She did such a great job in cleaning, trimming and removing dead skin. She was gentle and thorough, very detail oriented. She made sure everything was even and did a great job shaping especially with my short toe nails, I know that can be tough. I liked how she checked for the proper length of my toenails by not only looking but also by feeling the top edge of the nail vs. the skin on the top of your toe to make sure it doesn't protrude too much. Then when it came time to paint, WOW. She was amazing at painting. Everything was even and she even got the hard to reach edges.

She explained that she could not do that when she told me that she couldn't do it. She was halfway done with taking the remaining acrylic off my nail, but I could still see acrylic was on several of my nails. In this, she also cut me not once but three times on the bottom of my nail. If everyone knows what I'm talking about it's the skin that grows with your nail at the bottom. Let's just say it was very painful and it's still very painful. When I told her I wanted to go to a different salon because I wanted the specific design she changed her attitude real quick. I still explained to her I would pay for the removal of the acrylic to which she said oh no, I did a manicure on you which she did not. How are you gonna tell me that you did a manicure on me when I still see my cuticles not cut three of my nails still have acrylic on them and you cut me three times. I then asked OK how much is it gonna be to which she asked her boss and the boss also agreed to only charge me for the removal of the acrylic. Let's just say I will not be going back here again and I suggest others don't because what you are about to pay is not worth the quality that you're gonna get with your nails. Trying to charge me almost $50 to cut me. Have acrylic still on my nails and not do the simple design that I asked.
