Read the reviews, don't go here. Made an appointment for an oil chance. I was the only one in the store & waited 20+ minutes in line at the service desk. The one guy working (not sure of his name, strong accent, older, see photo) is on the phone and waves to me. After waiting for him to finish the call, he hangs up and takes another call. Another 10 min conversation. Hangs up and then takes ANOTHER. I finally said something. He finally gets off his THIRD call and says "I hope you're not here for an appointment". I told him yes I am, he literally sighs and puts his head on the desk like I just ruined his life, then turns to talk to someone who came in from the garage. After finishing that conversation, he tells me he's really busy but can fit me in later this week. Absolutely not, I told him he wasted my time & left. ZERO customer service or common sense.

Extremely poor management and customer service. The manager of the garage has a huge attitude problem, swearing at employees in front of customers. I dropped my car off for a 9am scheduled appointment to do a simple AC check and didn't hear from anyone until after 5pm - and this was after calling twice. Not only were they unable to diagnose the issue, they just told me to come back and make another appointment. Plus they left oil on the inside of my door sill and got grease on my newly detailed carpet. After asking them about it, the manager claimed they "didn't know how it got there" and assured me they put a mat down. I wouldn't come back here even if my car was on fire in front of their garage. I took the time to share this experience with corporate who said the area manager would be in touch 24-48 hours, which was over a week ago.

He gives you the hard truths and also gives you cheaper alternatives; but he's always honest about how long the cheaper alternatives will last and if they are even worth the hassle. I'm typically there without appointment and that's not a problem for them, I come around 6:30, they open at 7. He takes a look at the problem, tells you if he will need to order parts and how long the job could potentially take. I'm always out by around 1pm even when parts need to be ordered! The secretary woman who is always there is super sweet and usually has snacks, like homemade brownies, in the waiting area. She comes out with updates about your car occasionally if she feels you've been waiting too long. I started coming here because of my mother and she recommended myself and my Nana and we haven't gone anywhere else for years. They are great!

I brought my lower control arm bushings there for the front of the car suspension to get the old…read moreones pressed out and have the new ones pressed in. They charged me 145 for an hour of labor and proceeded to bend one of the metal parts that holds the bushing as well as plasma cut it. This is not acceptable since it supports the weight of the suspension components that hold the car up and even a minor alteration if not done properly can cause a deadly accident.

He also pointed out that my windshield wipers were at the end of their life and offered me new quality wipers at a slight discount to make it more palatable. I need a referral to a windshield replacement company and he was very generous and told me about a company right down the street who are able to fit me in and get everything I need to done from my vehicle that day resolved all within two hours.

I chose Jiffy…read moreLube because I get a partner discount through Uber and wanted to be in and out quickly on my way to Boston. When the technician, Fred, handed me the tablet to fill out my information, I looked at the bill and there were several services I didn't ask for in the total amount of nearly $350, including a coolant flush, which the manufacturer recommends every 150,000 mi. This engine was replaced in October and only has 30,000 miles on it, so I know I don't need a coolant flush. Even if I did, the service was already on the bill before the tech even mentioned it to me. When I called this out, he tried to tell me that he was about to ask me about it. I countered by asking why a service was already on the bill and authorized before he did so. He had no answer. Looks like they are trying to jack up the bill and charge unsuspecting customers for services that they may not need. I'm really unhappy about this and certainly will not be returning to this location.
