Had brunch today at Perko's we always enjoy coming here. Service is good. The timeframe is reasonable. They were a little bit busy today. Service was really nice. The environment was very friendly and welcoming. If you're not in a rush and you got time definitely stop by order some food the French dip with some sweet potato fries and those sweet potato fries are a must food is definitely good good reasonably pricing in today's economy and definitely will be coming back again thank you to every staff members. I did leave a $17 tip on a $50 bill. Hopefully the staff ever gets it.

While waiting for my car to get serviced, I walked to this location. Very clean place with AWESOME service. I got the chicken fried steak breakfast from their fabulous 50's menu and it was large and outstanding. Have eaten at many Perkos over the years and I've never been disappointed. They remind me of good, old fashioned diners from my youth. Highly recommend!

We've loved this little diner for many years and have no complaints. My husband's favorite is Sarah's Old Fashioned Ham, a full pound of bone-in ham. He ordered this today with a side of pancakes and had lots of leftovers to go. I had the Patty Melt and fries and also came home with leftovers. Expect a homey, cozy diner and nothing fancy--cute signs on their walls, friendly servers, and excellent comfort food here.

The food was really good for a diner. Our waitress was nice polite but not overly friendly. The price is about average 12-15 a plate. The signs in the restaurant are so cute!

While I typically avoid paying premium prices for coffee, I decided to treat myself and finally give this location a try. Upon entering, I was greeted by a pleasant atmosphere and placed an order for three iced coffees, which I stated clearly. When my order was delivered, two of the drinks were iced, while one was served hot. I calmly and politely mentioned that all three were supposed to be iced coffees. At that point, I overheard an employee respond in the background with an attitude, stating that I had ordered the drink hot. I fully understand that mistakes can happen--orders can be entered incorrectly, and errors are part of any service environment. However, my concern lies with the dismissive attitude and the decision to challenge the customer's request in front of them. This interaction left a poor impression, and as a result, I do not plan to return to this establishment. I will instead continue supporting my usual coffee shops.

I pride myself to say my family and I make really good chilaquiles so it's hard to find good ones. This place did not disappoint. The service is good, although sometimes a little slow. Something i did not like is inside the case that holds the desserts there was a fly in there, when i told the girl that works there she said "thank you" but did not address the issue. It is also a little on the pricey side. Otherwise pretty solid place.

They have yummy pastries on display but the breakfast menu has tons of savory options. We ordered H Street Block which is a blueberry french toast casserole. It was the perfect size. It looks small, but it was very filling and just enough to get my day started. It's a bit pricey for the size but since that was the portion I wanted, I wasn't too disappointed. One of the workers mentioned they do have kids menu options, but they didn't have the printed kids menus available, so if you don't see them, just ask when you are ordering. The Champions Breakfast platter was a great choice for our kids to share. It was one of the better fruit bowls I've seen, with a variety of fresh berries and oranges. The place is pretty small inside, but we were there on a Thursday morning so it was no issue finding a parking spot or a table to sit. I appreciate how kid friendly they are, even bringing kid size water cups with lids, and there are even some children's books on the shelf in the back. Such a cute little spot, I would have never known about it if I wasn't looking on Yelp for breakfast places in this area.

I ordered a regular coffee which was so fresh and perfect. My food, I ordered the Benny on a Bun, that's the wrong sandwich for a on the go morning. I didn't think to order the hollandaise on the side so my bread was totally soggy. The bacon was extremely salty. I'm not sure what brand it was but it was not good to me. I couldn't pick it up to eat it because I was driving. It was already soggy and wet to begin with, not the restaurants fault but I would say I would not order that for a togo order. It was not easy to eat, very messy and again, I didn't care for the bacon.

The bagels themselves were actually good very fresh, and you could tell the bread was nice, fluffy, and soft even after being toasted. That part was definitely the highlight. However, the coffee bar area where the fountain drinks are located was extremely dusty. It looked like nothing had been moved or cleaned under or around it in a long time. The soda fountain machine itself also appeared like it hadn't been cleaned recently. While ordering, I could also see the cutting board behind the counter and it's no longer white, it's basically gray from buildup. That definitely needs a deep clean. Service was also disappointing. When we walked in, we greeted the staff but some had AirPods in and didn't acknowledge us. The main cashier saw us standing there but didn't respond right away. We ordered breakfast bagels and waited about five minutes, which was actually pretty quick. When we finished and were leaving, we said "thank you, have a good day," and no one responded. That was honestly a little sad because this place really has potential. Overall: 2 stars. The bagel was decent, but with the cleanliness issues and lack of customer service, I probably won't be back.
