They just recently painted their truck to the Mexico flag colors so you can't miss it. Ingenious idea to located right in front of the Mexican embassy so they get a lot of their customers from there. I love their chorizo tacos. They got them tacos with two corn tortilla and decent amount of meat. They give you cilantro and white onions so it's pretty authentic. They give you green sauce and red sauce, but be careful the red sauce is straight up fire. If you don't like spicy, stay away from the red sauce or you'll regret it later being on the toilet later. I also get their beef quesadilla. Tastes pretty good and I like it that they give you good amounts of meat. Make sure to try the tamales as well. They are pretty good. Prices aren't too bad. $3 a taco, $6 for a quesadilla, $2 for a tamale. Make sure to come early around 11:30. If you come later, all the good meats are gone like chorizo and carnitas. A lot of construction workers frequent this place and many people from the embassy. When you see a crowd like that you know this taco truck is legit.

My experience when I went the first time was pretty chill, since I got there around 2~2:30 for a late lunch. There was no line but asking for a burrito, they informed me they had no more rice & beans for a burrito. But the man at the window was very kind and recommended the enchiladas, which has EVERYTHING, except the rice & beans. I have no regrets, because they give four (!) enchiladas per order! Stuffed entirely with your protein of choice, this will be MORE than enough to fill you. Without knowing what I know now, I got the jalapeño & cheese tamale to hold me over. Now I know, two tamales would be the equivalent of one order of enchiladas! The real star: the flavor. Every part of my meal was delicious and amazingly seasoned to perfection. The spicy chicken is /legit/ spicy, with what seems to be like heat from a habanero. I thrive off of spicy food, so this was a welcome surprise. The tamale, though, a beautifully creamy masa, light spice from the jalapeño and center of melted cheese. TL;DR: I would wholeheartedly recommend trying them or making them a weekly staple! Usually they make them with 2 tortilla each, but I request them to use 1. The chef cooks the meat right in front, prepares and packs the tacos in about 5-10 minutes. One time I was able to put take out order thru Grubhub as well. The order was ready upon arrival. It was an easy pick up process. I love their large size tacos. The chicken is good but the beef is even better. Both have such tasty flavor. Even though the restaurant is not the best place to sit and dine, but their food quality and service are very impressive to me.

The burrito does not really have much other fillings besides the beans, cheese, rice, and meat but it was simply a great burrito. There was the included side salad that i was able to mix my bites in for my preferred balanced burrito eating experience. The stripes of sour cream were very visually pleasing as well. The place itself is a NYC hole in the wall not much to say there. It's nice how there was some seating though so we could all enjoy our food in our group of four. They were extra nice since we spilled an entire Dunkin matcha on the table and floor and they were very nice about it and helped us clean it up without being upset at all.

If you sit back and wait for him to notice you, you'll be waiting a long time. The majority of the guys who eat here are Hispanic, and they're regulars, so they pretty much shout out their orders as they arrive. You don't have to do that, but you do need to make certain he knows you're there because he's really freakin' busy at lunch time. If you speak Spanish, it will help, but it isn't a necessity. The tacos are really, really good. They don't have the grilled green onion I like to see, but they're still good. The carnitas tacos are especially good.. He's got more going on there than the tacos.
