Rivak comes to lead my workouts in my modest home gym, so I can get my workout in in less time than I was taking to commute to and from the gym, and pricing is very reasonable. -I am 53 and, while I have always been active, I've lost ground in the last few years between hitting 50 and working too much (including relocating to a rural part of New England (and back again to AZ, yay!)). Rivak is great at pushing me enough to get back to where I want to be, and hopefully past that. -I have a few injuries and arthritis issues to work around, plus challenges from sitting at my desk too much and letting my busy schedule impact my eating habits, and I totally trust that Rivak is knowledgeable enough to help me take control of those challenges while I helping me get stronger and NOT injure me further as less experienced "trainers" have done. -I am pretty highly motivated, so Rivak is a great fit for me on that front. His high energy and passion for fitness really inspired me to work harder and feel the incredible results of the workout. The one hour workout is highly effective as we go through HIIT (High intensity interval training) circuits involving a combination of weights and cardiovascular exercises. I can't say enough amazing things about James, the facility he uses, and the workout he designs. I highly recommend this training facility and James is nothing but high energy and positivity. I have been an EOS member since they took over the old Golds Gym location on Gilbert and Baseline. I've done my fair share of group fitness classes but to be honest I have never cared for them much mostly because I don't like being told what to do lol. Jennifer is absolutely insane in the best way. Her classes are not for the faint of heart but if you push through it I promise it will be one of the best workouts you ever had. Her playlist is super fun, she engages with the class and remembers names and encourages you to sing or give a woot woot. 10/10 would recommend Jennifer Roberts to anyone needing a challenging fun workout that has you coming back for more!

Pic speaks for itself!…read more I was almost disappointed in my first month with Seth because the scale moved a measly 2lbs! But wow what a difference the Styku scan makes! It showed I lost 5" all around! Say what? Then we went up a notch and in a total of 4 months I lost 15lbs and 18" all around! Yes 18". Now my abs are POPPING! I'm also now wearing a size 2 jean--which I've never been in before. His program is a no nonsense, no fad or silly workout routine. It's a comprehensive program for anyone who is serious about weight loss and getting in shape. It's super simple. Seth is amazing to work with. He is very confident and knowledgeable. He can work through any issues with injury, diet, etc. He guides you through the workouts and encourages you along the way. The accountability alone made a huge difference and kept me consistent even when motivation dipped. And if anyone has an excuse, it's me--I have three kids, one with special needs, a job, and real life happening nonstop--yet this program was still realistic and doable. Beyond the physical changes, my confidence is at an all-time high and I finally feel strong, capable, and proud of my body.
