I have never had a bad experience with this place. Until today. The grilled chicken was very dry and burnt around the edges. Sesame chicken was also dry and tasted old and hardly any sauce. the spring rolls were old and stale, not crunchy but bland and soft. The Pho tasted different and flavorless, the sides that come with the Pho were meager and stingy. I am a regular customer there and have always recommended it. But no longer. I spent $80 to feed my family and I feel robbed. This was particularly hurtful because my mom was not feeling well and requested this food from this restaurant. This place will soon be called Pho Texas. I don't care what name change comes about. I will never go back. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I am very disappointed.
