Not willing to give up, my girlfriend and I went to this dealership. Salesmen assured my friend that whatever the gas mileage that was stated on the window sticker, it was conservatively low. And that the more she drove her car, the more it would get used to her and adjust to her driving, and she would get better and better gas mileage. WHAT? They purred that they were willing to lose money selling her a car, just so they could make her happy and earn her business. WHAT? These people are such crap. She did not want to spend enough to buy a Subaru, so they steered her to the much more poorly-rated Mitsubishi. Thankfully she went home and researched it, found out that the price they had given her was far higher than it should be. Adding to this review... I just found a receipt from when I got an oil change at Peninsula, a couple of years ago. They recommended a new timing belt. I had just gotten a new timing belt about 5,000 miles before. I will just say this my experience with the business and in particular John Kern the salesperson was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. John and the finance team worked hard to find a car that was what I wanted at the price I could afford. Ultimately I did not end up with a Subaru and yet still ended up extremely happy with every moment of the car buying process. If and when I ever need another vehicle I will come here. And I recommend you do too if you are looking for a hard working, sleaze free car buying experience where the dealer is honest and actually tries hard to meet your needs and not just sell you a car. read more

A terrible experience. Subaru is a great car but buy one someplace else. The details are below, but bottom line is they are very unresponsive. Each time there was a hurdle, we heard nothing for days. We had to keep calling them to get anything done. The 2018 Outback we were promised and paid for never materialized. "That's never happened before." They swore the 2019 color we wanted might take months - "You better choose this (terrible) one we have on the lot"- but low and behold the exact car was available on the first day of the new model year. Bought it fine but there was no second key. "It's in the sales manager's office and we're not allowed to go in there." (I kid you not.) A week later we went in to synchronize the new key, but it's a 'half' key and we'll have to do it again when a full key arrives. Months go by and no one EVER calls. After they have your money you drop off the map. I called, got a manager - and his name - who said they'd order a key and within an hour got a call from Parts saying my key was there. We'll see when I finally get back there. Free oil changes are not worth it. read more

This what car buying should be. My lease on my current car was about to end and I decided my next car would be the unofficial car of Seattle, a Subaru Outback. I drive over the Pass frequently and I saw many Outbacks having their way with the snow and grade. I did my homework, knew the trade-in value of my leased car, knew the residual amount of the lease and knew which Outback I wanted to purchase. I LOVE the fact that Peninsula Subaru published their discounts on the web. No other dealer in the area did that. When I went to the dealership, I showed Richard what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay after the trade-in. He said, "let me see if we can make this work" and sure enough he did. I left my leased car and drove the new Outback home at the price I thought was fair for both the dealer and me. Subsequently, the leasing company pulled a few boners and I had to get the State AG involved, but the dealership was patient and lived-up to their end of the deal. Bad sales experience. Knew exactly which car we wanted made the deal then the super high pressure sales tactic of add ons such as some super protective wax and some other bunch of crap they wanted to add to the car price to jack it up they kept us waiting when we kept saying no to the up-sell tactic, clearly the plan was to hold us hostage until we gave in. We decided to leave after an hour. Made our new car purchase at Koenig Subaru in Port Angels. What a great experience at Koenig and a wonderful drive to Port Angles, as well i bet the whole sales deal took 10 minutes, what breath of fresh air. read more

Bad Service Multiple Times So I usually don't make an issue if I get bad service from a place one because sometimes it is just bad luck. Not with this place. It took me almost three months after the date I was told my car would be available for purchase, I wasn't too worried about it, it was a popular car and the VIN number got mixed up with another. I had to repeatedly call the salesperson because the day of when I was supposed to get the car kept coming and going and I didn't hear from them. Finally I had a firm date and I show up and they have the wrong car. I show up two days later when the right car was supposed to show up and it is there but the upgrade package was supposed to be included had not been installed so the said they would do it and not charge me the extra cost for them installing it vs. at the manufacturer like somehow they we giving me a great deal. They offered nothing for the mix up. Bought my car 2014 and in less than three years the air conditioning went out. Unfortunately the warrantee had ran out two thousand miles before I took it in. I opted to go ahead and fix the air conditioner because it is a fairly new car otherwise I would have just dealt with it. A year later, the air conditioner stopped working. Again had to go in and they filled up the Freon and said it was fine and that there were no leaks. Two years after getting it replaced it isn't working again. My husband also purchased a car from them before all of my problems started. Last time he took his car in for the free oil change and inspection one of the mechanics took his nice metal tire stem caps off and replaced them with Low quality plastic ones. He drove home before he noticed it. He went back and told them what had happened and the service representative basically told him that he was over reacting, that no one knew where they were and that it didn't matter. Completely disrespectful. So stealing parts off of customers cars is okay? He refused to leave until they fixed it and requested to speak to the service manager. My husband explained all of the problems we had had with them and told them we would not do business with them anymore. The service manager did replaced the caps with new metal ones but no other offer to make things right. Shame on this dealership. There was also a recall on the brake light switch. Unfortunately mine had already failed months before the recall and paid to get it replaced. They never contacted me about this, and the dealership reported it as completed to Subaru. Now a year later I have to try and find my paperwork for the repair and fight these guys on getting my money back. read more

I took my Outback in for recall service to Peninsula because my BF lives in Bremerton, and he had heard great things about their service. In addition to performing the recall service, they also did a complementary check of my car. I was told they would also top off my fluids. They gave me paperwork that said that they had look at all aspects of my car. The oil fluids section was checked in the "green." However, upon leaving the dealership my car started to make noises. I pulled over and checked my oil level. It was bone dry. When we called to speak to the manager they did very little to address this matter. If I can't trust them to do what their paperwork says they did, then I'm not sure I could trust them with more expensive service! read more

I wanted to let this sit and allow myself to become calm before writing this review. On July 25,2019 I went to Subaru after getting off work. The place was dead and we were met very quickly by a salesman. I explained to him that I wanted test drive a car (a wrx) to see if I first fit in it (I'm 6'4") and to see how it drove. The salesman said yeah "no problem let's go get your license and insurance card scanned." My wife and I sat for roughly 15 minutes before the salesman came back out. During that time I looked at my wife and said "they're not going to let us drive it" and she laughed thinking they would. The salesman says "sorry, you can't drive that car. We don't let people just drive the wrx." I calmly asked him why that was. He responded "you're not buying today so we can't let you drive it and because you're young. But I can give you a ride in the car". Here's my first issue with this dealership. I am young, I'm 21 years old but I have a career and I would say I'm more mature that people my age. Back to what happened with the second issue, I chuckled and told the salesman "sure you can take us on a ride". My wife and I decided to look our salesman up to see how young he is. He is a year younger than I am, but he's allowed to drive this car that I'm too young to drive. We get on HWY 16 and he floors the car and doesn't shift until near redline. He's driving his heart out, speeding, taking way to sharp corners, running a stop light and hitting a pothole the size of Montana. The salesman is accelerating in residential areas and I kept hearing a clanging noise. I know a good amount about cars to tell when there's a non natural noise. I asked him about it and he played dumb. "I don't hear a noise, I don't know what you're talking about". So at that point I knew he wasn't going to tell us if there was anything wrong, so I stopped asking questions. After the worst test drive I've ever been involved with the manager comes out and says "how was driving the wrx. Did you like it?" I promptly told him "no because you didn't let us because I'm too young" and walked away. I do not appreciate being judged on my age, but you turn a blind eye to the bad driving of a salesman younger than me. Again I waited to write this review so I could calmly write it. read more

I love my used Jeep Liberty purchased from this dealership in 2016, but I feel like they didn't sell the car in safe driving condition. The tires were bare, the hood hydraulics didn't work, and the parking break was shot which was not cool on a stick shift vehicle. If you purchase a used vehicle even sold as is... make sure all the vital parts are intact and it's in a safe condition to drive. Most were inexpensive to fix but really should've been the dealerships responsibility before selling. read more

It took a long time to get an appointment. We didn't need a loaner car at the time of the appointment. However, things changed and we needed a loaner car. I called 10 days early and the person answering could not make the arrangements and tried to transfer me to service twice with no answer but a promise to leave a message for someone to call. That never happened. I called back twice the next time they were open and got the same response except one message was supposed to be "urgent". We got our car fixed at a other shop and over a week has past, and still no call. After my car was repaired at the other shop, I stopped by for "express" for the free oil change. I was told two hours and it took nearly three. Incredibly poor service all around. read more

Their customer service is a joke. The Peninsula Subaru team does not care about you or your car once they get their check. My husband and I bought the most expensive new Impreza on the lot in 2017. We have to troubleshoot to use the Bluetooth connection EVERY TIME we get in the car. We have been trying to get this issue resolved since we bought the car over two years ago. We bought a Subaru because it was supposed to be reliable. The second that you vocalize that you have a problem with the way that they do business they talk to you like a child, and are crystal clear that they will do nothing to help you unless the conversation is all puppies and unicorns. The problem is not Subaru's process, I understand that you have to jump through hoops. This location needs to take ownership. The issue is not ongoing with my car because of Subaru, it's because Peninsula Subaru does not develop the talent of their team. There is a clear lack of communication: I was told over the phone that they ordered a new radio for my car. I showed up for my appointment and heard "no, no, no we have to run updates". Then why was I told I was getting my radio replaced? I have had all of the same issues since the updates were completed. I called again and their associate told me that a new radio was on the way and they would call back to tell me when it was in their shop. I called back two weeks later, because I never got a call, to find it HAD NEVER BEEN ORDERED. This was last thing I expected from a car that costs more per month than most of my friends rent. I sent my daughter to suburu in bremerton to have a routine service job done. They quoted her a price and said they needed the car for a couple of days, so ok, sounds good. Approximately 3 to 4 hours later they call to say her car is done, interesting, should have figured something was up. About 3 weeks later she opened up the hood to find 3 spark plugs laying inside the hood area. I asked her to go back down there and have them inspect. She took the car back and waited 2 hours and not one apology. I held off writing this review hoping the dealership might have made good on a BIG mistake. Really an apology and even a car wash might have nice. We will not ever go back there. read more

My husband wrote a review about a year/ year and a half ago and it has disappeared off of Yelp, so I am writing a new one. I strongly urge anyone looking to purchase a car to steer clear of Peninsula Subaru. We have purchased about 3 cars from them over the years and always had pleasant experiences unless our last purchase. Due to being in a tough situation financially, we decided to downgrade our car to save on monthly payments. Amir from Subaru seemed great, understanding and helpful at the time. We kept getting excuses as to why they couldn't get a car report on the vehicle we were purchasing, and the sale was pushed through anyway ("Oh the system is down, just sign here and as soon as it's running, we will get that for you"). The same day we drove off the lot with our new car, the battery died. Peninsula Subaru did replace it for us, but over the course of a few months, we had NUMEROUS car troubles. Both my husband and I repeatedly asked for the report and they refused to give it to us. After several months of car work, and asking, we ended up in Amir's office in an intense arguement. Just to note, both my husband and I are easy going people and introverted. We do not like confrontation at all. Amir was argumentative, rude and unwilling to work with us. All other employees sat there, but did not say at word, and apologized to us after the fact. After this uncomfortable confrontation, we did get the auto report, and it turned out that the vehicle we purchased had been in a car accident where it received significant damage. It would have cost us thousands of dollars to repair. We ended up eating a lot of money to get out of that vehicle, with the help of another local dealership and learned a very hard, valuable lesson. We love Subarus and plan to buy another again soon, but will make the trip to Puyallup Subaru when that time comes. Please use caution when purchasing vehicles from this place, and make sure you do not sign anything until you have seen everything written on paper. read more

Do not trust this dealership. I brought a used car, that they promised to have no issues with a limited warranty, from them about 3 months ago. The second day I drove the car, the front windshield started leaking rain, and battery warning came on. They did fix the windshield, and tried to fix the battery warning but they could not figure out why. It took me weeks, and going to a different dealership to have the battery issue fixed. The process to get that repair re-reimbursed was like pulling teeth. Now, 3 months after I brought the car, it started having engine stalling issue and the windshield started to leak again. Two weeks ago I took my Subaru to Walmart to get the oil changed, after it was completed they told me my drivers side CV boot was completely missing. I then took the car to Les Schwab to have them look at it, they recommended taking it to a Subaru dealership to get it replaced. So I made an appointment with Peninsula Subaru in Gorst. Upon inspection, they said not only my drivers boot was gone as well as the shaft needs replaced, my passenger side CV boot was bad and should be replaced. ALONG with my Power steering Rack was leaking onto the exhaust manifold and needed immediate attention. Soo, after all that and 2,400 bucks I get the Subaru back. This morning I am washing the car with some non-water wash/wax that James sold me, I finally got to the rims.. wipe, wipe.. Whoa that lug nut is loose. WHOA so is that one.. WTF that one is missing!!! Checked all of them and EVERYONE of them forward on the car is loose or missing. I call the service desk and explode. I distinctly told the guy on the phone to have the Service Manager to call me when he gets in. They sent a truck to pick it up pretty quickly. Five hours later I call for the GM (Steve Taylor) and get the song and dance he is busy. Four minutes later Brandon the service manager calls me. Not once did he apologize for putting lives at risk, my car as risk for my wasted time, or money. I bought my car here in May. They showed me a bunch of models, told me several times the all weather mats come with every car. We started moving forward with a 2018 crosstrek, and I began to try to talk them down on the price. I had spoken with Carters and they told me they could get me a better deal. Well, apparently they went the lowest they could go (which was the same as Carters) so we accepted the deal and did the paperwork. The salesman (Zach) told me several times he wasn't making any money on the deal and was doing it as a favor to us and "another mark on the board". All customer service went out the window, we didn't get the all weather mats, he told me I was told wrong information and that the salesman who told me that was new. Overall bad experience but I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, just don't expect to be treated fairly when you don't want to overpay for your vehicle. read more

Bought a brand new vehicle here and within days of having it some part in the engine that was supposedly a rare issue was giving us trouble. So for the first 2 wks of owning the car we werent even able to drive it. Then we had rust on parts of the vehicle that are easily replaced but still was very odd. We also had our tire flat light come on anytime we used our DVD player or plugged anything in, so we were told just to not plug stuff in. I did the whole oil change thing which is always a plus but the last visit I had for oil change as I was trying to get my kid out of the car I was being pressured to trade it in for a new Mitsubishi by a salesmen when I was clearly at the service area. I also know multiple people who have bought bikes here and have nothing but issues and apparently the shop guys dont know how to fix it or dont want to so by the time it was figured out(by an independent shop) the warranty was up. Nothing but problems at this place! Its the typical "salesmen" type attitude now even with oil change half the time... after all nothing in the world is actually free I realized after hearing more sales pitches while I am trying to feed my newborn in the service center. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 2 weeks ago, we bought a Certified Pre Owned Subaru Crosstrek here. We were beyond excited. Less than 2 days after purchase, the brakes were getting really hot and it felt like we were driving with the parking break on. We called (several times, because no one answers the service desk phone) and finally got ahold of someone. They couldn't look at it for four more days. Fine. Then after having it for a week, it was finally fixed and ready for us to pick up. Again, fine. I tried to be understanding and patient. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they truly didn't know of these issues when we bought it. When I picked up the car, I double checked with the service manager, Dan, that they had checked the other three brakes and tires just in case. He scoffed and said "really? Of course we did." Well. Less than 5 miles away from the dealership and the car began exhibiting the EXACT SAME SYMPTOMS but from the other side. I turned around, furious, and took it right back to them. I hate to post this kind of thing, but that is just negligent. Either Dan lied and his guys really didn't check everything out (which is terrible practice) OR they somehow missed this huge problem. Either way I'm furious and wishing I could turn back time. The only good thing I have to say is that our salesman, JJ, has been very kind and sincere the whole time. read more

I went in for an "Express Oil Change" today. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. That's ok, I have the day off. Two hours and 15 minutes later I'm still waiting so I decide to walk around outside. I saw my car still sitting in the lot. I asked the service rep if it was still waiting to get in and she said yes and gave no indication that it would make it in any time soon. Two hours and 15 minutes and it hadn't even made it into the shop yet. What a waste of time. I didn't have the patience to wait any longer so I took my keys and left. If a "free" oil change is going to take three plus hours it's not free. I would rather pay an oil change shop and be done in 20-30 minutes. Buying a new Subaru(2015 Forester) from and dealing with Peninsula Subaru has been a huge disappointment. I don't recommend either one. I'm not impressed with the Forester or Peninsula Subaru. read more

My review somehow got deleted. Here it is again! Unfortunately I have to leave one star or I wouldn't leave any at all. In August of 2014 I took my WRX in to trade it in on a new Impreza wagon. The entire deal took six hours to complete and was filled with salesman double talk, extremely low ball trade in offers, the old "let me talk to my manager" routine over and over again and the deplorable "addendum pricing" which unnecessarily tacks on thousands of dollars to the overall price which they're hoping you just won't notice. I took my wife and two daughters with me when I went to get the deal done. When I was offered the first ridiculous and offensive trade in value for my car and it was obvious a deal wasn't going to happen, I got up and left. They sent a salesman out to the street to track me down and get me to come back in. At that point I had been there for hours and I just wanted to get it all over with and not wanting to have wasted a good chunk of my day getting anything done, I agreed to go back and hear what they had to say. What seemed like a good deal turned out to be not so when I saw that they had switched the car in the deal and presented it as simply a lower price they were "helping me out with". When I got outside to go over the car before I took delivery it wasn't even the car I originally came to look at! It was a full trim level below the one I started negotiating for. I was so exhausted, hungry and frustrated I just couldn't take it anymore. By that point, I had been there for six hours and I just wanted to get it over with. When I submitted an unfavorable review to Subaru corporate about this stealership, THEN all of a sudden they wanted to know how they could make things right. I will give them credit that they actually did get me a few accessories I asked for. But that doesn't take away from the fact that I overpaid for the car and I was basically held captive all afternoon until I finally wore down enough to sign the papers. I WAS getting a new Subaru after all. And that's always a good thing. But there is absolutely no excuse for the low rent, unprofessional way I was treated during and after the sale. My wife bought a new WRX from Mike Scarff Subaru in Auburn in January and two weeks later got an email from the salesman asking how the car was doing and if there was anything else they could do for her. I am STILL waiting for my follow up email or really any contact whatsoever from Peninsula Subaru. When I got my car back after the window tinting, there was a white film running down all of the doors and on the floor boards. Did they bother to wash any of that out? Of course not! They also left me with no gas and didn't bother to replace the temporary tag in my back window so I got pulled over on the way home. No ticket, but still... pretty embarrassing. As a loaner, they gave me a filthy Forester with a giant "Peninsual Subaru Loaner Vehicle" sticker on the side. There was somebody's fast food bag (half eaten food still in it) and drink that somebody had put their mouth on still in the vehicle! What level of care is that?? They also told me specifically that I had to fill the gas tank up or I would be charged $6 a gallon for gas. By contrast, when my wife took her new WRX in for tinting at Mike Scarff Subaru, they gave her a fully loaded Outback and didn't even care about the gas. Oh, and there was no disgusting white film running down her doors either. I'm not being dramatic when I say this was THE single most horrific purchasing experience I've ever had in my life. Buying a house was easier and more pleasant than this. I can't go out to my new car in my driveway and look at it without thinking about this terrible experience. So much so that I'm trading this basically new car in at Mike Scarff in a few months for something new to just get this out of my life. It's a shame, too. The Impreza Sport wagon is a great car. Just DON'T BUY IT FROM PENINSULA SUBARU. You don't know me and I don't know you. But I can't, in good conscience, not warn people about how shady and unprofessional these guys are. Couldn't be more disappointed. A glorified used car dealership, very few new cars on the lot. Still, they had the one we had researched so we asked to test drive the BRZ. They wouldn't let us, because they don't like putting miles on their "high end" cars and we said that we were still narrowing the field. "Save us for last" their sales manager said. I think not! I've had my heart set on a Subaru for over a year. My husband and I finally decided it was time to trade in my 2012 traverse. When we pulled into peninsula we told the salesman what we were looking for and let's check out the preowned side. I'd take a certified preowned Subaru with a few miles on it at a decent price. The first one we picked out didn't work out. So we were shown a 2016 outback touring with 43k miles and no warranty. The salesman kept telling us it was top of the line. My issue was there was no warranty and a lot of miles. We were then shown a 2015 outback premium. 20 some thousand miles on it. It hadn't been detailed, there was still a dog leash in the backseat! Very dirty. We were told we could buy it and they'd have it detailed and ready for pick up next week. No way. I asked to see the new base model forester or outbacks. We were never shown that. Kept telling us the banks wouldn't work with us because of the boom value of our car and a preowned or new one. I understand we had negative equity but we were putting money down and were willing to pay more for a nice car. After two hours I felt pushed around as they were just throwing cars at us at that point. We walked out. The manager came and spoke to us and just said that some cars sell better than others. I was very upset. We drove down the road to West Hills Honda and walked out with a brand new 2018 Honda CR-V LX. Very pleased with our experience there as we were not pushed around and were listened to. Maybe it was the salesman we had at peninsula, the manager or time of day it was. Seems if they wanted a sale they would've worked with us more than what they did. read more

I broke down and bought another Subaru from this dealership since they are the only local Subaru dealership. My salesman's name was Brett, who was a complete joy to deal with. He is knowledgable, with zero pressure or games, but once again the service & parts departments got involved and the experience tanked. The parts department is slow, incompetent, poor at communicating when ordered parts arrive. My service advisor left me feeling like he was doing me a favor by having an accessory installed, several weeks after it had been ordered. I will drive to Seattle before going back for any service. I will no longer purchase a car from Peninsula Subaru with their dishonest customer service and lies about my service being done on my vehicle I would highly not recommend anybody to ever buy a vehicle from the scam artist all they care about is their sale and they don't care about their customers or their customer service and their service department they tell you one thing and then tell you something different if I were you I would record everything that you get from this dealership to make sure you have record and proof of what they say and then tried to back out of what they said it's sad to say I am a big fan of Subaru but I am not a fan of this dealership nor am I a fan of their customer service and they're dishonest I am going to blast them all over every site all over the media as much as possible about how bad their dealership is and their customer service along with other people that are willing to write reviews along with me read more

Looking for a car is never really "fun", mostly stressful and exhausting. Peninsula Subaru really makes it easier for their customers. My husband and I went on a rainy/windy Saturday to do a little test drive on their new 2015 Crosstrek. The salesman, Shawn Warner, was not at all pushy, aggressive or inattentive. He listened to every concern and was more than knowledgeable on what he was selling. We told him that we needed to mull it over and that we would be back. We did come back, later that week - Shawn was there and made the buying process super easy. I can say definitely that we will be back. Very dishonest dealership horrible customer service and there service department is horrible nothing but lies I went to discount tire today because I had a flat to have them repair a hole in my tireI've been going to this place for 15 plus years never had an issue what discount tire nor have they ever done me wrong I go there they told me that my tire the whole was in a bad spot where it's not fixable I said okay and then he looks at my tires and noticed the tread on my tires on my side tread of the top was way uneven compared to the back or front I said huh that's weird because every time I went in and got my oil change I asked to have tire rotation and they told me that they do tire rotation after the fact I pick up my car after I got my oil change that they rotated the tires my oil and everything else checked out I said okay awesome so I drove across country went to Virginia got my oil changed on there at Subaru told him I need a tire rotation supposedly they rotated my tires okay so I don't know at this point in time whether if they did or not so as I'm on my way back home from West Virginia to Washington I ended up stopping in Arizona I was gone for a month mind you to get an oil change in Arizona and a tire rotation then again I don't know if they did the tire rotation like they told me they did but anyways I get back you know I get a flat tire but all the other times that I've been to peninsula Subaru to get my oil change they told me that they were doing tire rotation with oil change mind you next time anybody goes in for oil change tire rotation anything from anybody at this dealership weather if it's service or a salesperson I would definitely recommend recording everything they say because they don't go back on what they tell you and try to say something different well anyways get back to the story I'm at discount tire they tell me my tires haven't been rotated what not I understand I got to replace a tire wool it's a Subaru Forester all wheel drive car Les Schwab discount tire most tire places you have to replace all 4 tires so they're even tread and I know this for a fact because I worked at a tire place and I know how this works or as I am at discount tire I get on the phone with Subaru cuz my new this is a 2020 Subaru brand new with warranties still under warranty and I asked to speak to a manager at Subaru in the service department and asked why didn't my tires ever get rotated when I took a man and you guys told me you rotated them and I asked for it when I came there what does it show on our system that we ever did a tire rotation on your car why when you guys give me the piece of paper stating that all we did your oil change and you did your tire rotation not only at this shop but the other shops I've been to which the only other shop I've been to was the Virginia and the Arizona one most of my maintenances through peninsula Subaru so I'm on the phone with Subaru with the manager from service I told him I was at discount tire told him I'm right next to the gentleman that's taking a look at my tires been here for several years I see the guy every time I go in there they know me by name told the gentleman at Subaru the whole situation with my tire that it's not fixable and the tread on my tires have on the sidewall area well above the sidewall you know at the edges of both of the tires not the center but the edge on both sides are off and it look like it's never been rotated mind you I've been going to discount tire for years they've never done me wrong I actually still have tires on my car my truck with great tread on them because I take them in and get them rotated every time they needed to be done never had an issue they're in great shape still under warranty and I've had them longer than they expected me to have them they were surprised because I take care of my tires and I take care of my vehicles when I get maintenance done and serviced so the guy on the phone from Subaru talk to the guy Jessie at discount tire I believe the gentleman manager at Subaru was Rick or Richard are rich we're talking to each other Jessie told Richard from Subaru everything that was going on and that my tires haven't been rotated and that might read is off so the guy at Subaru this is not to take your business but him being a customer of buying a Subaru from us has a warranty that should cover it the tire and told me oh go ahead just have the discount tire put your donut on bring the car in will get you a rental and will take care of you will make sure everything's taken care of and I will give you a call when the car is ready or let you know what's going on I said okay sounds good so I come in gave him my license my insurance got the rental car I get a call later today say no it's going to cost you $120 to replace your tire I'm in a all wheel drive how can you replace one tire always shave the tire down to match your tire so you're going to tell me you're going to charge me $120 to shave down a brand new read more

If you ever need a help in hand, these guys are not the ones to help! I was driving down the highway near Peninsula Subaru. My Acura was making a weird noise, kind of like a knocking sound near wheel. I knew something was wrong and pulled off near Peninsula Subaru. The car jack that I had was useless and not working properly. My boyfriend and I went inside and asked one of the salesman if we could borrow a jack. One guy walked away from us and pointed to another guy. He said, "Sorry our shop is closed for the night, we can't help you". They looked at us unwelcoming and we left. I will never purchase a car from this establishment and I will make sure to let my family know not to either. I have a huge family around this area and word spreads like wild fire when it comes to recommendations.
