I was going to pick up a brand new couch about five minutes down the road, and when I opened up the back of the U-Haul, there was needles and human feces and cups of pee and blankets, and it looked like somebody was having a fire back there and you could obviously tell that a homeless person was camping in the back. That is ridiculous that they do not wake up and check their truck trucks considering I made an appointment for the middle of the day. When I called back, they tried to say I will give you a discount, no I want a U-Haul for free. This was inconveniencing as heck and Disgusting. Not to mention the entire cab smell like cigarette for my hour ride home because they told me that they didn't have any other trucks.

I was really having a horrible day as my husband's car is going to be stuck at the dealer for 30 days due to a parts shortage. You can only imagine how frustrated and upset I was. The telephone agent let me know there was a car available at this location. I walked to Enterprise (since I had no car) and was met by Peter. What a great smile and calm demeanor he had. There was a small hiccup with my reservation, but within minutes Peter solved the problem and was able to get me in my rental. He walked me around the car to make sure the exterior was in good shape and even walked me through some of the interior features so I knew how to use everything. There was even an individually wrapped Clorox wipe placed in the car so you can wipe down the steering wheel to feel safe and clean. I appreciated that. He made sure I knew where the gas level was at and that I felt comfortable before I drove off. The rental process is paperless and extremely fast with their tablet. You just need to present your Drivers License and Credit Card. In my frantic afternoon, I forgot to grab my insurance card. He asked to call them back the next morning to provide them my policy number. During the entire process, Peter was amazing. He had a great attitude, wonderful personality, he was patient, kind and understanding. He turned my horrible afternoon around. I can not thank you enough Peter. The next morning I called in to give them my insurance policy info. Brianna (I hope I spelled that correctly) answered the phone. She proved that this store offers great customer service. She still refused to honor that as well and said the only option available once again is to upsell me. This is directly against both Hertz's advertised policy and normal rental practices. We canceled and went to another company. I would avoid this location -- they do not honor reservations or their own guarantees.

He is on his game, like no other. He follows up and keeps customers informed of pending orders and availability issues. On my first visit, I walked in and said "I am working on an Allis Chalmers forklift." I expected to be told that parts were no longer available. To my surprise, Dan asked for the serial number, and what I needed, and got right on the phone and had my parts a few days later. The best I could do on the internet was over $500 for a master cylinder and 2 wheel cylinders. Dan ordered and got the RIGHT parts for less than $200. I needed more parts for an other A/C forklift recently. I couldn't find some of the parts, but the ones I did were over $300. I called Dan, gave him the S/N and the list and picked up all my correct parts for $200. I won't be wasting my time looking up forklift parts on the web anymore.
