They claimed the $830 service was simply their recommendation and I reminded them that they posed it to me as my only option. It appears they try to upsell things you do not need to make a better buck. Not the service provider for me.

I explained the problem I am having with my vehicle to the tech but the only thing he appeared to be concerned with was being evasive and trying to make sure a waiter got their vehicle back. The person he was so desperately looking to help despite me standing in front of him wasn't even in the waiting room...Oops! By the way, if he would've listen to what I was attempting to tell him he would've realized that the vehicle in question is in my driveway which would make it difficult to leave with them to run a diagnostics test etc. It's cool though as I was able to find a repair shop where the tech actually listened to my questions/concerns and provided good feedback. Lesson learned.

Everything was beyond excellent! Oh, and did I mention that I received a follow up email yesterday, a phone call last night, an email this morning and a phone call this afternoon.... So professional. Such a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Oh, and the price was better than any other tire shop in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

At first, we were satisfied with the facade the service associate, Jason(later learned he is a…read moremanager) had. We felt great that our Jeep was in good hands. Until they learned the exact amount that the financing was approved for. I brought the jeep in for a battery and a once over. Found out the rear differential had to be replaced, as well as battery and an oil change. Conveniently, my $2500 worth of credit at the store netted an invoice of $2497. Crazy how I was approved for the exact amount the needed to charge, huh? But wait, it gets better. They charged me almost $600 just for the battery. And they didn't bother to call and ask if I wanted the $250 battery or the $100 battery. Remember, Im approved for $2500, so the goal is to now ring it all up! YUP, almost $200 of that was labor for an assistant to spend 15 minutes on. I had plans to get the 4 tires plus the spare replaced here to, but HELL NO. The best part....the check engine light is still on, the tire pressure lights are saying low tire pressure (even though i paid for a tire rotation with the $150 oil change) I don't recommend anyone go here. They don't deserve a penny of your hard earned money. They should be ashamed

Disappointing. Negative reviews are accurate. Significantly over charged on labor and parts…read moredespite asking the question on why the labor charge was so high on a memory seat motor replacement. Charged for a seat switch at ~57% upcharge despite absolutely no communication that the part was not working properly. Didn't complete the work properly and left grease on the seat and didn't put the switch back on for the lumbar support. I will not go back and I do not recommend anyone use this business unless you just like giving your money to dishonest people.
