Stopped in for some ice cream and left with sandwiches! I never realized that there were two, delicious establishments in the same spot here but it is a treat! My husband and I loved the sandwich that we split and my stepson inhaled his so quickly that I didn't even get a chance to try it! We were very comfortable while we waited for our lunch, which came out very fast. Everyone working was helpful and didn't mind us spending our afternoon there. The cycling theme was very cute and since both of my boys are into cycling they just loved it!

Food and service has gone downhill since the original owner left. Often the sandwiches are not prepared correctly, missing ingredients. Today my gf and I decided to try them again since it had been a while since we stopped in. My "sandwich" was the literal size of a hotdog. We will not be coming back here. Very disappointed.

Pedalers Deli is a delicious local sandwich shop that I highly recommend you check out! It's not overly crowded at lunch time, which is nice. The sandwiches are delicious and the portions are the perfect size. You'll leave lunch feeling satisfied and not overly full. And they give you a cookie to top off the meal.... Amazing! The service is great and they whip up your sandwich quick. Everything from the bread, to the cookie, to the ice cream they also serve is handmade by them. So check it out!

It's been since before COVID we've been here, which is truly a shame and glad we bopped over here finally again. Hubs said my first review was too long but that's just who I am as a person. But for his sake I'll keep this short and sweet, great sandwich, great lady working and fast. Fresh avocado this time. I need to ask for extra toasted cause my cheese wasn't melty enough. Delicious bread. I need their ice cream (icycle creamery) in my life too. It's a great small shop. Worth the random location. End of review.

First time here and will definitely be back! The new owner and the rest of the staff were so nice and helpful. I went with the Trike sandwich and added a bunch of toppings and it hit the spot! Can't wait to try the tri-tip next! Y'all go show this cute local spot some love!

Its a bicycle themed deli shop that fresh slices their meats. They have the usual suspect sandwiches, but they also have original combinations, too. Had the frankenwich, which had roast beef and crab salad. Unusual combo on paper, but yummy in my mouth. French bread crispy and fluffy. There is also a connecting ice cream counter filled with different original flavors.

The icecycle creamery is a place that I have been in the later evenings, and inside of the building I have always noticed the deli, but never had the chance to try it out, so I decided to try it out! The staff was so helpful navigating the menu here, informing me about all of their personal favorites! I ordered the number 7 on Dutch crunch, and was BLOWN away! I am so glad that I found another great deli on lakeside which is where I spend a lot of my time. Also a great treat after your meal is the ice cream at the next counter over. Overall an excellent spot to grab on the go, take to Bartley ranch, or enjoy at the deli it's self. I will be back soon!

I absolutely love coming and supporting this small business. We always love getting the #2 Cruiser and #4 Pedaler's. I loved how he thanked us for coming in. I truly appreciate this small business and the consistent quality.

Social Media score!! The owner of the business posted to facebook the special of the day, so Ly' and I headed over to see just what they have to offer! Going in, the place looked clean and in transition. Transition from the old place that I never had the pleasure of going to. So not much more to say about the atmosphere other than keep an eye out as they make the space their own, the few bike related things hint to the final product. For lunch we chose to share the special. A Bahn Mi inspired slow roasted pork sandwich for $8.95. It was downright good. We also each got a soup with it. I enjoyed both the black eyed pea soup and the butternut squash. Nice lunch. And if they keep putting out quality soups like we had today, this will be a place I will be dying to go on a regular basis. Also this place is carrying the local ice cream from IceCycle. Today it was too chilly to pick up some, but there will come a day when we go back for that.

Oh Pedalers deli, I love you so much. The staff is always so friendly and kind and have great recommendations of adjustments to sandwiches, and the food is delicious every single time. The bread is so wonderfully crunchy and the sauces are so tasty, it's too easy to get so full you almost walk past the icecream station.. almost. I love to take a pint home whenever we visit, and this time I walked away with the last of the blackberry hazelnut!! We'll be back soon, and can't wait to see the friendly staff again and keep eating our way through the menu.

We ordered the Dust Storm: a vanilla milkshake with chocolate bits, topped with a giant blondie skewered dramatically on top, plus whipped cream, sprinkles, and chocolate drizzle. The rim of the jar was coated in marshmallow dip and graham cracker crumbs because apparently subtlety has left the chat. Honestly, the presentation was on point and exactly the kind of milkshake kids dream about. Which is why we ordered it. My tween declared it "the best milkshake I've ever seen in my life," and honestly, that alone made it worth the stop on our mother-daughter trip. Taste-wise, it leaned very sweet for me and didn't have a ton of flavor depth beyond sugar overload. But clearly the goal here is maximal fun and aesthetic, and they absolutely nailed that. It's basically a photo op you can drink. The shop itself was surprisingly quiet when we visited in the evening--we had the whole place to ourselves--but there were games to play while waiting for our order (we pulled out Pick Up Sticks, which transported me straight back to my 90s childhood living room). The ladies at the counter were also incredibly kind and patient explaining the menu and flavors to us. If you're looking for an over-the-top dessert experience your kids will talk about for days, this is your place.

In my opinion, it wasn't enough. There was a steady flow of people, and she couldn't keep up with orders and customer service. We opted for two small scoops of ice cream for the kids: chocolate and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. We also ordered the sizzling blonde brownie sundae. It was about $20 for three items. The ice cream was very good, especially the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Very unique flavor and great texture. The blondie was a bit of a letdown. First, the blondie was not "sizzling". It wasn't even really warm. Only placed in a waffle iron for a few seconds. Second, it seemed very dry and crumbly, maybe even overbaked. I thought the ideas at Black Rock are fun, and I think trying one of their milkshakes should be my next visit. However, there are a lot of great ice cream spots in Reno. For just ice cream, I think there is some heavy competition.

The service here is pretty fast. As soon as we ordered, our ice creams were assembled in the back and brought to us. One of my friends had the dairy-free coffee ice cream and said it wasn't very flavorful. His wife tasted it and agreed. We originally planned to eat outside because it is very noisy inside between the hard floors, music, and kids, but it was raining a little and too hot, so we went back inside to wait out the rain. There was plenty of seating but it was REALLY hard to hear anything anyone was saying because of the noise level. Great spot, excellent speedy service. Don't forget napkins, though! YELP REVIEW PROMPT…read more Checked on Yelp for a dessert spot that I haven't tried before. Sierra Nevada Creamery and Bakery was a quick four minute walk from our lunch spot so we thought why not! It's located right next to the Pioneer Center for Performing Arts and has a very small parking area. There are restaurants on either side so there is also street parking. It was a warm day so I decided on a double scoop in a cup, one pistachio and one sea salt caramel. The double scoop was huge, definitely no skimping and only $10. There was one person ahead of us and then tons of people piled in after we did so we got there at a really good time! There was only employee working (I think he may have been the owner). I felt so bad because it was just him and he had a line almost out the door but if he was stressed he did not show it. He was friendly and so professional. The inside is pretty small but there some places to sit and if the inside is full the grass area right outside isn't a bad place to enjoy your treats. I would recommend for sure and I definitely want to go back and try a chocolate chip cookie. Things to note: Read his story on the ice cream menu. I enjoyed it and that is what makes me want to return to try the chocolate chip cookie.

I was surprised to see this place as I've driven by this strip of businesses many times and never noticed this particular spot. They offer homemade treats, but mostly ice cream. They have an almost unmatched selection of non-dairy ice creams and sorbets. A nice surprise. The gentleman helping us was very nice and gave us a full rundown of how they make everything in house. He offered samples and suggestions. I sampled the flavor of the week, Lavender Honey Matcha, and the coconut cream coffee. My kids decided on the mango sorbet and the classic strawberry. Everything was delicious. The coconut cream ice cream had great flavor and texture given that it was non dairy. My wife and I decided on the matcha flavor of the week. It was very refreshing. The strawberry had real chunks of strawberry which is always a treat. My biggest critique is the texture of the ice cream. This stuff seemed very crumbly. I prefer a much more "chewy" or "sticky" ice cream if that makes sense. This stuff was more "dry" and less "creamy". There are some other local shops in the area that make great ice cream exactly how I like it, which is the only reason for 4 stars. I'm not sure this would be my top place for ice cream again. The smallest "one scoop" size is actually nearly two full scoops. Could be a good thing for some, but a kids scoop is always appreciated for my toddlers, especially a a slightly discounted price. That is not an option here. There are a few small tables inside to enjoy your treats and lots of to-go options which is always nice. The place was clean and well decorated. It was steadily busy while we visited, indicating that this place is likely here to stay. Overall, worth stopping in if you're in the area. The flavors are unique and tasty and the non-dairy selection is fantastic.

They also sell soaps and bath products shaped like realistic desserts, which I love and thought were such a cute touch. My daughter chose the pink strawberry ice cream with the pink strawberry cone. The flavor was great. It tasted fresh with real pieces of strawberry throughout and nothing artificial-tasting. I also liked that the cone itself had strawberry flavor woven into it rather than just being dyed pink or coated in toppings. I originally planned to get a second flavor to try, but the single scoop cone was over $10 so we decided to just share. We also came after seeing an Instagram post about their seasonal Lucky Charms cone and thought it included the ice cream shown in the photo, but it turned out to just be the cone. The advertising appeared to be made with AI and, for that reason, was a bit misleading when it came to representation of the ice cream available. Parking was probably the biggest challenge. The lot is very small and with the one-way directions in the lot, and around the block, it took a bit to find a spot. Inside there are only a few seats. There were four stools at a counter, and with another family there we ended up sharing a single bar stool. The bright interior makes it a place you want to hang out, but the limited seating makes that tricky. Still, the ice cream itself was very good and it was a fun outing with my daughter.
