I hired Perfectly Clear to clean all of our windows, and carpet in one large room. First of all, I was grateful for their communication. They were scheduled for 11:30am, but I asked them to call if they were running early or late, as I was going to come home from work to meet them and let them in the house. They ended up running early, but they still called me in enough time for me to meet them. For the windows, they did inside, outside, screens and wiped down the tracks. Our carpet also looks great. My property manager hired this company to do a final cleanup of my house before renters moved in. When I went to the house afterward, I was very disappointed. I could tell they had been to the house because they had removed a shelf from my refrigerator and broken it beyond use in the process. The shelf was then left in the back yard. A bathroom window was dislodged so badly that it would no longer close And my recycle can was completely full of non-recyclables. However, there was very little difference in the cleanliness of the house. The sliding glass door was still covered in smudges inside and out, and other windows did not appear to have been cleaned at all. There were cobwebs in the windows in nearly every room, and more in light fixtures and high corners. There was still food stuck to the baseboards, and the hardwood floors had not been cleaned. Despite taking out (and breaking) the refrigerator shelf, the inside of the fridge was only slightly cleaner than before, still having food stuck inside and now some thistles from outside. One side of the kitchen sink looked very clean, but the drain in the other side was still covered in grime. It appears that they began cleaning, then once they broke a couple things decided they probably would not get paid for the full job. So, they just left it unfinished. When we called them back, they said we would have to pay them more to come back and do the job we originally hired them to do! So, not only did I have to pay another company to come out and ACTUALLY clean the house on very short notice, but I also had to replace the $100+ refrigerator shelf myself. It looks like everyone else has had good experiences with gutter cleaning. Maybe cleaning the inside of a house just isn't their specialty, but I wish they had said that up front instead of wasting my time and money. read more

I have been using Perfectly Clear for bi-weekly house cleaning since the Fall 2012. When I started, the housecleaning was satisfactory and the house cleaner was nice but unreliable for showing up. She is no longer with the company and I have had two ladies cleaning together since January. My experience with them is way better than before. The ladies are doing a great job cleaning my house (not just satisfactory) and are very reliable. I receive a reminder phone call the day before they are scheduled to clean. They arrive within the 30 minute window in which I am expecting them. 5 stars for these ladies! 4 stars for the overall experience since I started using Perfectly Clear. This was my first time using this cleaning service and they were outstanding! I am very OCD and picky with cleaning, so I rarely ever hire anyone to clean my home because I am rarely satisfied. I was recently in a car accident and due to my injuries I am not able to deep clean. The 2 ladies that came were very efficient. They made my bathroom look brand new! The counters, bath tub and toilet were sparkling. I had a couple stains in my bathroom from my purple hair dye and was never able to clean the stain completely, these ladies were able too! My 10+ year old toilet literally looked brand new again. My kitchen was very clean too, it would have looked brand new again if there was more time. Only reason why they ran out of time was simply due to a miscommunication issue, which really was no big deal. I thought when I scheduled them to come out that 2 ppl working 1 hour was the equivalent to 2 hours, like I have experienced in the past with several other cleaning agency's. It really was no big deal, the ladies were very nice and so was Clayton the gentleman that answers the phones and does the scheduling. As long as I am unable to deep clean myself which may take a year, I am most definitely having them come out every 3 or 4 weeks. When I do get better, I will have them come out every 3 months. I LOVE this company, they are priced very fairly and do a fabulous job! read more

They might be okay for single family homes but not good for apartments. They didn't use a vacuum to clean dryer vents and spent a minute in each apartment and now I see lint all over my recently painted building. The same with my rain gutters I had them clean and gutters are clogged less then two months later. I don't think so. Rushed, didn't complete thoroughly. I would not recommend. read more

My husband and I recently purchased a home in the Morgan Creek area. We were overwhelmed with the amount of cleaning and repair that the sellers left us with. Had them three times for cleaning. First time excellent, 2nd time pretty good, 3rd time not as good. Picking up a pattern here. Also, they charged each time for two cleaners at three hours each. This time they stayed 2-1/4 hours and I asked about why they charge for three hours when they aren't here that long. She said "well that's how long it took". We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned by Perfectly Clear this month. Clayton and his assistant were extremely thorough, very polite and friendly and they left our house very clean. The pricing was very reasonable. It took 2 1/2 hours for them to clean each vent. Clayton was super careful removing each vent cover since our home builder caulked and painted each one on the ceiling. He warned me that there might be a little damage but there was not one mark on my ceilings or covers after they were done. They were trustworthy, thorough and reasonable. They cleaned our washable air filters and wiped everything down.
