PEDICURES: The technician I visit is KIM! She is a very quiet but incredibly sweet lady!! I have Fibromyalgia which causes extreme pain in my legs at times. I'm also Type II Diabetic so foot care is extremely important! I tend to get ingrown toenails from time to time and KIM takes care of them pain free !! On my painful days KIM takes extra time to massage my legs and feet and I ALWAYS leave the chair with GORGEOUS toes, smooth and healthy feet , and legs that are not hurting!! KIM ALWAYS goes way beyond what is required to make me better!! She is a true gift!! MANICURES: LYNN is the technician I always visit!! From my first visit to this salon many years ago when I told LYNN that I have tender and painful hands from my Fibromyalgia, she has ALWAYS treated me with tenderness and love--literally!!!! I've broken nails and have presented to her every possible nail disaster and LYNN has fixed them all!! After establishing a friendship with her, one trait I adore about her is her quiet, respectful honesty!! If the color I pick isn't a good color for me or for an event I may be going to, she will tell me and offer another selection which 99% of the time is better! My nails have ALWAYS been well done, are sturdy and strong, and gorgeous!!! I always get many compliments about my nails! Please ask for her when you visit! Of course there are times things don't go well which is no one's fault-stuff happens!! But I guarantee that JESSE will do EVERYTHING possible to make you happy!! Perfect 10 opened in 2013 and I've been going there since then. I love my spa pedicures. The chairs are wonderful and they have a wide variety of services to accommodate your needs. The facility is very clean. Using instruments that have been cleaned and sterile between people. Manicures, waxing, facials, and neck and shoulder massages. I've had them all done. Honestly, I've been looking for a consistent spot in the area for a while and I think I found it. I saw Kim for a full set of almond acrylics and she actually listened to what I wanted. Usually, people make them too thick, but these look so natural. The place is clean and they actually have a good color selection (not just 50 shades of the same pink lol). The service here was above and beyond. I never had as great service as I had here. Everything was spot on from my nails to my toes. I walked in no appointment seated immediately great service, very chill and fast, but comes out great. great at multi tasking got my nails and toes done both came out amazing. the vibe was there felt cozy.
