She explained what was going on and adjusted the treatment based on my goals. Acupuncture was done carefully and felt targeted. Scheduled a reflexology appointment here since I was staying around the corner. Seemed like the cleanest, nicest place around and also the closest to my room. I booked online via their website. My friend booked as well. When we arrived the gentleman upfront did not have our appointment on his books. We had to wait 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment time to be seen. At least we were squeezed in. The phone seemed to ring off the hook with people wanting to come in right away the whole time we were there. The massage itself was pleasant enough. Started with a gentle shoulder and neck massage while our feet soaked. After walking as much as we have any touch/massage on my feet felt great. I'll add I'm also 23 weeks pregnant so my feet were HURTING after 6+ miles of walking around. I heard several pleased guests leaving and checking out while we received our reflexology treatment. Our chairs were upfront by the desk and store front. Staff was nice enough. There wasn't much interaction. NO - i went to get my back massage here and after explicitly advising the women to be more gentle, she proceeded to aggressively push on my back. I was left with terrible back pain and subsequently got an MRI and was diagnosed with two slip discs. I cannot recommend against this establishment enough. read more

My husband and I have been coming to Peng's for over five years for cheap, no frills, quality massages. Though, our last visit was extremely unpleasant upon leaving. There is an intensely rude cashier that shames patrons for tipping 20%, yelling and demanding a minimum 30% tip. This placed quite a sour taste in our mouths and will prevent us from returning. TIPS ARE OPTIONAL PEOPLE. I gave $10 on a $60 massage and the front desk guy told me I should leave 20% (another $2 dollars). Annoying. Tips are optional, a $10 is a fine tip, pay your masseuses more if you think they're not earning enough and don't hassle your customers for $2 bucks!! Especially since they're adding $5 for a credit card fee. Sometimes I give more, rarely do I give less, what a drag interaction to have post massage. I went to Peng's Bodywork for a 60 minute massage due to some tension in my shoulders. I called the day of (on a Sunday) to schedule my appointment and they were able to take me. I would recommend you call in beforehand like that because when I came in, there were a few people trying to do walk ins that were told to come back in a couple of hours. On the phone, I requested a female masseuse and they were able to accomdate me. I asked her to specifically focus on my shoulder and she did, working on a knot for a good amount of time. I left feeling very satisfied! I tipped $15 on top of the $55, bringing my total to $70. The only reason I ranked it 4 stars is because there was a slight smell inside the place. read more

I went in for a 30 minutes back massage and a 30 minutes foot massage. The foot massage was ok. I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it. I would have rather used that time for a full hour back. I spent $50 on both services. The facility is clean and is an in and out kind of experience. This is not to be mistaken for a spa experience. It's relaxing but is designed to focus on massage Whereas spas have all that extra fluff. For example, while I was there I Smelled food during my massage. Turns out when I got dressed and went to The front desk to pay, the girl was eating a whole mini rotisserie chicken! That would never happen in a spa! But before I got annoyed I had to think about the environment. My back massage was great the therapist worked out all my knots. I'm a little sore but that's what I came here for. My back feels so relaxed. As I walk down the street sfter my session I noticed I was standing taller, my posture was better.
