DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY and if you make the mistake of hiring them, DO NOT PAY BY CHECK!!!!!!! They came out to replace the hot and cold fixtures for my mothers washing machine. The work was fine except we had NO HOT WATER after the job was done. I called him up and told him about the problem and he really didn't know what the problem could be. I ran a couple ideas by him and he said that none of my ideas could cause the problem. He had no answer. He did not offer to come out and look out the problem. They offered no answers, no services, no troubleshooting...... nothing!! The next day I called a real plumber out and he discovered that Peet didn't turn the hot water back on!! This cost me an additional $175 for the second plumber to come out. When I told Peet that I thought he should reimburse me for the extra amount I had to pay to correct his problem, he said he would have come out for free. For free? When he flat out said he didn't know what the cause of the problem could be? That made no sense. Where was the offer to come out and give a second look when I first brought it up to him? He only offered this AFTER I asked for some compensation for his lack of ability to fix the problem when someone else could. Additional, he hooked up the washer for $225.....a ten minute job. ALSO, he offered to fix a toilet for $279, when the plumber the second day charged me $25 to fix it. This company has no integrity and will rip you off! The the buyer beware.... This is my third time using Peet's services for my plumbing projects. First time, he helped re-seal old gasket for a toilet. I have also asked him to change an old shower control to a new one w/o gutting thru the shower walls. I txt him and picture and he asked me what to buy before he showed up for replacement. Second time, he helped me with a wet bar sink leak. The third time, Peet helped me to stop bathroom sink leakage and replacing an old toilet. This plumbing company - albeit new - is extremely responsive, trustworthy and competent. After being burned by multiple plumbers through our warranty company, I started perusing through Yelp for someone to come fix our whirlpool tub drain which was leaking from our top floor and into our downstairs bathroom causing water damage on the ceiling. Enter Peet Plumbing. Plamen - the owner - reached back out right away and offered to come take a look. He quoted us a reasonable price and immediately spent four and a half hours gathering the necessary supplies and fixing our tub. He later came back to patch, dry wall and texture the ceiling. The tub stopped leaking after months of incompetent plumbers from the warrant company coming in and either fixing incorrectly or not wanting to do the job at all. Today on July 4, it was something. A lot of water was coming out from 1 sprinkler. As a new owner of the house, we have no idea what is going on. It was difficult looking for a plumber given that there are so many to choose from. I chose Peet because he had a specific repair that was pictured on his Yelp profile. I got lucky. Peet was awesome from start to finish. He responds quick, and instead of waiting the next day for him to come out to assess the issue we were able to communicate over the phone and get a quote immediately. I received multiple quotes from other plummers and Peet was the best value. We were able to schedule repairs the same week. He replaced 3 valves. 1 was the main valve leading to the house and the other 2 led to a hose line and a sprinkler system. There was a slight issue with one repair as it wasn't discovered until after he finished the job because the adhesive wasn't dried which took hours, but he was able to come back to fix the issue promptly. My garbage disposal stopped working and I needed to urgently have it fixed, but am so busy with work and kids during the day that I never stop for home maintenance until after work hours. Many of the plumbing places on this site say they are 24 hours, so I called about 6 of them to talk to somebody, and Plumen was the only person that I was able to reach that night. He arrived early the next morning and replaced the garbage disposal in like 10 minutes. He also noted that the hoses were set-up incorrectly (which explains my drainage issues with my dishwasher) so he purchased the hoses and returned a few days later to appropriately set them up.
