When I later called them (not knowing it was the same company), Mike admitted he knew the pool and had told the previous owner he could not actually fix it -- only patch it temporarily. When I asked questions, he refused to answer. We later ended up in court and found out he knew the previous owner personally. We also discovered we were charged a different rate for the same service and the invoice notes didn't match what actually happened. Very dishonest experience. I would not trust this company.

Turned out there were two holes in one of the pipes that had been leaking for a very long time. So muddy in there. Felt sorry for the guys to deal with it. Here is a picture of the pipe with the holes. As you can see, it was a very dirty job! Efran never complained....had to even go and get more parts. They came out just a couple hours after I called with my emergency (tub blockage), and not only quickly determined what was going on and fixed it, they noticed a problem tied to the blockage that was affecting my kitchen sink and fixed that as well, without charging me any more.
