Stumbled upon this cute brunch spot and oh boy oh boy we were pleased with everything we ordered especially the house potatoes. The potatoes were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The only downside I had was the waffle. I would prefer the waffle to be cooked a little bit longer as I love when the outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy. Otherwise, the waffle was decent; soft like a pancake. The atmosphere was cute. Great music selection playing in the background. Service was good. Food came out at a decent time. This place is newish in the neighborhood. Wanted to give it a shot and I'm happy that we stopped. First we will start with the food it was AMAZING!!! They have a lot of dishes with oxtail which I don't see often so it was a yummy option to get that. The service was wonderful & the waitresses were friendly. This is a locally-owned and -operated business by 2 Guatemalan brothers, and they offer an extensive menu that includes waffles, pancakes, egg dishes, salads, pastas, and desserts. I went in with no expectations and came out impressed. The menu is surprisingly unique and features a blend of American, Asian, Guatemalan and even Caribbean influenced dishes. We tried the house and capresi omelettes and sampler French toast and all were exceptional. My favorite was the bread pudding french toast. The omelette itself was presented in the French style. Think creamy and rolled up. The cost is on par with a typical brunch and I think it's well worth it for the presentation and quality of the food. The staff are polite and efficient. The restaurant itself is spacious and inviting with colorful string lights. Though the chandeliers seem out of place. Perfect Brunch Bros was excellent! We went on a Sunday at about 12:30 pm and there was plenty of seating. The menu is robust and has something for everyone whether you want breakfast or lunch food. For an appetizer we ordered the biscuits and they were warm, buttery, and crumbly. We both ordered the crab cake benedict and it was delicious and was quite large. We got a banana Nutella crepe as a small dessert and it was also super good. The servers were friendly and efficient. They frequently refilled our water and coffee. Went for the first time yesterday took my sister my mother in law my wife and niece and cousin and her husband. The prices were great, portions were obsine. Flavor phenomenal. Staff ridiculous helpful, friendly, cortious and overall great. Their menu is extensive. I wanted to go back tonight but they close in an hour. I really like their food. Their service is great. I typically order delivery, but even when i pick the food up they're great and provide great service. Their food reminds me of a specific meal i would get from my hometown in the midwest, with their twist on their culinary cuisine. Learning about the chefs on their website, it makes sense why the food is so good. Although nostalgic to me, their food has its own flavor and flair, and the way they season their food is amazing; i could talk up the chefs all day (even though i order the same thing almost every time lol). Went a few weeks ago with my son & husband on a Sunday morning. The menu is huge. We had pancakes, a waffle with strawberry & mango, and the caprese omelet. All were great and generous portions (plenty of leftovers to take home). Service was friendly and attentive. My one minor complaint was that they list smoothies & shakes on the menu but these were not available. Not sure if that is temporary or permanent. Had such high hopes. Surprisingly the restaurant was not busy as there are no breakfast restaurants in the area. Our experience was as if we were going to a soft opening at the restaurant. There are a lot of items to choose from, and it looked really inviting. The lighting fixtures were unique. On both of our orders the eggs were undercooked, and the taste was a bit bland. One of the other tables had an issue with their check and it took 15 minutes to have it resolved. When we received our check there was just a number on it. No itemization or indication of what made up that amount. I don't think they had a POS system at the restaurant and we had an issue just getting a copy of our receipt. That lack of clarity just made the experience below average. I will not be going back to Perfect Brunch Brothers. read more

Brunch with friends this morning. Excellent location, service was superb, spacious interior, and the food is amazing! I had the special skirt steak and shrimp and eggs. Was concerned when the steak arrived it would be overcooked--thin skirt steak. But when I cut into it it was pink in the center just like I asked (and the herbs and spices were delish!). Also the eggs were truly over easy and not overcooked! Can't wait to come back and try each of the other things on the menu! Delicious food! I live in the area and bring friends and family here often. Everything I've ever had off the menu, from chilaquiles to eggs benedict to french toast, has been good.
