Have had multiple issues at this dealership. Yesterday I came in for an oil change and state inspection. I forgot my current state inspection expired in December, not now. The service rep did not remind me. I know it's not his fault, but he could have at least said something. He then failed me for my rear tires and front breaks- both of which had been replaced less than a year ago. He let me know he scrapped off my current inspection sticker and I have to buy new breaks and tires from here. What the heck?! I asked him why he didn't let me know that my current inspection sticker didn't expire yet, and he said "oh i didn't want to question your judgement". So he clearly knew, but didn't tell me. He just failed me so I can purchase from him. I have had Infiniti for my last 3 vehicles. I was going to get the new q50 red sport, but now I will choose something not Infiniti. I've had nothing but issues at this dealership but this is the nail in the coffin. If you want a dealership that provides exceptional customer service, this is far from it. read more

I went here to at really nice car, but decided not to purchase because they didn't offer what I was looking for which was overnight test driving. Some dealerships will allow you to take a test drive meaning you leave your vehicle with them and the car your interested in you able to take it home to see how well you like the car. At this dealership they don't do that unless their 99 percent sure your going to purchase. Oh well they lost a sale, but what the kicker is they actually lost two sales. Smh! My husband went back to the dealership only days later and was interested in a car there and they gave him some bs because he wanted to make sure the car was on the up and up. Again, they wanted to some dumb unnecessary bs and they lost out on a sale from him. The salesman who help me was totally professional but he's probably the only reason why this place will get two stars read more

Continuously felt pressured and rushed at this dealership. The sales people here continued to tell me how I wouldn't be approved for a lower interest loan and to sign with their 5.9% interest loan when I continued to tell them I had very good credit and could wait for a better loan. I assumed because I was young they treated me like I was clueless. I understand that they need to sell cars for commission but this made me very uncomfortable and not want to come back to the store at all. I thought buying a used car from a dealer would a safer bet than from a private party and turns out it's no better. I paid cash for a used car and half way thru the first day of owning it, the check engine light came on. I literally was in tears. Found out they are able to reset the check engine light and it goes for about half a day before coming on for the issue it has. So very heartbreaking. My salesman Anthony was very nice and helpful so maybe with purchasing a new vehicle would have been a different story but would not trust their used cars or service department. read more

They just keep giving me reasons to give them crummy ratings. Since they moved to Southside from Westend the service has gone so far downhill it is not funny. I have had numerous issues with service to my vehicle but this takes the cake. My car is having issues while in drive it is not accelerating. I took it once and they could not find anything wrong with it. I was TOLD they drove it all over for the 2 WEEKS they had it and never could reproduce the problem. So I picked it up. THE FIRST TIME I DROVE IT THE ISSUE HAPPENED AGAIN. When I referred the mileage on the ticket to the mileage I had taken a photo of when I dropped it off, to the mileage that was on it when I picked it up I noticed that there was only a diff of about 4 miles, meaning while they had it for 2 weeks they drove it 4 MILES? So they lied about how much it was really worked on. I took it back and confronted them b/c I was charged for all this mess. The tech guy then told me the other day that the mech doing the work was paid for and submitted for work that he never did so....BIG, HUGE ISSUE...time to call the GM! The car did throw the check engine light this time so that is exciting and will help the find the issue but all the lying and charging me for shit they didn't due THAT IS A HUGE ISSUE! read more

Do not do business with them! About a month ago, we went in to buy a used Q60. After our salesman, Troy, and his manager swear up and down that they would pick the car up in Charlottesville, where we live, to do warranty repair and save us the drive, a different manager reneges on that promise at the last second. Yesterday, I went in for a warranty repair on a G35 I got in Atlanta. Before going in, they assured me they'd fix it. When I arrive, they say they can't because their is gas in the car - no kidding - like it was possible to get the car there without it. They then claim they can't figure out how to get gas out of the car. When I ask the guy handling me, Scott, to get me his manager, I actually watch the manager leave. Not done yet. They ended up messing up my brakes when trying to put the car back together after taking it apart to then refusing to fix it. I'm going to pay to have it fixed in Charlottesville at a great mechanic as opposed to deal with this shady place again. read more

After spending $3K at this place my car starts to act up within a week of getting it back from them. I have a 2006 M35x that has 238K miles on it, highway miles that is. So after replacing my computer, fuel pump, fuel pump sensor, and getting all of my belts change, I was still having problems with my car. After a week of driving back and forth to work, but check engine light started blinking and my car was missing really bad. I took it back to Pearson Infiniti and after about 4 days that stated that they could not get it to start and that my cylinders were bad and they recommend me to replace my engine. So I get my car towed back to my house, the tow truck driver was about to start my car with no problem, but the car still sounded bad, like it had a cold or something. So after talking with local mechanics they recommended me changing out the coil packs and spark plugs. WOW, after doing that my car runs good with no problems at all. It seems like Pearson Infiniti wanted me to trade my car in to get a new one so one of their service technicians could buy my car for little of nothing. They had the nerve to offer me $500 for a trade in, due to my ENGINE needing to be replace!!! Damn rip offs. read more

The experience when I purchased my car. I was very nervous because I purchased a car from another dealership previously and I did not have a good experience. I was told by the saleswoman LAVERNE that's a finance manager now that she would definitely be honest and let me know what I was getting myself into. I was hesitant to believe her, but I should've trusted my instincts. Long story short she said that if I purchased my car and pay a higher monthly payment that in TWO years that I could come back and that all of the back balance would be gone and I could come back and lease a car since I'm so frequently getting new cars. THIS WAS ALL LIES!!!!!! I went back two years later and of course another salesman is like I'm not sure why she told you that and she's busy right now and she can't come out to speak with you all. I was FURIOUS!!!!! This experience has now made me longer recommend anyone to go to Pearson infiniti if you don't know about trading cars in because you will definitely get taken advantage of. Just a suggestion I think that the salespeople need to understand that lying just to get a sale will tarnish your excellent customer service image. i am soooooo disatisfied with the service dept. and its technicians i don't know what to do,un professiolnal they do not call you to update you on the status of your vehicle nor do they contact you to give you the diagnosis,once i finally called them they said nothing was wrong with the a.c...but they said i have a recall on my air bags and they woudl order the part and have it done in a week,that turned into two weeks and then they damaged the dash board so bad they had to order a new one to replace the one they damaged..so another week is gone by and they finally fix that after a week and a half,now i pick my car up after three weeks and i drive it home which is about 7 miles approx.guess what my a.c. stops working and the car is still running hot ...p.s. don't know what to do............. read more
