I coordinated to meet their expert tailor and she was fabulous and so helpful in customizing a look that would not diminish the overall look of the dress but just subtly tighten a mini strap at the back to shorten the length of my arm straps. It was tailored exactly as I hoped with minimal fuss and all the glory when I tried it back on. I was so happy with their tailoring g and cleaning of the dress before my wedding that I brought it back first them to have it cleaned and preserved for $350. It comes in a concealed and propped up box so that the dress maintains its quality over the years until I decide to use it again and/or maybe pass it down to my stepdaughter. The damaged areas required patching, replacing, and painting. I contacted several termite control companies and decided to work with Lloyd Pest Control. They presented their plan for repairing existing damage and for fumigation. I accepted their plan to fumigate the house but decided to have roofer who has worked for me before repair the existing termite damage, inspect the roof tiles and repair/replace tiles as required. I assumed Lloyd Pest Control was a trustworthy company and I would get honest answers. I left the area for the two days the fumigation occurred. Upon returning, I immediately noticed that several roof tiles were damaged and would need repair or replacement. I contacted Paul Marin, my Lloyd Termite contact and asked for the details on roof damage before and after the tenting process. In a couple of days he responded. "Hi Bill. I spoke to the fumigation team and they said there was 25 tiles broken before the process and none broken during." This answer was completely inconsistent with the facts. After this response I asked my roofer to examine the current state of the tile roof. He told me that the tenting caused significant damage and he had photographs to prove it. He recommended quick repairs because rain was expected within a couple of days. After 2 days of labor, and an expense of over $900, he had the roof repaired. Lloyd Pest Control 's response to my complaint was I had been notified that they were not responsible for any roof damage. My main concern with Lloyd Pest Control is that they seemed more interested in signing up a customer than providing straightforward answers about their work process. I recommend that new customers ask them to provide details regarding roof damage resulting from their tenting process. I will not do business with them again! Bill Postma
