Decided to try a different Chinese spot other than my usual spot T Jin's and well man don't I regret it. Had the General Tso chicken and something was just off. The chicken had a grainy almost dry texture. Sauce was good enough. Fried rice was okay, but dry. Wonton soup was not too my liking, but I'm no expert. Service was up to par. I have no future plans of returning. I was not expecting great Chinese food from a place that sells chicken sandwiches but I expected a bit better quality especially taking into consideration the price. Sweet tea was great. read more

I really did used to love this place however today I placed a order online for a Orange chicken, General Tso and wings. This order took almost 45 minutes. During this time I saw up to 8 different people get their order. Including a person who walked into the to go area and placed a TO GO order right then and there. They did not call in advanced. They placed an order for some wings and combo rice. Everything was fine they got their food and left while I still waited patiently. When I asked what the wait was they responded it was my wings. I only ordered 10. The same as the person that got their food and left. I continued to wait patiently and after some time I questioned why they got their wings first if they said they were only waiting on those for me. They proceeded to make it seem like I didn't know what I was talking about. At this point I continue to wait patiently cause I really did enjoy the food they served. I would always recommended this place and now with a Health score of 87 and service like this I will not be coming back here. I waited almost a whole hour for no food. I will never be coming back here and I suggest you never come here either. PS the person who got their wings first literally said on the phone she had just placed a to go order and never heard of the place before until TikTok PPS I ALSO ORDERED EGG ROLLS AND THEY DIDNT TELL ME UP UNTIL I WAS ALREADY UPSET WHO ORDERS EGG ROLLS AND GETS SPRING ROLLS??? read more

I have been going here since High School and their food has ALWAYS been the best! I was craving their Chicken Lo Mein and Crab Ragoons tonight and they were there for my cravings! The cashier was amazing just like always, the service was phenomenal, he is very sweet and compassionate, I have always loved their art and they way the restaurant is inside, the ambiance is so great and relaxing! Recently ordered the family special take out had it delivered it was delivered on time fresh and hot this time tried the honey glazed chicken it was super delicious and broccoli beef it comes with fried rice and steamed rice but substituted steamed rice for combo lomein for a slight up charge and had the egg rolls plus ordered the crab Rangoon and plus tried the fried dumplings yummy and the 2- liter soda the family special comes with it was all super yummy and delicious I still say it's the best family special around town panda brothers is located off marbach rd they do have indoor dining if you want great service so next time you feeling Chinese food give them a try whether it's indoor or take out food is awesome read more

I don't get food here to often but when I do it's been decent enough. I typically get lemon chicken but today I thought I'd try something different. This was one of the worst sweet and sour chicken I've ever had. Each one was so fried it was like I crunching on croutons. The chicken was barely there and the sauce made no difference since I had to break through the breading to get the small piece of chicken. Egg drop soup is good as was the egg roll. They could not keep up with the demand. Ordered online on app with completed pick up delivery of 8:04 pm, order wasn't ready for an hour! As I'm waiting, calls for orders came in and they are advising customers that orders will take a little bit longer between 15 to 20 minutes?! Giving wrong orders to customers also. I ordered orange chicken, chicken fried rice, and a pork egg roll. The orange chicken is very good and so is the rice! The service is fast maybe 15-20 minutes until I got my food, and it was hot. I didn't order any drinks because I don't like boba so I don't have a review for that. But overall a good restaurant, very cute decor, very kind customer service. read more

This is my go to place for egg drop soup. It is convenient, fast, reasonably priced, and delicious. Egg drop soup is one of my favorite comfort foods. I love the ease and convenience of ordering online through the Yelp app. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and pick up is very easy. A few times they have started to ring me up and I just tell them i paid online. They look, see that I am correct, and have me sign for pickup. I'm glad they were open on Christmas Eve. I ordered the General Tso's chicken with steamed rice, the dumplings, and Spring rolls. The dinner entree "comes with a side" that costs extra, varying based on what you select. There was not an option online to not have a side. I selected the cheese ragoons as they were the least expensive side. It was 2 for 50 cents I think, so nominal... The General Tso's chicken with steamed rice was good. The chicken had enough spice to be flavorful but not overwhelming. The chicken leftovers reheated well, the rice did not. The dumplings were great. He dipping sauce was soy based with other flavors. It had a strong flavor but not too much. The Spring rolls were fantastic, but a little messy. The "roll" itself was very flakey. The cheese ragoons were pretty good, a little greasy for my preference but my husband liked them. Overall, good little Chinese food chain. Fast service and the dining room always looks clean when I run in to pick up my order. read more

So for starters it's an odd setup. Walk into one door to order. Then walk out and into another door to sit down at a table. Dining area was relatively clean. Restrooms were very clean and hospitable. I have to say the music was a bit odd. More like for a club than a restaurant. But to each their own. I ordered the full order of combination lo mein and full order of crab rangoons. Lo mein was a bit too salty but it was good. Ate half of that. Rangoons we're phenomenal!!! Ate 4 of the 6 of those. The gentleman ate the counter was friendly. Told him I had never been here and he just gave me a to go menu and let me look it over. I would have expected a recommendation but that's just me. Food came to my table in to go containers which I found odd but I assume they changed their processes during Covid and just stuck with it. It was actually very convenient since I simply put the lids on and left with my leftovers. I plan to come again to try another entree but for now 3 stars. It's a good spot. read more

Had food delivered from here for the 1st time on 1.5.22 and tbh it wasn't my 1st choice. The place I normally order from said their one and only delivery driver didn't show so... I read some of the reviews before I ordered and it made me feel a little nervous. They were willing to deliver in half an hour and the prices were reasonable so I took a shot. I'm glad I did. Food was delivered in the timeframe promised and was still pretty warm. Had the Chicken/Shrimp lo mein. Partner had Sweet and Sour Chicken. I'm not going to lie and say it was the best food I've ever had. Since I was unable to pick up whatever I wanted, this was a solid choice. I might even order from here again, Who knows? read more

We finally tried it! We have passed this place so many times. We ordered the appetizer sampler and combo fried rice no bean sprouts. SO MUCH FOOD, four not greedy people could enjoy this entire meal. The sampler came with (2-3) bbq short ribs, (2) cheese rangoons, (2)egg rolls, sweet sour pork chicken and shrimp, and (2) chicken wings. It was way more than I anticipated. All of it was good. ALL OF IT! The flavor of the ribs was good but a bit over cooked. I chewed for a lifetime. Very hot fresh food. They also made sure they provided plenty sweet and sour sauce. I tried the lamb skewers which comes with 6 unless you order a combo which has 3. Their menu has a nice selection of wet and dry noodle soups, along with egg rolls and some Sichuan dishes. I also added a short rib soup combo with pork and chive dumplings, an egg roll and a tea. Everything tasted so good and fresh. The servers are very nice here and refill your drinks regularly which is a nice change of pace from many Asian restaurants in other cities. I highly recommend this spot as it is not far from the freeway and convenient to most locations on the west / northwest side.

We noticed the decor had changed (yes, I said it had been many years) and it was quite nice! We were seated promptly and placed our drink order (tea came with lunch). We ordered Rangoon as a starter. The lunch specials came with soup and egg roll, and fried rice. DH ordered his litmus test dish for American style Chinese- General Tso chicken. The portion was generous. The sauce was tasty. The chicken pieces tasted like your average frozen nuggets tossed in sauce. It's that familiar "seasoning" to the chicken and coating- iykyk. Not bad at all, just not the best. He enjoyed his egg drop soup. I opted for Hunan Beef. The sauce was thicker than I prefer, with an almost gelatinous consistency. The hot and sour soup was nice, a little more sour than hot. We both thought the fried rice that came with lunch was a little bland. Maybe the entree version is better? Each special was under $10, and it's definitely a great value.

Walked in and waited for a few minutes before someone handed us menus and told us to sit wherever. Just handed us menus...in a kind of "just go sit down kinda way". Not real friendly. The appetizer we ordered (veggie steamed dumplings) came out with one less dumpling than promised on the menu. My wife's noodles were nothing special, as was my spicy/numbing pot. I felt my pot in particular, was over-loaded with huge chunks of veggies that could have been better chopped as to be more manageable. More chicken and beef in that chicken and beef pot, too, please ... The person waiting on us, if you could call it that, was not personable and could not have cared less about interacting. His drive by meal drop-offs were the epitome of antisocial. Probably won't return.

Only had to wait 5 mins. Don't let the full restaurant fool you. The wait staff checks in often and moves tables very fast. Pro tip- you can hang outside and check out the koi fish in the pond to kill some time Sat down and drinks came out fast ordered dim sum which came out in the cute steam baskets first. Shrimp Shumai and pork bao buns were so good. My kids asked for seconds We also ordered the sweet and sour chicken, spicy eggplant/tofu, shrimp& broccoli and the combination fried rice. Everything was perfectly seasoned with the exception of the sweet and sour chicken. It was very bland. Next time I want to order the orange peel chicken instead. Looked good and now we know! So much food we'll have leftovers for a few days. Score!

When you walk in up to the restaurant, the view of ponds with large koi fish was very welcoming, however as soon as you open the door/walk in...it's a chaos of sports on tv and western music that will burst your burst your tranquility from the front of the restaurant. The restaurant was busy since it was lunch. We were seated right away. However it took the waitress a few before knowledge our small table. The waitress was in a hurry and look like she already had a bad day. She asked quickly what we would like the drink and we said water and hot tea but ask what type of tea they have? She mumble something I could not understand. So my daughter ask for green tea. We started off with appetizer as usual. Shrimp toast, chicken wrap, Asian bbq ribs then a cup of hot & sour soup. Main dish were Moo Shu Pork and Mongolian beef. Soup came out first...it was lukewarm. Cup was hot but soup was lukewarm. It was vinegary and salty. This is the first time I had seen/tasted imitation crab meat in a hot and sour soup. I'd flag the waitress down to let her know the soup was cold and if she can bring me another or warm it up for me. She gave me an annoying look and took the soup back to the kitchen. The Asian bbq ribs come out then the shrimp toast a few minutes later. The shrimp toast looks appealing. The shrimp were whole shrimp on top of bread, fried bread. It was ok...no real taste and a bit greasy. There were too much honey and chewy/tough for the Asian ribs. My soup comes back hot to touch... which means it was microwave...but not an issues; what was is ...it was still lukewarm soup. I try to finish it but couldn't. Soup needs to be hot; especially hot & sour soup. The chicken lettuce wrap was delivered. It was again salty; no real taste, except for the salt. A lot of mushrooms over powering the this dish. Keep in mind we had a small table and dishes are pilling up. It took a few before anyone came to pickup the plates. Half way through our appetizer, the waitress dropped off Togo boxes with a bag right after the chicken wrap was dropped off.... Staying it's for later. So we went ahead and packup the appetizers into the Togo boxes to make room. The main dishes came out about 10 minutes later. My daughter was very surprised by her Mongolian beef. It looks more like pepper steak then Mongolian beef. Most Mongolian beef are cook with green onions, yellow onion, garlic, sesame seeds and large slices of beef...some with a little sauce other dry so this is a the first for us to see a Mongolian beef looks like that. It was again too salty. There was more bell pepper than beef. The beef was slice small. The moo shu pork come out already wrap?? Which confuse me. Most of the time the thin rice pancake is on the side and moo shu pork is a little sweet and savory that comes with plum sauce so you can spread as little or lot of plum sauce into the rice pancake then top it off with moo shu pork. Since it was all roll up...it was very messy trying to pull it open to put the plum sauce. The dish lack favors...it had a char like taste. Usually moo shu pork is very flavorful and fill with flavorful juice from the ingredients like cabbages, bamboo, onion, mushrooms and eggs. There was no favor except a char taste. I have eaten here before a long time ago and it's definitely not the same taste/food and experience. We pack the food home so we can get a second opinion from other family members and the results were the same. I would never recommend for anyone looking for Asian cuisine. But if you like America/Asian cuisine/atmosphere then this is a place for you.
