Michael came out to my house and walked me through the pros and cons of a heat pump HVAC. For my home, the extra money made no sense. I really do not need central AC. We then talked about a new Carrier, high-efficency furnace. That was exactly what I needed. I also opted for the Ecobee Smart, wi-fi enabled thermostat. I am extremely happy with everything. The price was right. The installation was flawless. The post-intall QA walkghrough, by Johnny, went really well. ThenI worked with the folks that checked all the boxes post-intalleation. HERS test was easy with a pass.. Today, we passed the inspection, in under 5 minute. Every person I dealt with was amiable and professiona. The office staff always very nice. Michael Calvey was a joy to talk to. Thank you to Johnny, the project manager, and the folks from HOPSTER that facilitated the post-installation test and inspectioin. From start to finish I met with Michael on February 12th. The 16th the new furnace was intalled. February 17th Johnny did the QA walkthrough. February 18th HOPSTER did their pre-test and inspection walkthrough. The HERS test was done February 23rd. March 5th the city inspection was complete. I will continue to use Calvey for annual maintenance

I have rarely experienced such caring and professional service, from the Yelp messaging to the office dispatcher/receptionist to the tech who came to our house. We insisted on tipping the tech. I hired IRBIS to replace a cracked undermount bathroom sink in a rental property after a tenant…read moremove-out. My experience with IRBIS was excellent and yes, I would hire them again. IRBIS responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry. Scheduling an estimate with them was quick and easy. I was pleased to learn that they were using the ServiceTitan app which notified me when the technician was on his way and allowed me to track his location and estimated time of arrival in real time. However, I do wonder a bit about the extent to which ServiceTitan is driving their (and other contractors') service pricing. Bek (IRBIS plumbing tech) came out to provide the estimate. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. After asking a few questions while he inspected the site conditions, it became clear that he had prior experience with undermount sink installations, which is what I was looking for. During the estimate he recommended that I replace my existing lift rod lever popup, which requires disassembling the popup assembly beneath the sink to clear clogged hair and sludge (which I had done the prior week), to a push (click-clack) pop up. The push pop-up would be easier to maintain since you can simply remove the top cap to clear hair clogs. The estimate took less than a half hour. Bek processed the estimate for the project which I received while he was still at the job site. I had other plumbing subcontractors bid on the project but decided to go with IRBIS for this project due to Bek's experience with undermount sink installations and IRBIS's 1-year warranty on the work. I agreed to the digital estimate (via digital authorization) and Bek returned two days later with his colleague Azat to remove the cracked sink and install the new sink and pop-up. Bek & Azat were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently together. They put booties on before entering the property (Thank You!!), then removed the old sink, installed my owner-supplied replacement sink, replaced my existing lever pop-up with a new push pop-up that matched the finish of my existing faucet, and finally tested for leaks. They left the work area clean and hauled away the old sink. They completed the installation in an hour. The finished installation looks excellent, is easier to maintain, and is leak free so far. The quality of the Bek & Azat's workmanship, communication, and professionalism were outstanding. The one thing prospective customers should be aware of is the pricing. I agreed to pay $983 for a straightforward under mount sink replacement using a sink that I purchased and supplied for the job. There were no unique factors identified during the estimate visit that suggested the job would be anything other than a straightforward removal and replacement for a technician with prior experience removing and installing undermount sinks. My particular situation involved a new tenant who had just moved into the rental unit two days prior, so getting the work completed quickly and efficiently was worth paying a premium. Whether that premium represents good value for others will depend on each customer's unique priorities. Therefore, I would encourage prospective customers to discuss pricing upfront to ensure it aligns with your expectations and budget. My overall experience with IRBIS for this job was excellent given my priorities. Bek and Azat represented IRBIS exceptionally well. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service made the entire process smooth from start to finish, and I would confidently trust them with future plumbing projects if the price is right for the job.

DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR HOME…read more In the past, I've had good experiences with Fuse, but recently, they've gone downhill. I made an appointment for them to fix a dripping faucet, and the technician said I needed a new cartridge, and would order one. Two weeks later, they come back, and they ordered the wrong part. At this point, I told the technician where they could get the part (a local bathroom showroom), but they said it was not available there. The technician removed the cold water handle from my faucet during this visit, and told me it was okay to use the hot water, but when I did, water sprayed out of the faucet handle all over my bathroom. It continued to leak under my sink until I closed the main valve. I'm lucky I noticed this, or my home could have been damaged. I was told they could get the part in a few days, but they later contacted me (with no explanation or apology) saying it would be another two weeks. I explained I never would have started this repair if I had known it would span the thanksgiving holidays. They responded by offering to do a more expensive repair, replacing both faucets in my bathroom. I declined. After two weeks (four weeks total without a sink now) , the technician returned with the wrong cartridge. He said he could not fix my faucet and apologized very briefly. I asked the technician to just restore the sink to the way it had been before (dripping slightly from the faucet into the sink), and he said he had, but faucet handle actually dripped water beneath the sink. I called a different plumber, and they declined to do any work until I obtained the correct cartridge, which I did (from the store the Fuse plumber claimed would not have it), and they fixed my sink. This is what I expected Fuse to do, if they were not confident they could find the part.
