Breakfast Burrito with sausage, egg, and cheese.

Great food, great service, reasonably priced and a clean restaurant overall. Our server was very attentive and genuine. We enjoyed the flavors of every dish particularly the country potatoes that had a hint of "pancit" (Filipino noodles) at the end. This place is highly recommended!

Went on a Sunday at noon expecting it to be busy and it definitely was. Almost all the tables were full so we were ready to wait at least 45 minutes. But we didn't have to. Walking in, we were greeted and seated right away. Francine was our server and she was so friendly and efficient. We ordered the Cinnamon roll combo special and the Pegahs scramble. While we waited (which wasn't very long), the man who greeted us and sat us at our table came and poured our coffees. We noticed that this cute diner managed to maintain a warm, relaxed vibe all while working as a well-oiled machine. Super efficient all around. As busy as it was, the employees didn't miss a beat and didn't look or act hurried or stressed. Customer service was on point. The turnaround was fast. Food came out quick and we thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered. Definitely a good value. So glad we tried this place, we'll be back!

We always get coupons for this restaurant in the Clipper Magazine & we decided to give it a try. They have 3 locations in North County. We dined for brunch on NYE & it was busy! Cute diner & retro feel. Dishes came out quick & service was friendly. California Benedict: Amazing! Crispy bacon, crispy side of hash browns, loved it. Hearty portion. This location is in a neighborhood with a few parking spots & street parking. Senior menu available.

Two eggs over easy, with ham and chrispy hash browns...met expectations !!!

Great breakfast at a reasonable price, comfortable booths and great friendly service provided by the lovely Francine. We ordered the veggie omelette with wheat toast dry, two eggs over easy with ham, the fruit bowl and both came with hash browns (done extra chrispy - per our request-the chief nailed it !!!) Can't wait to try some of their other item.

Came to Pegah's Kitchen with my in laws while it was raining. It is a cute little diner and it feels nostalgic the moment you walk in. The food was good and filling, nothing too special. I ordered the country fried steak and eggs and the steak was a little dry and my sunny side eggs were a bit under. We also got the sausage gravy and biscuits and I should have gone with a half order because it was a lot of food. I also wish they had a bit of butter or something for more flavor. One thing I really liked was the apple jelly for the toast. We only waited about ten minutes to be seated even though it was busy. It was a nice and simple spot for a rainy day.

We have gone there for many years and just seeing how over priced their food is now is unbelievable. We won't be going there ever again. It's like everything has gone up at least 5.00 more per dish. 20.00 for a club sandwich is crazy. Sorry to see that it's heading towards losing loyal customers. Below is a picture of where I got the prices. On your yelp site. I wasn't making it up I wouldn't do that. I like your food very much . And I do understand the reason for increases. Just shocked when I saw the advertised picture.

Club sandwich on wheat, no mayo and side of fresh fruit
    Juanita A.

Loved the service and the food. They had a large selection of both breakfast and lunch items. We had the club sandwich on wheat with no mayo with a side of fruit, and the ABC burger (add bleu cheese) with French fries and both were great. The service was friendly and quick. The prices reasonable too. We went on a Saturday and luckily they were able to seat us right away. The food came out quickly and they refilled our hot tea and iced tea. This will be our new breakfast/lunch place before heading to the Safari Park!

Front entrance and parking is pretty much on the building. To the left of the entrance is the outside seating. Sorry the only pic I took.
    K C.

This was a cute little mom and pop spot. In a neighborhood very limited parking but there is some street parking. Outside seating available. Service was great from the time I walked in to the time I left. If you love eggs, this place has a lot of them. I chose the French Toast and added fresh strawberries and whip cream and made it a meal minus the eggs and substituted with hash browns and got 2 sausage patties. All really good. The orange juice wasn't freshly squeezed, it came out of the machine we sat next to. The tables were a little small and not a lot of room at the tables. If you need a lot of room outside is perfect for you. Not a bad place to stop for a bite to eat on your way up or down the 15 or 78 freeways.

Pegah's is our go-to diner in the area. Service is always fast and friendly. Sierra in particular has been our fav server for going on 3 years now! I typically get their steak and eggs and my husband loves their veggie omelette. Our only request is that they invest in better quality coffee

I was pleasantly surprised with Pegah's Kitchen! Friendly staff, good prices, great portions, and the wait time was super short! I made a reservation to sit outside in their dog friendly outdoor patio seating. We got our order taken quickly and the food came out fast, nice and hot. The corned beef hash was good. Nice crispy hash browns. Monte Cristo was good too. The biscuit was so dry. Do not get it unless with gravy.

    Ambiance.

They serve a fair variety of sandwiches and other little items to buy such as coffee and cookies. The location is small with about a total of 5 seating areas including both inside, and out. For service they're all very friendly since it's primarily the family owners who serve you. You go up to the front and place your order and they'll bring the food you order to your table, they do close early since this is a breakfast spot first and foremost, so expect to arrive early if you want to eat here. I usually order The Works in a half since a full size sandwich is well over $20, excluding any additions or substitutions you may make. The sandwich does taste really good, but it does come at a steep price. They've grown in popularity over the years, which may have influenced their pricing (by a lot) which in my opinion does outweigh it's value. While I do enjoy my infrequent visits, I can say this location is more of an occasional treat, as opposed to a constant meal to be had often.

The lady working noticed this and asked me to order first. Humanity still exists! They also check on your periodically even though this isn't true table service which is a nice touch. On the flip side, they did try and upsell me to add bacon bits to my dish which I was all for until I saw it was a $3.50 upcharge. I asked them to remove it. A little too steep. Ambiance (4/5): My type of restaurant. Casual with some charm. We sat at a table across from the bar. They have some cool decor, too. No complaints. Drinks (4/5): I had a beer flight because I often can't say no to a flight. I love the variety and being able to try new beers, especially when I'm traveling. Food (4/5): I did the country poutine which comes with fries, gravy, fried chicken bites, and green onions. I'm a sucker for loaded fries so I couldn't say no. My own issue deals solely with the cost. Came here with my son, all we did was eat two entrees and an appetizer between us, and did nothing else. With drink and after tax and tip, the cost was well over $90. No games, no play, just burgers (plus fries and poke tacos) for two, costs as much as many Californian's net after a full day of work. When you're used to feeding the whole family for about half as much when going out (or a little more when eating sushi), that price was a bit rough. Still, the food is very good. My son and I each ate The Draft Republic Burger. It was perfectly cooked, juicy, very flavorful, and the toppings were high quality. The fries were crisp and salted well. And the side salad wasn't too bad. Both of us ate our entrees and gave it high marks. We had started with the Tres Poke Tacos, where the Tuna was very tasty, steeped in a flavorful marinade, and felt nice and fresh. Definitely a good starter. And the restaurant itself is gorgeous. A lot of space, beautifully furnished, kind of industrial meets art deco with some new age greenery architecture thrown in. I like it a lot. But, as an aging Gen-X'er, who used to go to arcades back in the day, and hates what new arcades have become, the amenities are under appreciated by me. All of that pads the price tag a bit out of what I am willing to pay just for dinner. Which may not be fair to Draft Republic, but that's where it left me.
