Since the trap they need to access is outdoors, they can arrange to do the job while I'm @ work & trust me to pay by billing me. They're careful to explain what the problems are in a way I can understand, get me help quickly, and I trust them in my home.

It is very apparent that Roman's Plumbing's goal is to make sure their clients know and understand their costs, the date and time of your appointment and at the job's completion what exactly Roman did. For twenty years my Dad lived alone. He always called Roman to help with plumbing repairs. We (Dad's out of state family) knew with certainty Roman would take great care of him. And Dad loved "visiting" with Roman. In Dad's later years, when he needed a bit more explanation of the plumbing issues, Roman was kind and patient with him. When it became time to sell Dad's house, we called Roman to fix the plumbing issues called out in the home inspection report. What I appreciated is that Roman took each issue noted by the inspector and gave us as his expert opinion. There was an issue that in his opinion did not need to be addressed. As a realtor, I do know that this is often the case. I am impressed with Roman's transparency and honesty. Roman repaired the plumbing problems quickly and efficiently.
