I've eaten at Pepper Jacks several times and have been satisfied with how great the food is every time. They don't have a problem with giving me a bunless burger and I'm afraid I love the homemade onion rings a little too much! I am hooked on the Breakfast Burrito. They are freshly made while you wait and you get your choice of cheese. They even grill the burrito so that it gets a bit crusty. For $3.30 it is not gigantic but it is filling! Far and above better than the ones at Maverik (steamed?) and a bit cheaper too! I wish there were 2 different ways to rate. One system to rate the service the other system to rate the food. If I could rate the food itself it'd give it 4 stars Because my husband & I both did in fact like the food but I'm giving it 2 stars because of the horrible Customer service we received. We pulled up A little before 6:30 PM and I ask the lady if they were still open which she replied very rudely and uninterested way "yeah you guys barely made it" we placed her order and the entire time she was just so rude rolled her eyes several times and it was just completely unacceptable customer service even though the food was good we will never return and take our business elsewhere because of such horrible customer service. read more

They make a great black bean burger ....my wife gets the chicken sandwich.The fries are excellent as well. We haven't tried the onion rings yet but will next time by. Worst customer service, my family and I used to love their food then it slowly went bad. The customer service has always been bad, and would mess up our food and not always be the cleanest. Today when I went as their hours say on their board when you drive up they open at 8 as well as yelp and google hours. When we showed up the worker when there were THREE one told me they aren't opening until 9 because they had too much going on, as if customer service isn't priority and opening up when they say they would. There were three workers, two could've been on the grill while the other could've been doing whatever was "too busy" to tend to customers. I'm sorry but I worked in the restaurant business you don't just push your hours back because you're "too busy" if you're "too busy" there's overtime, your priority should be tending to customers rather than putting them through a huge inconvenience. Never going to be a customer of this "business" again. read more

Awesome little burger hut on Highway 89. Exceptionally clean, efficient, fast and friendly service. I had the Chipotle burger (added bacon of course) and a soda. The burger was awesome and the fries are over the top good. I'd do a day trip to Chino just to eat here. Meal for 2 plus tip came to $18.43 - a smokin deal for food and service this good! read more

Great burgers. Great deals. I would give it a 5 star if they start doing fresh cut fries. They're so easy and far superior. Only investment is a chipper and some 5 gallon pails. Great little lunch spot! You get a good amount of food for such a low price, it's hard to beat. All their sauces are home made which is nice. You don't get that kind of care put into your food at most other restaurants. It is outside seating only so make sure you dress for the weather! read more

We ate here for the first time a couple days ago and we were pleasantly surprised! Good service and fresh food! The french fries were cooked perfectly to my liking-crunchy outside, fluffy inside. Burgers are a bit on the smaller side but their prices are very reasonable. We will be back! read more

Great food but customer service is lacking by one of the employees. The short girl with the hankerchief on her head has to interup you in the middle of your order to know what kind of cheese you want on your burger before you can finish talking. It gives you the impression that your bothering her. This has happened on numerous occasions and has gotten to the point where if we see her working we go somewhere else instead. read more

First time here and was a little confused that they have a drive up but no menu board near the line only at the pay window. So we just ordered the $5.00 combos advertised on a sign. It was pretty good! The fries were crinkle cut like del taco. So yummy and crispy and they were generous. The burgers we ordered with pepper jack cheese because well we are at pepper jack's. The burgers were small but perfect. Love that they come with mustard. Next time I'm gonna try the srirracha burger, sounds awesome. Fiod was ready quickly and hot/fresh. I will be back! read more

This place is bad....I've tried it a few times hoping I just had an off day. First off the burgers are cooked to the point of burning them, the taco meat is even worse. The fries are simply run of the mill bags of fries from the local grocery store. There is absolutely zero consistency with the amount of sauce they slather on the burgers. Other than the older gentleman who I believe is the owner who is very pleasant, his employees are barely functioning mental patients. No people skills what so ever. Sitting at the window waiting for the food, I've witnessed a number of food handling violations and unsanitary conditions from said employees. Nasty.... read more

Great little spot! We stopped in while buzzing through town heading home. It's set up to cater drive-through business, but they have some picnic tables set up and a gentleman was there ready to take our order.(If it's cold out, well, you'll need to eat in your car) We had burgers and fries and they were very tasty, served hot.
