    The Gracie Green, highly recommend!
    Christina P.

I stopped by here with two other friends for lunch while on a day trip to Cincinnati. We decided to check out Findlay Market and after browsing around, figured the sandwiches here would hit the spot. The interior was clean and their cases were packed full of cheeses and meats. Apart from that there were other Italian things to buy, ranging from oils to jams to snacks. Despite us being the only ones in the shop, it took a while to get our sandwiches. The time seemed to go that much slower because we were all hungry. But I have to tell you, the wait was worth it. I got the Gracie Green - baked ham, baby swiss cheese and lettuce served with brusshetta topping on a toasted long roll with a pickle on the side. It was only $6.25 and it was so so good! Everything in the sandwich went together really well and the vinegar-y taste balanced the rest of the sandwich beautifully. I highly highly recommend this one! My friends got the Little Italy and Cincy Gobbler, also with a pickle on the side and both loved their sandwiches. There was some seating outside but considering it was cold and drizzling we took the sandwiches and popped into the main building (I think?) that had a seating area. Completely delicious and utterly satisfied - definitely come here for lunch! Can't beat the taste or the price!

Generally, I'm pretty pleased with my experience at Silverglades. I ordered an Italian sandwich that was definitely a solid meal. There was a hefty amount of meat and toppings, and they were great in quality and in taste. We also got a side of the mustard potato salad, and it was VERY good! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the service was a little slow, and the workers weren't that friendly to customers. I realize this is a traditional deli where they don't have to be over-the-top with the service and friendliness, but they also should realize that their deli is in Cincinnati and not NYC.

Wait just a minute. You'll be glad you did. Silverglades has an awesome selection of deli meats, cheese, pickles, olives, and salads. You can get salami anywhere but the selection and quality of salami at Silverglades is unbeatable. They roast their turkey and you won't be disappointed with any of their meat products. Prosciutto, Serrano, they've got it. Liver pate with truffles is awesome. They also have a great selection of cheese. Sandwiches are an art form here and every one of them is delicious. During the week they are not as busy but on a Saturday you will probably have to wait. If you take a number and the next customer is five numbers ahead of you, it will be a 15 minute wait. So just wait a minute. I've always been glad I did.

This deli is great! The staff were all wonderful and very helpful when we were trying to decide between items to buy, and they have a huge selection of meats, cheeses, pickles, mustards, and other things in here. Both of their chicken salads are some of the best chicken salad I've ever had, so I'd definitely recommend those.

Made with superior ingredients found at Silverglade's!

Food and meat is great, service is terribly slow and arrogant. Too many shops in the market want your business to deal with attitude

Cozy, welcoming, and totally unpretentious. It's one of those places where you can feel fancy without feeling like you're trying too hard. And don't even get me started on the wine pairings... If you're a fan of cheese (and who isn't?), this is definitely a spot you need to visit when in the area. Honestly, I'll be dreaming of that cheese board the next time I'm in Cincinnati, and you bet I'll be back! 10/10, highly recommend.

When my friend and I walked in, we were greeted by such a sweet staff who immediately welcomed us in, shared their thoughts on the menu (since we were first-timers), and suggested we leave a review (they were so lovely, so how could we not!) The entire restaurant feels like the diner Sam worked at in Cinderella Story from the early 2000s - very vintage, very retro, very 50s! It's what I imagine restaurants looking like when my grandparents went on dates when they were my age. I had gotten the tofu nugs via DoorDash, which were better IRL and the milkshake was scrumptious too! My friend got the Milkman Burger, fries, and a fruity pebbles shake. It was all great but let me tell ya...we had this meal almost two weeks ago and I'm STILL dreaming of those French fries. I have had so many iterations of fried potato before...shoestring, steak, wedges, sweet potato, those made from yuca, curly, dipped in ice cream, etc. and these are the best fries I've had in my life. If I could live off the fries, I would. They were that good. I already have plans to share this place with other friends of mine as it has officially worked its way into the rotation for me!

There is lots of seating with large bay windows with plenty of natural light. My husband and I absolutely love the food here. I involuntarily did a little happy dance after taking my first bite of shrimp and grits. I almost made the mistake of not ordering a biscuit- OMG the flaky goodness was unbelievable. We ended up ordering another so my husband could have his own! Apparently there was a miscommunication about our order and we actually ended up getting another biscuit for free on accident which vanished as quickly as the first and second! I also ordered a crème brûlée grapefruit which was a very pleasant sweet treat at the end of my meal. They even had an actual grapefruit spoon!! My husband ordered the Hash bowl which he first complemented its presentation. He noted that they were not stingy with the bacon. What he didn't notice at first was that under his eggs there was a well seasoned layer of sausage gravy. He rated it 5/5. He would definitely order it again!
