We picked up slices from here. The restaurant had a very family friendly atmosphere. The grandma's slice was absolutely delicious. It was loaded with super chunky tomato sauce and a fluffy, doughy crust. I was very impressed. I also got a plain slice, which was good but nothing special. You walk in , there is ample amount of seating . I noticed no menu so your not really sure of the prices but it's ok that doesn't bother me much . I got 2 plain slices and my husband got 2 sausage slices . It was ok . Not the best nor the worse pizza I ever had . I was not crazy about there sauce it had pepper in it , I tend to lean towards a sweater sauce and the cheese was very over cooked . There crust was delicious I will give them that . I had the fettuccine carbonara, which was certainly above average in quality. I find that carbonara is a difficult and unusual dish to make, so it's a good way to test an Italian restaurant. This place certainly passed the carbonara test. The portion size was absolutely enormous! It was better than the carbonara I had at a certain Michelin-starred restaurant in New Rochelle! I also had the opportunity to taste the fagioli soup, spinach pizza, and eggplant pizza. Everything was delicious. All of this, and the bill was under $50, with the tip included.
