THE Best just NO Drive Thru'$ except one (1) north of El Sobrante and east of Hercules. Charming warm woods always a good place to do a quick Biz MTG as well! Even met our Mayor here and Co. Board SuperV here and lots of Law Enforcement (off and on includ C hips). Great brewed coffee doesn't taste burnt alike Bux. Will say only gave 4 Stars as SO Many locations (X3 in 94583/2), is tough to park!! Again due to no driv thrust. New people all the Time but good ones long term like Nicole! They have her on Rover status, I've seen her@5 diff stores!! Yes, I usually go to at least two (2+) a day today three (Bollinger) due to travels daily). Wish they would have EV Chargers in the prop lots they pay Leasees to monthly! The Teas are SO Much better and LOOSE LEAF, they might of bought out Mighty Leaf in North Bay Marin Country. I DO MISS PEET'S BRANDED TEAS, Alike Russian Caravan and Snow Leopard. Fave caffe'....Women owned Estate ... ANNIVERSARY BLEND Hands Down, shuttle Raspberry with Lots of dark chocolate Notes. Excellent. Last year they had a contest I bought twenty pounds, gave as gifts. Expensive non-contact year for my ACLS Clients. Loved it And so many raves, for those thought bought Grinders (Burr). So much to say, miss the Italian Orangio del Oro syrup in their limited Chocolate Orange Mocha! Classy Euro!!!. So SO Good. Dessert in a mug! Peet's cup, resumable of course. Can we talk PLANT BASE morn sandw?? AND drinks? Peet's allows you to purchase Breakfast sandwiches or egg tart ALL DAY! YAY!!

Great Peet's location on Main Street! Large location with friendly employees. I come by frequently and recently stopped in close to closing. They welcomed me in and I got my coffee and beans. Love Peet's coffee!

This location of Peets is ALWAYS hopping! Located right in the heart of downtown Pleasanton on Main Street, its a convenient and easy option for your morning coffee/tea routine! The have plenty of seating inside and a nice (and fairly large) patio, which is always helpful in California since you can pretty much sit outside all year round! Even when it's super busy (weekends, "morning coffee rush hour", etc...) they move pretty quick to provide the best service they can. Don't worry, they want to get you that Green Tropical Tea... that Vanilla Latte... that coffee black as fast as you want it in your system so you can start your day! The staff I've interacted there with have always been very friendly and kind with smiles on their faces. Yes, it's not a mom and pop coffee place, but it's consistent, fast and gets the job done. Don't fix what's not broken and go where you know that has what you like and takes care of their customers!

I love Peet's coffee but this store is my favorite because of Mayette. I've been coming here for years but now I'm sad because Mayette is leaving in a couple of weeks. She knows how to make coffee beverages. And she makes them the way you ask! My drink is a Havana Cappuccino with almond milk... DRY! That means mostly foam. And that's exactly how she makes it and perfectly sweet with every sip. (Some places make cappuccinos like a latte. I didn't order a latte. I ordered a cappuccino and I'll usually return it if my cup is too heavy. Some places also don't stir the condensed milk and you end up with globs of syrup for your last sip. Ick! Too sweet.) The hot breakfasts are all good. They have a good variety of savory options like sandwiches, quiches and flatbreads. And they have an amazing selection of pastries. All good!

It also has an old-timey study or library or at least a literary vibe to this place. There's multiple rooms, including a stage in the back room. I think they have events here. Service is friendly and they have classic drinks as well as some festive ones. I was here on St. Patrick's Day so I got something festive even though it was overly sugary lol. I ordered the Lucky Charms White Mocha. It was tasty, but definitely a drink I wouldn't be able to order on the regular. I was able to set up my computer and one of the side rooms and get some work done. This place seems to be a very popular place for studying and doing some work. Just a great place in a great area. I stopped by Inklings over the weekend before heading to the farmers market just around the corner…read more I was glad I arrived early, right as the market opened, because the first time I tried visiting there was a line out the door. For starters, this place is popular! By 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday, it was rushed with runners, farmers market shoppers, cyclists, families, and locals grabbing their morning coffee. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. It has the feel of a moody library or study with a smaller room tucked away in the corner with a few tables for working. I probably wouldn't choose a busy Saturday morning for that purpose since seating was limited, but I could see it being a great weekday workspace. The service was friendly and welcoming. I kept it simple with a cappuccino, which I believe is served as an 8-ounce drink. My boyfriend ordered one of their specialty lattes, the Banana Bread Latte, if I remember correctly and it was frothy and delicious. It looks like they rotate seasonal drink offerings, which gives plenty of reasons to come back and try something new.

Quite simply, they are a husband and wife team who splits their time between the Big Island of Hawaii and Pleasanton. They own a small farm in Kona, complete with acres of coffee trees that grow from volcanic rock, producing coffee that has been certified as 100% Kona (meaning it is not blended with other types of coffee beans). After the coffee is grown, picked, roasted and packaged, they bring it to Pleasanton where they sell it at the local farmers' market and other events. That's where we become the winners. Having the chance to purchase a half-pound or one-pound bag of this amazing whole bean coffee, direct from the farmers is extremely rare on the mainland. But that's exactly what you get when you buy from Mokulele Farms. The coffee itself has a wonderful aroma that is only outdone by its smooth taste and rich flavor. Oh, and by the way. They also sell wonduful tasting, fresh macadamia nuts, that are also grown on their farm in Kona. These macadamias are full of natural flavor and are even bigger than the over-roasted, salty ones that you find in the supermarket. I also found out that Mokulele Farms sells their products online through their website. So if you can't get out to the farmers' market, you can order right from home. Don't be fulled by the other so-called Kona Coffee's out there. Mokulele Farms 100% Kona Coffee is certified as such and you will find that every drop of this amazing coffee is well-worth every cent that you pay for it.

I hope they don't get too big and outgrow the personalized serve and next door neighbor feel.

Did it say European pastries? We had absolutely no room for a single thing, but European? Traditionally European desserts are not heavy on the sugar, don't have all the food coloring, and additives. Ding Ding plus Ding my mind spins fast as my hubby is getting pulled at a rapid pace towards the door. He says "No Way" I say "For another time," as we don't live in the area. We walked in to see cases of pastry delights. I turn back as hubby dares not to enter entirely into the temptation. As I look back I see stacks of boxes, walk over to discover they are all pies! Anyone that knows me knows my last meal in life would consist of Berry Pie for dessert. I look and there it is a Mixed Berry. I turn and ask the lady after she was done with her customer how much for this delight? She said it's $24. Without question I grabbed said pie, and went to the register. I told her that Berry is my favorite, and she went on to say that every Friday is Pie Day. She also mentioned that if I ever needed anything in particular, I could call ahead. She could have it prepared for me. Wonderful lady and beautiful service. Might I add that a pie of this weight and stature normally runs about $35 even $40 in some places. We had a slice the next day because I could not bear it any longer. Without lie this is the best pie I've had in years!!!! Years or even perhaps ever. It has to be realized that if there is Berry Pie of any kind on the menu it will be ordered even to go. There were actual whole berries, and it was not full of sugar like some pies. You can taste the natural fruit of summer, and the crust was perfection!!!! Now I have to wait for a Birthday to order a cake. I'm sure it will be divine! I could take a pic of pie now but it's partially gone. Not so picturesque.
