Worst place I've ever been to I wanted to support a black business but the wait time was ridiculous it took over a hour for my food to come some of it was cold how I have to wait for them to make the food and some of it came cold and then I had to fight the flies to stay off my food. The music was so loud I couldn't even enjoy the company I was with. To top it off my food was nasty I got yams greens Mac and eggs and all of it was very bland. Then they said they have complementary mimosas on Instagram, but they weren't serving them that day so we had to pay. I will never be coming back I honestly don't think it's worth the money they be charging for the food. So if y'all wanna eat here, make sure you come with some food already in your stomach because they don't have you sitting there. Starving I've never been so mad to eat at a place in my life. The waitress wanted me to round my balance up (after already charging an automatic 20% gratuity) because they don't accept coins. if I have the exact amount of my bill, you are getting these coins. I never write reviews, but my experience at Peachez was so disappointing that I had to. We were in Houston celebrating my friend's 35th birthday and decided to stop here for dinner. The spot itself is cute, and the vibe seemed promising, but the service was terrible. Our server took drink and food orders for the whole table, but things went downhill from there. Four of my friends got their appetizers first, then 15 minutes later, three more plates came out. My food? Never showed up. By the time the server finally came back and realized I had nothing, everyone else had already finished eating. At that point, I just told her to cancel it. Three of my friends got the pasta and said it was way too spicy. Others tried the oxtail egg rolls with mac and cheese, which turned out to be bland. The chicken wings? Nothing special--literally something you could get from Wingstop. To make things worse, our drinks came out last, after most of the food was already gone. I really wanted to like this place, especially since it seems to cater to Black culture, but the experience was a letdown. The only saving grace was the DJ, who kept the energy up. Not to mention we had the best waitress I've encountered in a while, Kiyana. She was super attentive and informative of the menu. Place sits in a parking lot where there are other stores, but all of the parking spots are closed and men outside saying they're valet, and it's cost $30 to park in that lot, However, u pay the "valet" but still park ur own car. The only other place to park is a lot across the street where you pay these same "valet people" $20 to park there. Customer service is horrible, management is horrible, wait time was ridiculous and I still had to leave without eating. Made 2pm reservations, arrived at 145p, was told I had to wait on a table to be cleared, didn't get seated until 245p, I never saw a server or got offered a menu until 315p, after waiting for food for 45mins was told the kitchen was backed up and would be at least another hour wait, by 5:00 still haven't rev food so I left. Management still wanted to charge my party for drinks, not even alcohol, just soft drinks that were ordered and we never even got to drink because we never received food. read more

This was their $21 steak night one that was a frequent thing. After sipping on drinks the waitress comes back to take our food order. We didn't get our food until 2 hours later. They were bringing out two orders at a time. I was beyond pissed because people that came in after us had received their food. I ordered the steak medium well with mac n cheese with broccoli. Once I got my food it was not up to par. Of all the 12 people my fiancé was the LAST person to get his food. He's a diabetic and was getting sick I gave him my mac n cheese until his food arrived. I'm not sure what was going on this night but I was definitely disappointed. I will never come back or recommend Peachez to any of my friends or family. read more
