I have been a loyal customer to this salon for over a year. I consistently tip $40 on a basic pedicure and have referred multiple people here because I genuinely thought they valued their customers. Apparently not. Today I walked in without an appointment and was told they were fully booked and to come back in 45 minutes. No problem. I spent the next 40 minutes walking around with my dog nearby and returned exactly as instructed. When I walked back in, they acted like they had no idea who I was and asked how they could help me. After explaining the situation, they told me they "didn't think I was coming back" so they gave my spot away to other walk-ins. That is unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. If you tell a customer to come back in 45 minutes, common sense would say you hold the spot you told them to return for -- especially for someone who has been loyal, tips generously, and actively sends business your way. The complete lack of recognition, accountability, and customer appreciation was honestly insulting. I left immediately and took my business elsewhere. After today, I will never return, and I definitely won't be recommending this place anymore. read more

This is the first and last time my friend and I will go here. We made an appointment on Saturday for Sunday at 11:00. Clearly, this place is understaffed. They started my pedicure first, then told my friend hers would start in about 10/15 minutes. Still, after 25 minutes, she said she was not going to get one, as then I would have to wait. Here's a tip: Listen to your customers and learn something. We were in town for a Bachelorette weekend and decided to look for a nail salon and this place had some pretty top notch reviews. It was fairly easy to reserve an appointment same day which was awesome for a Friday. The location is pretty convenient and close to lots of other shops. The nail salon is decorated really nicely and we were helped pretty quickly and shown where to look for colors. 3 of us got manicures and all 4 of us got pedicures. We were timed pretty well and finished close to each other, and we were also kept close to our group during the whole visit which was nice. All of us enjoyed our manicures and pedicures except one friend did get a bit tore up during her pedicure which caused some mild sensitivity. The nails ended up all turning our beautifully and pricing was reasonable. This place could be a 5 star experience, but for me it came down to a very simple, small fix....the cleanliness of the surfaces. The chairs and massage remotes had layers of just glitter and makeup and filth, and that's a really simple way to just make people feel good is wiping down the chairs more. They were pretty filthy. Pretty much every surface that wasn't for doing nails could use a simple wipe down and looked like it hadn't been for a long time. read more

I've had many a pedicure and I've gone to many a salon and I can honestly say this is one of two of the CLEANEST salons I've ever been in and the staff were AMAZING! I made reservations online on Friday night for Saturday which I was so happy to actually see Saturday had a lot of appointments available throughout the day! I had the refresher manicure pedicure combo, I'm not sure what the technicians name was but she was very sweet, she did a really good job on my cuticles but I wish the massage time would've been a little longer...I'm used to my regular technician doing a 10 minute massage on the legs...this massage was probably a total of 4 minutes. Parking is street side which is a problem but other than the parking there's nothing that wouldn't stop me from coming here for another manicure pedicure combo! read more

Horrible, I'm visiting here for a couple of weeks and I went in for a simple chrome gel manicure "which I get in my country all the time and I chose to get it because it's impossible to fuck up" and the service was there. Daisy did my nails and she was super rough and impatient and was rushing through the whole thing, she bent my nails more than three times bc of how rough she was, she didn't ask what shape I wanted my nails or anything she just started filing them square. After all that, she did my nails without cleaning them properly and there was still black gel polish in my nail from the previous manicure I had, after she was done she threw some cuticle oil on my fingers and left and didn't even rub it in or told me that she was done or anything. The only words she spoke to me the whole time were "cut?". My nails literally lasted for TWO DAYS until they started breaking and peeling and lifting . I went back for her to fix it only for her to not use a base coat and less coats of the color before the chrome and I ended up with different nails on my hands lol it was disgusting. After fixing it they started breaking and peeling and lifting, AGAIN. The quality of the gel polish was nasty and the nail tech is bad at her job. I wish I can give it less than one star but it can go to the receptionist because she was very nice. The pedicure lady did an ok job, didn't clean my toes or cut the cuticles properly but she was nice and put cream on my legs and gave me a massage and I appreciate that. My girlfriend hypes this place a lot and I wanted to try it out but I definitely will not be going there again. read more

First off she was incredibly welcoming, I really appreciated how she assured me not to hesitate if I wanted my nails clipped shorter, she told me not to worry and made me feel like she really cared about how my nails turned out and my experience overall. She cracked a few jokes and genuinely made me laugh. I definitely plan to come back for her! As for my nails, they turned out amazing. I hardly ever leave the salon happy with acrylics so I stopped getting them done. I took a chance here since the reviews and photos of acrylics look so amazing. I looked at the womens nails next to me out of curiosity and everyone's sets looked beautiful. If you read my last review and previous reviews, the nail buisness in general is not fabulous in customer service. But I decided instead of going back to the last place, I'd try yet another salon. Found pb nails and had Annie do my toes to fix everything that went wrong at the last nail appointment. Guess what! Fantastic! The salon is simple, but the service makes you for it. They even fixed my ingrown toenail that I didn't even know was as bad as it was. Relief!!! So to sum it up, small shop, great staff, nice owner, all is well. Oh, and organic products! The manager, Angie, is excellent, she helps her team deal with clients all the time. Maybe too much in my opinion. She seems to overwork. It seems like everyone is depends on her. My tech couldn't do the design for me so she jumped in. I couldn't decide which color to choose. I asked my tech, she couldn't give me any opinions, so the manager jumped in again. Most nail technicians cannot communicate well. There was a time when i couldn't understand what my tech said and she got annoyed. I have not been in nail salon for a while and it was my first time here. Each salon does things differently. I didn't know where to place my hands and what was the next step, but eventually we were able to get passed that point and she used hand gestures to help communicate with me. At the end my nails and toes look great so I'm happy. The paying system is weird. They prefer cash for a tip and wouldn't accept card for that even i don't have cash. I paid in Venmo for a tip and credit card for a service. They said i could Venmo this time because it was my first time there and I didn't know, but next time i have to bring cash. I guess it makes sense because i got my nails and toes done by different nail techs and i would like to tip each of them differently based on their service. However, it's not convenient for clients, especially no one uses cash anymore, so minus one star for this reason. read more
