I ordered to go so not much I can say but the ladies at the counter were super friendly, sweet, and smiling. I feel like my portion sizes were bigger than other locations I've been to so I loved that! One meal ended up being enough for 3! I tried their new Thai donuts and the icing was so sweet that I couldn't eat it. Can't recommend it unless you're looking to get diabetes and cavities. I have not been to this restaurant in many years. They used to be good for fast food, never great, sort of the McDonald's of Asian food, but fast and not expensive. It was charming the way that they had orange slices and a little bar where you could put spicy mustard and make sauces. Sadly, those days are gone. The food that I ordered was actually inedible. They offered me a refund because when the gentleman came up to ask if I was finished, I said yes and he said would you like to go container and I said no. He said was everything OK And I said no. There was one other table with people. I can remember when there was a line to order. They have got to stop what they're doing and start over or close down. We were a party of two, and chose the General Tso's bowl with chicken and cauliflower fried rice, and also had the Mongolian Beef with fried rice. They were both really good and generously portioned. Only down side to the cauliflower fried rice was that it was a wee bit watery. It was tasty, though. We tried the vegetable spring rolls and they were alright, and large, but liked the peanut sauce better than the rolls themselves - a little bland, the rolls were. This location managed by Gary is phenomenal. His team player in it for the long-haul disposition really is apparent when you walk into this location and quite frankly, it makes the food taste better. Where else does this happen? Most restaurants greet you at the door not always with a smile, seat you take your order deliver your food and forget about you and it doesn't always happen that quickly sometimes you're forgotten about after your seated !!This restaurant location is well kept and clean also. We enjoyed a feast meal last night. I failed to take a picture, but we got the general tso chicken, Mongolian beef and teriyaki chicken and with it came crab Rangoon's and those fabulous thai donuts. Let me just tell you the food was fantastic hot and delicious and the value can't be beat. Coupons can't be used towards the feast, but the value of the feast and what you get is really great opposed to buying separate meals and only getting your meal. Buying only a meal you do save money on your meal because you can use coupons and they have deals such as bogo or 5off20 as an example but again it's only on your meal. The flavors are amazing, the service is on point and the dining experience we had was great. One thing Pei Wei can do as a company is dim the lights, a little, make the ambience and the atmosphere not so intrusive with the bright "emergency room" style lighting and offer deals or coupons on feasts. When the food is good, it is really good because it comes out hot and fresh and full of the asian flavors. When it bad, the meat is hard, the food is dry and the food is just luke warm. Ofcourse they will remake it for you if you tell them. We prefer to dine in at this place because the food is usually better (quantity & taste). But this place does get pretty crowded. We love to start with the crab wontons. A plate of six crunchy wontons with a creamy crab center placed on top of sweet chili sauce. The kung pao chicken and Mongolian chicken or beef are always good dishes. The first is a lightly fried chicken in kung pao sauce and the second is sauted chicken. They are great when the chicken is soft and not dry. The fried rice (xtra charge) is yum with the chicken. The Bangkok noodles are another good dish. They have more of the all around peanut flavor with crispy bean sprouts. This place has always maintained cleanliness and on the good service days a manager comes around to each table asking if everything was alright. read more

It's been a while and I felt like the improvement definitely needed to be highlighted. The portions are decent sized when dining in and the fact that you can choose salad other than rice is a big plus.
