I am particularly troubled by what appeared to be disparities in how certain employees were treated, as well as hiring decisions that, in my opinion, did not always prioritize the most qualified candidates. After he showed it to me, he said, "You want me to go ahead and fix everything"? I told him to just put a Did Not Pass sticker on it. He did and I left.
