The pizza and falafel are very good and the staff seem always to smile. I've found that stays with me long after I'm again hungry.

Specialty pizza with Hugh quality mozzarella is good. Other regular pizza...sauce needs more herbs. Pizza crust needs salt. Expensive by slice. Been there once where worker had an attitude with not just me, but other customers. Has not happened since. read more

I came in to the store placed an order and paid, pretty simple process. After waiting twenty five minutes for my order they told me they didn't have one of the main dishes I ordered, thats perfectly fine it happens but after waiting so long? I am a regular customer have been for years, I would never dream of going back. It seems they changed owners or managers, as they used to have great service. read more

I ordered once from GetKosher.com. The delivery fee to where I live is understandable, but the issue was that I ordered two cheese borekas and they sent one potato, one cheese. I called to complain, and they didn't want to send me the right boreka or at least offer me credit or anything like that. Poor, poor customer service, and it makes me not want to ever buy anything from them again. What else spoiled the deal for me was that they sent an old, white-haired, nasty Israeli guy to make the delivery. I added a tip to the order through the website, although this guy deserved not a tip, but a punch in the face. First, he calls and asks me, in poor English, what the address is, and I tell him, the address and suite number are on the order. Read the printout. Then, when he gets to the address, he refuses to get out of his car and actually deliver the order to my door. Mind you that I paid a $12 delivery fee (a cab would cost more than that, honestly, so it's worth it for me), but nonetheless, I never heard in my life of a delivery guy who refuses to bring the delivery to the door! That's the whole point of his job, for crying out loud. I should have called up and complained then and there, to both the establishment and the website. I had to leave my desk in my office and go out to the car to get my own order. It was an awful, awful experience, and the three stars are given purely on the basis of the quality of the food itself. A boreka and a couple of fresh mozzarella slices were pretty good. The location, I'd imagine, is convenient for those who live or travel or shop near the Kings Highway/East 16th area. There's lots of buses that go from here to Marine Park, and I'd guess that could be a draw to this place. read more

Pizza is very descent, I prefer theirs over many other pizza restaurant. Convenient and local to me. A little bit pricey but alright.

i ordered. the order was received. the status was then updated to being prepared. the next time i checked my orders progress, the delivery time was moved back 10 mins. after an hour and a half, i called 4 times to check on my order over the next 15 or so minutes to get an update. no one answered the phones even one time. i then walked over to the location. after waiting 4 minutes to be greeted while the exceptionally rude, nasty man behind the counter answered the phones. i told him that i was waiting 2 hours for my delivery. to which he responded: "it couldn't happen". it was downhill from there... eventually i was told to talk to grub hub "if i wanted my money back, it's not their problem." incredibly, no one tried to even remotely, solve my problem. which was getting dinner. (which was a salad, btw...) we live in demoralized times. after the most miserable experience i could have getting a salad, i will never ever give this apathetic nasty place my hard earned money again and neither should you. read more

Why would I choose this pizza store over any other one they have the top of line products that fill my satisfaction they have amazing falafel with all salads and dressing u would want in ur sandwich. Did I mention I needed some protein for my diet coming back from gym and I saw an egg in the salad bar which was really used for the sales but the guy behind the counter said I can have it for free then I thought there was something wrong with the egg but nope to my surprise it was perfectly fine top notch place would hit this place up all the time and so should U if u read this review great location always parking out in front best staff ever go here if ur hungry and want to enjoy urself period enough said FIVE STARS WELL DESERVED!! read more

My husband came across this reataurant when we were still living upstate. He brought home a pie, and even though it was cold and had to be reheated ( not always a good thing for pizza) the pie was great.Now that we live in Brooklyn, this is our go-to for pizza. We have tried several different pies and all of them have been fantastic. We love the deep dish pie and the Grandma square pie, always delicious. The one draw back is the fries, just not a fan, but the pizza is worth it all. read more

Ordered a cheese pizza with half onions and half jalapeños. Received a plain cheese pizza instead. I called the place and informed the guy about the situation only 5 minutes after receiving the pie to be rudely spoken to. He said that I should have called him as soon as possible (which unbeknownst to him was right after receiving it). I was not going to have my kids wait for the correct order any longer than they needed to so I allowed them to eat the pizza and asked the rude man on the other end of the line if I could get a refund or if they could send the toppings. We spent much more time on the phone than need be. He told me not to touch the pizza and that the delivery guy (who it turns out mixed up the orders) would be back to get the pizza. Where were they going to put it? Deliver it to the right customer after having it in another stranger's possession? I've never heard of someone asking for food back that their delivery person got mixed up. It took an arm and a leg to have him accept giving me a refund. Ten to fifteen minutes later, the same delivery guy comes back to ask for the pizza when the rude guy over the phone said he'd refund me the difference for the missing toppings. Clearly a lack of communication. What was he going to do? Take the pizza (that could have been coughed, sneezed or even spit on) and give it to someone else? Then make us wait for another pizza to be delivered again? Because the delivery guy clearly didn't have the right pizza in his hands which means he must have delivered it to the wrong customer. However, the rude guy over the phone said the correct pie with the right toppings was going to be thrown out. So was it mixed up by the delivery guy? Or did the guy at the place send out the wrong one? Either way it's THEIR fault and to be spoken to the way I was is unacceptable and disgusting. For those reading DO NOT GO HERE because if you're order is wrong you will be blamed and it will take a century to get the right one. For the man handling the phone, you need better customer service skills. Wasn't worth the tip. read more

i loved their pizza. it is a regular priced pizza shop, not over priced. great place to grab a pizza.
