Our car had a flat tire with a nail stuck to it. I had gone to Performance Tire Center to replace one of tires for the same car months ago so I asked AAA to tow it there. When we arrived, it was about 10 min before closing (I did call ahead). They welcomed me, took a quick look at the tire, took out the nail and patched it up in less than 5 minutes and let me go without charging me anything. Can you believe that? Hambik is the best! The first time I have ever had run-flat tires, which came with my new car, I got a screw stuck into it in the first week. As luck would have it, Costco took a look at it and said they could not patch it because it was too close to the sidewall and they could not order a replacement. BMW did not have the tire nor any tire stores. A call to Michelin confirmed that the tire is on back order for the entire country! Spoke to Hambik who worked hard to find a pair of comparable run-flat tires that may be a match for the other tires. My wife brought the car in and Hambik suggested trying to patch the tire before purchasing the new ones. Come back in 2 days to make sure the tire pressure holds and if so we won't need to purchase new tires. Lo and behold! The patch held! Hambik would not accept money for patching the tire, either! Suffice it to say that I will be purchasing my tires from him from now on and I've been referring all my friends! Such excellent service makes it a pleasure to do business with him and I can only wish continued prosperity for him and his business! read more

Hambik is absolutely my number one guy for tires. I brought in new wheels 19"x10" ET35 and consulted with him on what size tire I should go with. He recommended 245s and said he would have them in by 3 p.m. Went back at 3 and he had the tires waiting for me and offered to mount mount one on the new wheel to see if I liked it. The 245s were to small stretching the sidewall which both he and I didn't like. He wanted to go with the 245's to save $50 on each tire but we needed to go up to 255s. Hambik had them in the next day mounted and brought the car for installation. He had the best prices in town and the best service. Highly recommended. read more

We had our tire patched at another place and they told us that it might not hold so when the tire light went on we just assumed we needed a new tire. We came to this place and they helped us order a new tire and we got our oil changed. When we came back they took off the tire and discovered a nail. They patched it up for free and stated that if the pressure goes down again they'll change it to the new tire even though they already ordered the tire! What amazing customer service!!! Outstanding service and prices - I couldn't be happier! I got a flat tire last night, and when I saw all the good reviews here, and that it was close to home, I decided to give it a try first thing in the morning. I wasn't disappointed. Unfortunately, Hambik didn't have the matching tire in stock this morning when I arrived, but said he was expecting delivery at 2 PM and would call me back when it came in. (He even called a few other tire stores for me to see if they had the proper tire, and offered to go pick it up for me if they did; unfortunately, they didn't have it either.) True to his word, he called me around 2:00. The tire change took all of 10 minutes. He even rotated and balanced all 4 tires, cleaned off some unsightly scuff marks from one of my front fender panels, and rehooked a loose fender panel on the other side, all at no extra charge. Further, he even offered to order the hubcap for the new tire because it was cheaper than getting it from my dealership. (It will arrive tomorrow, and I'm going back on Saturday to get it added.) And did I mention the price was great? I'm definitely going to go back when my brakes need replacing. WOW!!! This is what I call customer service. Hambik is the nicest mechanic and all around dude I've ever met. I had a screw puncture my right rear tire. Hambik plugged it in a few minutes and would not even charge me. I had to force him to take money!!! If everyone was like Hambic and his shop, we wouldn't need Yelp. I was waiting while one of his guys was changing some tires for me and this old guy pulls in. Hambic goes over, talks to him, then talks to another one of his employees. The old guy sits in his car while Hambic's guy pops the hood and replaces a headlight bulb. Then Hambic checks all of the guy's lights, and sends him on his way. No charge. Not even for the bulb which was surely a $15-25 part. I found him after I had a horrible experience at a local shop. Someone recommended Hambic and it really made the awful experience worth it because I have been blessed by meeting this genuine, humble and gracious man. read more

The owner is such a genuine and honest person. It's not easy to find a auto repair/tire place like this anymore. I rolled in with a flat tire, he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it within 5 min and the cost was $5.00. He could've taken more time and charge me more, I wouldn't know the difference and that's why I'm always afraid of going to a repair shop because I feel like they always over charge me. When I called in a friendly man answered the phone, he had the size I needed. I asked if I could bring it in right then which he said was fine. I know there are already a ton of other 5 star reviews so why add one more? I certainly wasn't asked to, nor did they ask how I found them. But when you are so appreciative of good service, it makes you want to single them out. As a female, I always wonder if I am being taken advantage of when I go in for repairs. With hambik, and good team, however, I found them to be extremely honest. Today was my second visit. The first time a tire went flat and I called a few places and they were the cheapest. They were extremely nice and charged me what they quoted even though it did not end up being an easy fix. So when I wad told by the dealer yesterday that my tire had a hole in it, it was slowly leaking air and would need to be replaced since it was not in a patchable location, I took my car into this shop for a second opinion. Zach quickly took out the nail, tested it, and said it didn't go through so it wouldn't need to be patched. He remounted my tire and in 5 minutes i was back in my car driving away. I just had one of the most positive tire buying experiences I have ever had. I have a Honda Crosstour with unusual sized tires. I visited or called a number of shops to find out the options I had. Most shops wanted to push their specialty tires on me. The one exception came when I contacted Hambik. He gave me three choices based on quality. I chose the middle grade after his explanations. Once I made the decision he ordered the tires and had them in the shop the next day. Hambik told me that it would take 1.5 hours to mount the tires and do an alignment. When I got there he proudly showed me the new mounting machine he was installing and informed me that my tires would be the first installed with the new equipment. When I asked where the nearest Starbucks was he even offered to drive me there. To make a long story short he was done in1.25 hours well under the installation time he had quoted me. The price with the alignment was actually less than the price Costco had quoted me when the same tires were on sale. Hambik's price even included the alignment. What a great experience.
