my husband and I wanted to try it for our anniversary dessert! We both got two different items to share and try and honestly both were pretty bad. We live maybe two minutes from this location and when we got home with our goodies they were cold and mine didn't have ice cream like it was meant to. We spent almost $30 bucks for pretty sub-par desserts. Maybe they were having an off day but man was it disappointing!

I Met the owner, Jim while waiting for my order of Carmel apple peach cobbler and banana pudding. I advised Jim. Peach Cobbler Factory website stated the restaurant was closed but I knew better. The aroma was appeasing. Jim was friendly and he is a co-owner with his wife. 5 out of 5 stars. We are just peachy today!

It was a little bit of a drive away, near the beach, and there was absolutely no parking on a Friday night. My husband dropped me off and circled while I placed a few to go orders. It was a cute little shop with donuts, shakes, and ice cream. The donuts are not traditional donuts; more like deep fried donut holes that are covered with all kinds of yummy toppings. They're also served nice and hot and in 10 packs. They had lots of cool donut flavors like: Dark Delight, Maple Bacon, , White Tella, and Love U Matcha, The prices range from $8.75 to $9.50 per box. They all sounded yummy; but we decided on Twix Fix, drizzled with caramel, melted chocolate, and cookies, and Lotus Crunch, which was topped with melted Biscoff cookies. Our order was ready in about 5 minutes and the bag of donuts was nice and warm. We ate them when we got back home. They were more chewy and heavier than regular donut holes, but rich and delicious. You could really only eat a few; so a box of 10 is a decent sized dessert for 2 people to share. Lukumades is definitely a very unique donut experience and worth supporting because they're not a huge chain. You'll be glad you tried them....and its worth the drive.

We ordered the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer, they were phenomenal! Then we both decided on steak for dinner. I got the filet, and ordered it medium rare and it was perfect. My husband ordered the ribeye and his was medium, his was also spot on. Then of course, we had to get dessert. I got the German chocolate cake (this apparently isn't their normal one) and my husband got the dulce cheesecake. The waitress we had was great, and she recommended lots of tips and favorites to try. The only negative thing that I would say is that it's a bit cramped, so it was very loud and hard to hear each other at points. This was an amazing dinner. We will be back

Our waiter, Evan, was very proactive & offered suggestions with menu items. We started with some cocktails, the gentlemen with the cider beer & an old fashioned. I chose a glass of bubbly & the birthday girl had the fizz cocktail. It was incredible with a fresh blackberry puree. We started with the fried green tomatoes & the calamari, both were delicious! Calamari was prepared well and not too chewy. We shockingly each chose a salad: the bistro steak, the chop chop Asian, the goat cheese, and the salmon. Each one was incredible. Mine was the chop chop and I absolutely loved it! It was HUGE and you can bet I ate every single bite. Loved it!' We finished with the brownie topped with ice cream for the birthday girl, it was extremely tasty! Thanks again to Evan for making our night! He was a fantastic waiter! Would absolutely request him in the future.

My wife didn't like that there was so little pineapple in it. Our Napoleon pastry was pretty good, and I might get it again ($5 for a small one). We both preferred it to the brownie ($4). I don't particularly like brownies, but this one looked particularly appetizing, and the order-taker said it was one of her favorites, so we tried it. That was a mistake. Perhaps I should have tried the mini cream puffs, which are a favorite of mine (3 for $5), instead. Among other things I usually like, they had carrot cake for $7 and a cup of cheesecake for $9 (which seems steep). Their fruit shaped pastries looked beautiful (and a couple next to us said they loved the mango one), but were $12 each. Their fruit-topped Danishes also looked delicious, but weren't available any more at lunch time. They also offer milk shakes and loaded (sweet) croissants. There are only four stools here next to a bar, if you want to eat in. The bathroom was pretty good. I probably wouldn't come here again, but if I were in the area I might try some of their other pastries or sweet treats.

The next morning, we had the sausage and scallion bun at home. I liked it, maybe more than the pork bun, and would get it again, though it had the advantage of being reheated at home in the microwave. My wife liked the dough, the hot dog less so (and I must admit the hot dog in the croissant we had a while ago at Cruffin & Tea was better). I'd get this again, though probably trying the regular hot dog bun instead of the scallion one next time. I'd asked the server if she could reheat our items when I bought them, but she said no, and didn't seem to understand English well. So far, I've preferred the savory things to the sweets here. Each item was $3-3.25, so a better value than the other bakeries I go to. I will return to this place periodically, but I still prefer places like Cruffin & Tea and Le Petit Paris, so I'm giving Mai Xiang Garden Bakery an average rating, 3 stars: pretty good, but not above average for a bakery, other than the good value.
