I spent countless hours and days trying to get approved financing after a car accident I was involved in. no one would could get me financed after being rear ended and not at all at fault in the accident. my last plan was to purchase a car cash outright but I was limited on that plan. i would have had to buy on market place or other with only $3000-$4000 to get a not so dependable vehicle. I was in a real bad situation with my Gap insurance not getting on the stick to finish paying for the totaled Kia I was driving prior. I saw the ad on my iPhone for Coastal Auto Group. even though I had no faith left in Auto sales and dealerships I decided to fill out the quick application online which was fast. within an hour or so I was contacted then ask some additional information and in around 2-3 hours I was approved. Justin was the salesman and did a phenomenal job of working with me. very nice polite and informative! this was the least amount of time I have spent doing car financing which is in its self amazing to me. So, I thought for the last few years I had found a reputable place to have my truck taken care of…read more I've had tires replaced, brakes done, oil changes done with no regrets. Then I went in to get my tires rotated. The serviceman told me that my lug nuts had sleeves on them and that when they start slipping you won't be able to get the lug nuts off easy. He suggested I have new ones installed without sleeves on them. I said ok and they put new ones on for $117.00. They were fine at first, then after 2 years they started to rust. When the points of the lug nuts rust they round off when you try to remove them. Chrome lug nuts aren't supposed to rust. So, asked Troy to replace them or refund my purchase price. He said no but would give me an oil change that cost the same as the lugs nuts. I can get a oil change at the Ford dealer for $60. So, I ended up buying new lug nuts and installing myself. While changing them I found out that one lug nut was a different size than all the rest. So, If I would have got a flat while traveling I would have not known that and would have had no lug wrench to change that one lug nut. I would have been stuck on the side of the road. No Thanks Fausack, you have lost a good customer... Customer beware.....

I had a intermittant brake safety issue. Sweat said the brakes were fine, even after we said it…read morewas intermittent. After taking the car home we continued to have total loss of brakes. We had the car towed to a brake specialist who found massive leaks in the front calipers, bad master cylinder and booster. We wasted our money and time at Sweat Tire. I wouldn't reccommend Sweat Tire to fix brakes.
