Nicest people running This store, but this was the WORST nail experience iv had in my life. Kim did my nails and her husband did my toes. Toes were okay but not the best. My nails on the other hand look horrendous. Just see the pictures. She knicked me twice and I have the worst pain in my thumb now. Also while she was removing my old acrylics, she ripped them off, she did not soak them in nail polish remover. Update: day 2 my nails are in so much pain i have to go to another salon to get them taken off.

5 stars! Walked in and was helped immediately. I needed an acrylic fill and a reshape and it came out amazing. Kim also finished the service with a massage that felt amazing. The price is right and I was in and out in less than an hour! Can't wait to go back!

I came here last minute because it was close by and had a great experience here!! They were both quick and attentive to both my gel manicure and my regular pedicure. My manicure turned out amazing and it is very affordable pricing as well! They also gave me the most wonderful massage while I had my pedicure done. MOST AFFORDABLE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL FIND! The shop is a small, family owned business ran by the sweetest husband and wife. They absolutely PAMPER you every single time. Full neck, shoulder, leg, and foot massage. They are so sweet and one of the only places that won't charge you a ridiculous amount. Mani-pedi job was first rate, good value and included massage of calves and forearms. I had completed a half-marathon a few days prior and had some cramping. Despite all my home treatments, I still had knots in my calf muscles. Lon massaged them diligently until the knots were "releareleased." This was my first vist & Kim and Lon were very welcoming and attentive. This would be a 5 star review except the space does not have a spa vibe. You get a lot of traffic noise from the cars on Garnet. Next time I'll bring earbuds & provide a personal space vibe. read more

This family owned business offers so much value! My favorite service is their pedicures, their massage chairs are amazing and Long takes his time and does great work. I also get my nails done here as well, Kim always makes my nails look beautiful and indulges me when it comes to my special style requests. In a land overrun with nail salons, this one stands out to me for several reasons. Lots of comfy massage chairs for pedicures. I've been here with lots of friends at the same time and it was nice to be together. Great service! The ow er and his wife have given me and my husband personalized services. My husband has cancer and needs help with his dying toenails. Kim is so kind and helpful. The place is clean and easy to park. I do NOT recommend this place. The worst pedicure I ever had. Lon was friendly but he did a "short cut" job. He did not even cut the cuticles, and did not cut all my nails to look even. He did an unprofessional job (like a newbie). He used cheap nail polish. I felt cheated. Beware! He will take advantage of unsuspecting people. Go somewhere else. read more

This is what I paid $95 for??? There's acrylic all over my fingers, pooling in my cuticles, she cut my fingers twice, horrible artwork, the nails are so thin they'll break at slightest pressure, etc. She had a terrible attitude and argue with me when I tell her I want medium length and all because "my nails are so small" but then she puts the acrylic so thin they'll break anyway??? I still tip but $2 because I'm a nice person but honestly I should not have even paid for this TERRIBLE work and service AT ALL!! $95??? The man who did my pedi was nice and work was decent but for my hands that woman needs to go back to nail school for a while. read more

So I am a guy! Older etc etc! Not someone you'd expect to see in a nail salon! I have diabetes and long term problems with my toes, feet and lower legs. My wife goes to Kim and Lahn and loves them! She has encouraged me to go for months. I finally broke down and went in. Let just tell you strait forward... I wish I had gone months ago. My experience was FANTASTIC!!! Please guys, drop your fears and go get the pedicure. It felt so great! My feet are feeling awesome. My lower legs are feeling better than they have in months, maybe years. I have been a loyal customer to this salon for over a year. I consistently tip $40 on a basic…read morepedicure and have referred multiple people here because I genuinely thought they valued their customers. Apparently not. Today I walked in without an appointment and was told they were fully booked and to come back in 45 minutes. No problem. I spent the next 40 minutes walking around with my dog nearby and returned exactly as instructed. When I walked back in, they acted like they had no idea who I was and asked how they could help me. After explaining the situation, they told me they "didn't think I was coming back" so they gave my spot away to other walk-ins. That is unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. If you tell a customer to come back in 45 minutes, common sense would say you hold the spot you told them to return for -- especially for someone who has been loyal, tips generously, and actively sends business your way. The complete lack of recognition, accountability, and customer appreciation was honestly insulting. I left immediately and took my business elsewhere. After today, I will never return, and I definitely won't be recommending this place anymore.

When I agreed to just a manicure the response was a sarcastic "thank you." First impressions are the reveal and this one said everything. If this is how repeat customers are treated over the phone it's clear long term business isn't a priority. They've lost a customer and I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Today My friends and I were enjoying our Sunday and decided to go for a girls spa day to relax. One of my friends recommended this place shes been going for years and untill today. We were talking and having a good time both of them were having man & peds one of the ladies arrive to do the manicure with a bad attitude and started to pull her hands and screamed at her not to move she. I understand she could have sad it in a nice way not with that tone then she started to hurt my friend cutting her finger and pulling her hand my friend told her to stop she dint want her to continue doing her nails she asked for another person she became more upset and insulting my friend and sad that no one could do her nails. When it was time to leave she charged my friend for a job she did not complete. This is unethical and the worst customer service we were treated with the worst service and we were kicked out ! read more

I don't know what people are smoking giving this place a good review. Not friendly, not clean and the two gentlemen who seem to be running the show can't turn over customers fast enough. I had a mani/pedi at the same time and after my fingernails were done I had to ask to get three nails touched up because the guy missed like the whole side of it. The place is small and crowded. I was trying to dry my nails as the guy was trying to make me pay, I was checking to see if my nails were dry yet before reaching into my wallet and the guy yelled at me and said "They're dry! $31 dollars!" Not worth it to save a few bucks- I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

I come to this establishment pretty often to get my nails done, because they always do a really good job. They take their time, and I never feel like they are rushing. There is always soft music, and the ladies there are very nice. I just go in to get a polish change, which is $7, and the color seems to stay on my nails longer than any other place that I have gone to. I don't know exactly why that is, but my polish lasts at least five days before its starts to chip. If there are people already there getting their nails done I never had to wait long for someone since they are heavily staffed. read more

We are from out of town and my sister was getting married in San Diego at the end of June. Wanting to get a mani/pedi, we went to Perfect Nails on a Wed afternoon with an appointment for all 6 of us. They got us all in right away and did an excellent job on everyone. I've never had a neck and shoulder massage with a manicure, but boy was it worth it! I think everyone, including the bride, was pleased with the effort and the results. Would definitely go here again, and the prices were very reasonable. read more

I've been to many nail salons in San Diego trying to find one that suited me and my needs. My first time here the owner greeted me at the door. Very attentive. Everyone was super polite. I believe it was David that took care of me, he was super quick and understood exactly what I asked for. My nails are an important part of my daily look so getting them done exactly how I want is a must! They looked great and I left super pleased. So happy I found this place. read more

I get my pedicures there and have been for about 6 years! They are lovely and always do an amazing job. Of course some are better then others (technicians) but I cant tell who mine is because it is already hard getting in with her. I recommend always calling ahead otherwise there is a great chance they won't be able to get you in. Hope this helps. Oh, their massage is amazing !! read more

This place is amazing! They gave me the best foot massage and my pedicure has lasted over 2 and 1/2 weeks! No chips or anything in my polish! Def recommend! Ask for Kim!
