Very high prices for pre-packaged food. We ordered the Italian nachos and the server didn't bring the marinara sauce that should have accompanied it. We ordered both versions of the tortellini. Both were OK but for the price charged we expected fresh tortellini, not the same stuff you can buy in the grocery store. If you are one that enjoys the atmosphere more than the food (Buffalo Wild Wings fans) you'll like this place. One final comment. Buy a parmesan grater that works. I let the server grate for about 30 seconds and got about a half-teaspoon of parmesan. I couldn't care less about the flourishes at the tableside...I just want some garnish on my pasta. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. Wine list is an absolute joke. No Stag's Leap, no Duckhorn. If you like $12.00 wine served to you at $35.00 this is your place. We ordered the trio appetizer (bruchetta, fried mozzarella, and fried ravioli). Mozzarella and ravioli clearly frozen and reheated. Gross color that looked like cardboard and tasted worse. Bruchetta - tomatoes were white and bitter and it appeared they completely forgot the basil. Not a good start. I ordered chicken parmesean with a cesar salad and my wife ordered chicken tortellini florentine with tomato basil soup. Cesar salad had brown wilted romaine and the dressing was not "made from scratch." I ate about 5 bites and asked the waiter to take it away. The tomato basil soup was probably the best item we received and my wife said that she doubts she would order it again. Her pasta dish tasted like alfredo from a jar. It was edible, but disappointing. My chicken parm was burnt and overcooked. They cooked it twice longer than it needed and it was dry and tough. The pasta that accompanied the chicken was gross and turned too mush in your mouth. Clearly they do not believe pasta should be served "al dente." In terms of service, I'll keep my comments brief. Our waiter was very young and inexperienced and I can't fault him. He performed to the level I would expect from a brand new waiter. He received zero support from the managers, who as others have described, spend a lot of time and attention chasing after and flirting with the young female waitresses. It is so noticeable that my wife and I felt a bit uncomfortable for the young ladies. They should have but did not notice we were basically sending back entire plates of food virtually untouched to the trash. We received our appetizer about 8 minutes after we ordered it. Our salad/soup came 7 minutes later with our entrees following 45 seconds after we received our salad/soup. Obviously the timing of our entrees was less than ideal, but we were already quite disappointed and accepted the last course (ever) graciously. They should replace the managers at this place, but even then the food is terrible so I don't know how this place will stay in business for very long. Try at your own peril. read more

I'll admit I avoided this place for awhile because the name said 'ordinary pizza joint' to me. But it is a go-to for our family now. Nice variety of food. Large portions - often our food is good for two meals. Spinach dip, toasted ravioli, spinach salad with pears, chicken florentine tortellini, and chicken risotto are all favorites. Terrible! Food was mediocre at best. Had several issues at our table and no manager stopped by. Server was really ready to clock out for the night- couldn't wait to clear our table and give us our bill. For the new place in town perhaps the managers should make table visits. So dissapointed in my most recent visit. This is typically my families go to place when we choose a special evening meal. Went last night 11-2-18, very disappointed in my always favorite selection. Saffron chicken. The chicken was so over cooked it was not edible. We had wine and dessert , so our meal was definitely not inexpensive. Our meal was slow arriving as was dessert and our ticket. We spent at least double the time we normally do to complete our meal. If there has been a change in ownership or kitchen help, it most definitely needs addressed. read more

Last night, we ordered via Postmates and we only got one of the two bags of food. I called up the restaurant and was 100% willing to just go grab it since we live just behind the shopping center. I don't know who I spoke with but they offered to drive the bag to us before even knowing where we live. I told them we lived nearby and he said it was late enough that he could just drop it by and it'd be no problem. Not only did we get our food in less than ten minutes but they refreshed our bread, our appetizer sauce and gave us extra bread. We are so grateful! Food is great and the service was even better! I hadn't been to pepperoni grill for a long time but I remembered it very fondly. I decided to treat myself for my birthday so off my son and I went. The interior is nice nothing of great significance either way. My son had the pizza and said it was fine nothing notable. I had the chicken Parmesan. The chicken tasted like your typical frozen chicken breast fairly bland and tough. The breading was dry and thick and tasted like it had artificial lemon in it. The marinara tasted like it came from a mid price bottle. I left well more than half on my plate and when the waiter offered to bring a box I said "no thank you I really didn't care for it". So I had a terrible experience a few weeks ago with take out. Really really bad food. Not edible. I called and spoke with a manager, who was very nice, and graciously offered to send us a few free entree cards to try again. We tried again tonight. Ordered 2 entrees and a kids meal. My husband had a pizza which was okay but not the pizza he ordered. They either made the wrong pizza or gave him someone else's. I tried the lasagna, which looked ok. But then after a few bites I found a weird big piece of hard white plastic in it! What more even needs to be said. They clearly need some serious help brought into this place. Never again. Got take out and it was horrible. Dressings for the salad and marinara for the nachos were watered down so much that I had to hold the container under my mouth so it wouldn't drip. CHICKEN PARM WAS the best ever we have found but now they have changed it to BAKED instead of fried. Why change the best? Healthy choice reason? Meh! That's why I'm eating here. The only reason I gave Pepperoni Grill as high a rating as 4 is that the food is very good overall, especially the complimentary bread, and wait staff are always helpful and friendly. However, the last 2 times we've gone in for Sunday brunch the breakfast potatoes have been cold. And every time we order coffee we've had to ask for spoons so we could stir in cream and sugar. They were completely unprepared for the Father's Day rush. The kitchen chefs did not appear to be moving very fast or with any kind of urgency. Our server Leslie was awesome! From the time we were seated to the time we got our food it had been an hour. Our server was very attentive and apologetic for the wait. She brought us extra bread (the bread is amazing!). All of the food was absolutely delicious and my 6 year old said if I write a review I should say how great the pizza is! It really was delicious, all of it!The wait was unacceptable though. We had a manager come to the table so we could let him know that our server was outstanding. He seemed nice, but failed to apologize for the long wait for our food. Some things you just can't teach! We will go back because waitress service and food was awesome, but kitchen staff and managers need to take more pride and have more of a sense of urgency and pride. read more
