    Corned Beef Hash and Eggs
    Rosie H.

There was a good sized parking lot when I went in the morning with friends. I was expecting just your run of the mill breakfast joint. The restaurant is dated, but it's full of people and there's tons of people coming and going. I ordered a hot tea but on my cup was lipstick from someone else. I had to ask the server to change the cup, which he did right away. I ordered the corned beef hash with eggs. The food was like the canned versions that I've had in the past. I liked was that they gave a big portions of food. The prices were very fair and affordable.

I stopped by on a busy sunday morning with a friend but even then we were taken care of right away. The food was delicious and the employees treated us great! Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Prices 5/5

Service was good. I just didn't like the food. I got a hot tea, which was good. The corned beef hash was just disappointing. It was made from a can, I believe. Not a fresh corned beef. It was like something I use to eat when my family was poor. The fruit was good at least. It's an old style looking diner. I don't think I'll come back. I thought I use to like eating at Pegah's. I remember the Escondido one wasn't too bad.

Definitely a hidden gem, this spot needs to be the next breakfast go to! Entering this establishment I feel the great sense of nostalgia, growing up always getting breakfast with family on those Saturday mornings! You get greeted by anyone near the door and it is self seating. The waitress was very sweet and got our orders in fast! We both opted for Country fries steak, a stable breakfast option. Came out beautifully, I would ask for crisper hash browns but other than that amazing meal. "Old Fashioned Waffle" was interesting but I will continue to pick those Belgium waffles!

LOVE this place!!! We have been coming here every Sunday for 4 years and always enjoy our food, service but especially love the people that work here! Sashka, absolutely the BEST server anywhere we go. Fun, fast, professional and just an all round great person. Alfonso is the hardest working dude for sure and always with a big smile. Sarah is the friendly and welcoming owner that brings this bunch together for our dining enjoyment. Shout out to Joanna and the other workers all keeping customers happy. There's a reason we keep coming back, try it and you'll understand why!

    Country Fried Steak and Eggs

Came here after the gym with some friends. Breakfast has huge portions at a reasonable price. The Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly with running yolk on the bacon and English muffin. The hash browns were also lightly crispy. The country fried egg entree was rich in protein. The potato texture was firm on the outside and soft on the inside. The waiter was so friendly and smiley. He came over to chat with us and made us feel welcome. I loved the family/homey ambiance. My friends and I had a good time.

So disgusting to see this after we had eaten. Worker notified the owner but she never came up to us to tell us anything. Never coming back. There is also a tall lady with glasses that is very rude.

Delicious spot if you live in the area. They have breakfast and lunch so your set if you wanna grab a quick bite. I stopped in for lunch and could sit anywhere. Got a bowl of chili and their club sandwich. Chili was perfect with some cheese and onions. Classic club is always a favorite of mine. Theirs is tip top and the fries were crispy/tasty. I'll definitely be coming back to try more things. I can only imagine the breakfast foods are good too. Plenty of parking by the 7/11 and the staff are quick to get your order in. If you like old school diners you'll dig it.

Not in a training type way just courtesy checks. Most people dining, when we came on a less busy Tuesday, were enjoying the fresh air and turf views on the outside back patio area. That's where we usually frequent but I wanted a booth inside-so that's where we dined. The few booths are located in the bar region. I could still look out and see the happenings outside & that's also what I prefer. Very open floor concept to this establishment. They had baseball on so we were able to keep up with teams' scores (although we couldn't see both the Sox play one another as we hoped that we could). Frankie told us some stories to his family ties to the east coast as well so that was fun. That he'd like to have glimpses of the game too if only they had that particular channel it was on. They decorate seasonally and currently because it's soccer FIFA season they have fun and whimsically have placed soccer themed decor throughout their restaurant. They're currently offering international type cocktails for $10 too. So how can we not pass up a caipirinha that had a different spin to it than an original regular caipirinha would have. Theirs has passion fruit flavor to it. I enjoyed it immensely. Kinda funny when you peep the bar tender peeping you take a mini photoshoot of their creation! For dinner we came in with the plan to share Birria tacos and a Beet Arugula salad. And to enjoy a glass of Orfila wine and to also get our wine pick-up. It used to be three tacos for $17 but since they had changed their menu and business design it's now 2 for $17. The tacos are very filling an hence our pre planned idea to do a shared dining experience. So we still opted to do that even tho we weren't getting the third taco this visit. The tacos and beet salad did not disappoint. The tacos come with their house-made EPIC salsa rather than consommé. I keep saying they need to bottle that because I'd definitely buy that for home consumption! Everyone I have talked to about it agrees it's pretty darn amazing salsa! I particularly noticed the new staff attire. It really does make a difference to see clear name tags and a more uniform look in order to be able to distinguish who works there. Until next time Brickmans! Cheers.

They ordered the Classic Omelet and the Ensenada Omelet with home style potatoes and were already talking about coming back after the first few bites. I ordered the Mexican Omelet, which was just okay for me. I would have liked the bell peppers to be cooked a little longer, and the dish could have been warmer when it arrived. That said, there were enough positives that I'd definitely come back and try more of the menu. Based on how much my parents enjoyed their food, I think it's worth another visit.

This place is like if your favorite local coffee shop and bakery doubled as a delicious breakfast restaurant with fair prices for huge portions. The decor and ambiance were very nice and modern, plenty of deep wood tones to make it feel warm and inviting. We ordered a latte flight because their coffee drinks all sounded so good that we couldn't decide and we definitely don't regret it. We could tell each drink was crafted so intentionally because the flavors were very distinct and accurate to their menu descriptions, all without covering up the flavor of the espresso. The barista offered to let us know which drink was which once she served us, and I wouldn't shut up the whole time about how this place was made for people like us who love coffee and just want to try everything. I will be coming back for a full sized Spider Monkey (great spiced mocha flavor+loved the crunchy texture that's reminiscent of java chips!). We had the House Hash and Choriquiles which BLEW US AWAY COMPLETELY. There was so much flavor in the salsa and also in the side of beans. I'm talking about the kind of flavor that's punchy and addicting and just plain unforgettable. Shoutouts the cook on the egg station for making my sunny-side up eggs perfectly. You know their staff are at the top of their game when you order your dish with no sour cream and no avocado and a server (who did not take your order) notices they're missing from your plate and offers to have the kitchen remake it! I was so impressed by the level of scrutiny and immediacy, there's just no better way to show how great the service was. Everyone here is helpful, personable, and definitely cares for their customers and the quality they put out. First visit yet we already know we're going to become regulars.
