Stopped going here about 6 months ago when I ordered a breakfast burrito which was so bad I drove back because it was over 50% potatoes, I was told that they only put 1 egg in their breakfast burritos. Decided to try it again a few weeks ago and a young man took my order and said they have always put 2 eggs in their breakfast burrito's and that they had perfected the perfect egg/potato ratio, that burrito was very good like I remembered. Went back today and girl who took my order said they only put 1 egg unless you don't want any meat, but said she would put 2 eggs in it which didn't happen, also didn't get extra sauce at ordered or salsa. $7 is a lot to pay for a breakfast burrito with only one egg, I don't know if anyone else in town that does that: read more

A truly outstanding little restaurant. The food is always of the highest caliber and a good value for the price. My only complaint is that each time I go there I feel like lm pressured for a tip. Got a traditional burger with pepper-jack cheese and fries. Reminded me of the good ole days a true burger and the best fries hands down. Crispy hot and fresh. I Drive by this place all the time however I over heard some locals at the gas station talk about this place so I stopped and the talk at the gas station was right one. I will stop here more often. I skipped the bun, it was still an awesome burger coming from a small snack on the side of the road. Yummy little pull in or drive thru burger joint that chino needs. 5$ special is competitive and far more affordable for the local feel and support. And to top it off the burgers explode with flavor. The customer service is great. Burgers are awesome and you can get a combo with a drink for under $6 and it's fresh food can't beat that! Try the ranch it's to die for they make it from scratch there. If you haven't stopped by this little place then you're missing out! Pepperjack's has the best ranch known to man! Sure wish I knew what secret ingredients were in it! I could just drink the stuff. Absolute Awesomeness! I loved my veggie burger !! It was cooked to perfection by a lady named Leah. Everything was made fresh , to order! The fries were super hot and lightly salted to perfection. It is family friendly (I was offered a high chair for my baby). The iced tea was fresh brewed for a delicious flavor you could taste, although I prefer mine a bit stronger , it was still thirst quenching with the emphasis on fresh! We have been wanting to try this place for awhile now. Finally got to! Ordered both items protein style (no bread) vegetarian sriacha and a chicken sandwich. One with fries and one with onion rings because of reviews about them. Everything was sooooo good! All the people there (3 total helped me) were VERY nice and had great customer service skills! The onion rings are ridiculously fantastic! The only thing I could suggest would be adding ground turkey as a choice to replace the beef. Hubby and I decided that we had seen enough great reviews and we would try Pepper Jacks for dinner last night. We upgraded to onion rings, and ordered a chocolate shake (hubby), and strawberry lemonade, so our bill was about $26 for two dinners. We both ordered the Western Bacon Burger, veggie patty for mine. We took dinner home to eat, and I thought it was one of the very best burgers I've ever eaten. The bacon was cooked enough so that it broke off where I bit. and I didn't drag the entire slice out between my teeth. The BBQ sauce is delicious..perfect for the burger. I ordered cheddar for my cheese and loved it. My husband didn't like the onion rings as much as another place he likes to go to about 400 miles away, but to me, they tasted like freshly-cut onions and I thought they were perfect. My family loves to eat here. The prices are super reasonable and what you get for the prices it amazing. Customer service for the most part is great. However, on more than one occasion while ordering both my husband and I have been treated as if we were bothering the young lady that takes orders. She rushes you or sometimes doesn't let you finish your order before jumping to the next. We will take the good with the bad for the great food we do get. I used to eat here once a week but since the prices went up and the quality fell off a cliff I stopped. I gave it three tries after the first bad experience thinking it was a fluke. Nope. I read the reviews and tried Pepper Jacks for lunch. Had the breakfast burrito (thanks for serving it all day!!) and it was served fresh, hot and delicious. Bacon was plentiful and properly cooked. Salsa was tomatoey and full of flavor - the way I like it. The husband had a burger and fries and was VERY HAPPY! Made me taste the fries because he thought they were so good (a first in 16 years of marriage). The man who waited on us was very nice and friendly. We drive by Pepper Jacks several times a week on way to post office and Safeway and plan on making it a regular stop. read more

The use of masks isn't enforced here. They are also very rude and seem to be very judgemental. The fries were very gross and tasted as if they were smothered in grease and left out to become cold.
