Main office said nothing about an additional $50 fee, the guy charged it a gate fee because it was going to take him 25 minutes to arrive, which put it after 5pm business hours. I was repeatedly told that help was on the way or arriving soon, but those timelines came and went with no service and no real explanation. As a woman stranded in a location that was only partially safe, this felt incredibly concerning. There was no sense of urgency or care for my safety, which is unacceptable for a service that people rely on in vulnerable situations. Roadside assistance is supposed to provide peace of mind--not leave you feeling abandoned and misled. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
