I really wanted to go more but 3 stars is probably better than it was this outing. My wife has been before and it was delicious per her however that was a Saturday and this was a Thursday morning. Not sure if that had to do with it but I'm not sure I be using our other gift card. We popped in for a date breakfast. Restaurant about half full fast service and friendly. You could quickly tell we were not part of the regulars sprinkled about but that didn't bother us. Ordered chicken fried steak eggs over easy crispy hash browns with English muffin. Wife had the pancake combo with scrambled eggs and hash browns. Eggs were a little weird almost rubbery whites? But yolk was perfect for over easy. No big deal on that and wife's scrambled were good. Her pancake was ok personally I think it needed so vanilla or almond extract added seemed lacking in flavor. Now here is the reason for the near 2 star review.... hash browns. We both left they after 2 or 3 bites. Now you may not think that's a big deal but I have never left a shred of hash browns in near 50 years. I left 3/4 of my serving. We struggled to pin point the problem but 2 were front runners no seasoning and bad oil for frying. It was that or the flat top was in serious need of a cleaning... the coffee was great and the English muffin was very good. read more

Our friend group eats here almost every Sunday. I order the low-carb breakfast, sans the ham. It comes with delicious gluten-free toast. It is a good, healthy meal. Our waitress, Jeni, always brings good cheer to our table. And she often gathers scraps for my friend's chickens. They cause their customers to feel like family! That is really special. read more

Another nice location for Pegah's. We enjoy Pegah's varied menu. It makes it easy for everyone to find something they want. This time I had chili cheese waffle fries. They are really good; it's a huge portion. I love their waffle fries. Some melty cheese would really make these better. oh wth Pegah? my sky high nachos with chili was basically chip and cheese with sour cream, jalapeños, pink tomatoes, and Pico de Gallo, which is NOT the same as Chili. My man's Cheeseburger had no cheese and was dry. The Mozzarella sticks seemed preheated. I see that you guys support the schools, and great for that, but this is usury. We paid $40 for a nasty meal and I can't believe your location is so busy. I would rather drive an extra half hour to get us better food, to be honest. read more

The staff was nice, the cake of the day was alright but the meatloaf was indescribable. My 15 yr old said it had no seasoning which it didn't but to me it tasted more like the fatty pan drippings formed into a loaf. Gravy didn't help at all. Just a sad meal. read more

Where to begin, we had one if the worst breakfasts ever. It was a simple order that a high school home economics class could do. Pancakes, bacon and I ordered a couple over easy eggs. The eggs were so over done they were rubber, the bacon was so under done the it looked like it just sat next to the griddle and did not touch the heat. The real kicker was the pancakes, they looked like gluten free microwave pancakes with an odd tint with the consistency of pancakes that were reheated in the microwave. When the server was asked what happened I guess the cooks were on break to ask what happened. The floor manager was in the office and could not be bothered. It was a sad waste of money. Being a doordasher I get the opportunity to smell some amazing foods. An order came up for here and while taking the order to customer the smell of the food was excellent. So after I delivered the order we came back for food and it was well worth it. The food was phenomenal. I would most definitely recommend to all who are and are not traveling. The food was ok, my server was nice, but a server who said she was a manager, even though her name tag did not was rude.

We ordered a carry-out order over the phone. I called back to find out why they told me a particular total cost for the order, and was informed, after I had ordered and after I had called back, that there was a $2 charge for carry-out orders "for boxes." When my partner went to pick the order up, he was not given his drink. We called back to see if we could get a refund for the drink. The person taking the call refused to refund the drink order, stating that once an order is paid for, they cannot refund any money, and said the drink was at the front. My partner said there was no drink at the counter when he picked the food up. They offered to credit us for the drink for our next visit, but we will not be returning. The restaurant should make a policy to disclose, up front, before a person completes their order, that there is a $2 surcharge for carry-out. They should also require the checker to ensure that the customer has all their items before the customer leaves the restaurant. The food was good, but the experience left a lot to be desired. read more

Don't order pick up from here! Ordered online and the food wasn't ready when I got there I waited at the door for 25 minutes before my order was ready and it was incorrect. So I had to wait again for the food to be corrected. No management available and no one was apologetic. Just said they were busy. Food looked thrown together. The hubby and I really enjoy eating at this particular location. It's close to home and the food is good. We always visit on Sundays. I recommend the country skillet, it is my favorite. Also try a waffle with Nutella and bananas, they are delicious. Service is a hit or miss, depending on who waits on you. But the food is definitely worth the drive. read more

On two occasions though, the cook forgot to put cheese in my sandwich, which I conveyed to the waitress the second time, who tried to say it didn't come with cheese. I proved it to her, by showing her the menu. She told the cook, and he argued that he DID put it on the sandwiches. What did he think I did, eat it all off, then try to get more? The funny thing is, I don't even like my Club sandwich with cheese, so I usually take it off anyway (that's how I knew there wasn't any on it - haha). So, they're usually pretty nice there, but that day, they just wanted to be right, I guess. For sure, try their Waffle Fries with Ranch Dressing to dip. This place has the best syrup. I have no idea what they put in it but I wish they sold it separately. Prices are decent, but this is the only breakfast place I come to where I leave hungry. I ordered the french toast combo and they only give you one french toast. Back in the day is was on a sourdough slice but today when I ordered it was a large piece. It was just not the amount of breakfast that I typically receive. Also in the combo it comes with eggs and your choice of sausage(2...this is what I get) a sausage patty or bacon. I come here because it is close to my home but I prefer IHOP any day. IHOP is worth the money for the amount of food they give you. read more

Came here with a friend today because one of her friend recommended that it be tried out so this is where we came for a late lunch. When you walk in the front door there are some benches so if there is a line then you have a chance to sit down while you wait for a table. The waitress was kind and gave us the days specials. Besides the wait staff being friendly the environment was great. The restaurant wasn't too loud and the place was very clean. There are multiple TV's in the there as well. There is also a bar area too. I got a garden salad with my lunch and it was delicious. The main course was the Pegah's Parmesan. We went there for breakfast today and the servers and managers were not wearing masks. Governor Laura Kelly mandated masks effective July 3, 2020. When I asked the manager why there weren't not wearing masks, she became very defensive and said masks were "optional". When I reminded her that masks not "optional" because the governor of Kansas mandated it, she told me I didn't need to eat there! She was disrespectful. read more

Our server took our drink orders and returned quickly with drinks and prepared to take our order. I've been longing for good home cooking. I was told Peghas was the place to go. My wife, sister, and I went there for a late breakfast today. A short wait which was anticipated on a Sunday morning. The restaurant had a warmth to it though they needed some decorations on the wall. The wait staff was great. The food was good. I like crispy hash browns and they delivered plenty. The biscuits were good... a little different. More like a yeast biscuit. The gravy was good though I wish it had sausage in it. We'll go back. I would like go try a dinner there sometime. read more
